Clean place, easy in and out. Interesting neighborhood. Street parking is findable a couple of blocks away. Host readily responds with good info to any question. Really well done and an excellent value.

The property was very clean. Very impressed with the cleanliness. It did have an old scent upon entry, but it is an older area. Not being from this area, have not experienced a road house before along with no parking available. We did pay for the first 2 hour limit on the road two blocks over and then found a parking garage within a 12 min. walk that was affordable for the 3 nights we would be in town. All in all, excellent air b and b. The parking is what made it a bad first air b and b experience.

Excellent communication with owner to get the heat on. Lovely and all we needed for 3 nites. Bed very comfy and fresh. We parked at Caroline St parking garage 3 nites only $38. Walked everywhere.

Quaint, comfortable and excellently located row house. well appointed kitchen. Very Good bed. We had everything we needed to enjoy the Fells point area. We loved it. The owner communicated clearly and on a timely manner. Finding parking spots along the streets was not as difficult as we thought.

We arrived on a Sunday & the parking was horrific. Most spots were 2 hour max parking. We looped the neighborhood for a half hour before we found a free spot & we were still 2 blocks away. Not ideal for a road trip with bikes, bags, cooler, etc. The Vrbo was clean, nice & the A/C was fantastic (very much appreciated after our extremely hot zoo day). When we arrived, it smelled of cigarette smoke but that dissipated after an hour or two. The host provided air freshener after we reached out. The neighborhood had a couple walkable bars & restaurants. We definitely suggest Affogatto for coffee, pastry & adorable kittens! A great spot to access the aquarium (our reason for visiting).

Bare bones apt with plenty of room (save the tiny shower) for a couple. Comfy bed & good linens. Minimal street noise for 1st floor on busy street. Convenient to walk every where in Fells Point. We found the parking inconvenient. Felt safe even late night walking back.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we came to Baltimore to do. Overall it was clean but I provided 4 stars due to the shower caulking needing replaced due to mildew staining. The provided shampoo and conditioner products could use some sprucing up as well, I would bring my own next time.

This apartment is far enough from waterfront at Fells Point that its was nice and quiet, but just a few blocks away from so many cute shops, bars, restaurants and the water. I stayed for a conference being held at the Waterfront Marriott and loved my walk there and back each day. The apartment was clean, and had lots of lovely character. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described and the location is right where you want to be!! You can walk to Fells Point, restaurants and convenience stores!! Very clean and it may be smaller but very spacious!! We would stay again if we come to the area.

Wonderful place ! Perfect for my wife and i for a quick weekend in Baltimore. Cool area close to restaurants, shops, and a quick drive or nice walk to the Inner Harbor. Very clean apartment. Super comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again!

I was visiting my daughter in Fells Point and this apartment had everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The location is fantastic - walking distance to a newly opened cat cafe, a cute indie bookstore, the harbor, and tons of restaurants and shopping. The space was cozy and charming, perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The bed was incredibly comfortable- none of the tossing and turning I usually experience in hotel beds. The pocket door worked like a charm to black out noise and create a peaceful sleeping environment. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Great location, perfect little rental for our night in the city. Loved the people and energy of the little tavern next door (elderberry shooters and lavender cocktails!) Microwave is alarmingly loud (!?) but worked just fine as did everything else with the property- smooth and cozy!

The property is compact but cute. They have a door that slides across doorway between the bedroom and the living room that blocks noise from the outside. We did find the property chilly but when we contacted the owner, he had one of his staff come over, wait a few minutes for us outside, and provide us with space heaters that warmed the place up very effectively and quietly. We felt valued and cared for. I highly recommend this cozy little place and the people who manage it!

This apartment is far enough from waterfront at Fells Point that its was nice and quiet, but just a few blocks away from so many cute shops, bars, restaurants and the water. I stayed for a conference being held at the Waterfront Marriott and loved my walk there and back each day. The apartment was clean, and had lots of lovely character. Highly recommend!

I was visiting my daughter in Fells Point and this apartment had everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The location is fantastic - walking distance to a newly opened cat cafe, a cute indie bookstore, the harbor, and tons of restaurants and shopping. The space was cozy and charming, perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The bed was incredibly comfortable- none of the tossing and turning I usually experience in hotel beds. The pocket door worked like a charm to black out noise and create a peaceful sleeping environment. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Wonderful place ! Perfect for my wife and i for a quick weekend in Baltimore. Cool area close to restaurants, shops, and a quick drive or nice walk to the Inner Harbor. Very clean apartment. Super comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again!

It's perfect for a couple or friends, or in my case myself and my adult son to have a convenient base camp for exploring Baltimore and DC (just a quick train ride away). We loved the neighborhood, the Inner Harbor, museums, restaurants, seafood, culture, etc. it was really a great time!

We arrived on a Sunday & the parking was horrific. Most spots were 2 hour max parking. We looped the neighborhood for a half hour before we found a free spot & we were still 2 blocks away. Not ideal for a road trip with bikes, bags, cooler, etc. The Vrbo was clean, nice & the A/C was fantastic (very much appreciated after our extremely hot zoo day). When we arrived, it smelled of cigarette smoke but that dissipated after an hour or two. The host provided air freshener after we reached out. The neighborhood had a couple walkable bars & restaurants. We definitely suggest Affogatto for coffee, pastry & adorable kittens! A great spot to access the aquarium (our reason for visiting).

Everything was as described and the location is right where you want to be!! You can walk to Fells Point, restaurants and convenience stores!! Very clean and it may be smaller but very spacious!! We would stay again if we come to the area.

We were very happy with this cute apartment. Everything we needed was supplied, and the neighborhood had many restaurants. It was a short drive to The Lyric where we were attending a concert. Would stay here again.

Great location, perfect little rental for our night in the city. Loved the people and energy of the little tavern next door (elderberry shooters and lavender cocktails!) Microwave is alarmingly loud (!?) but worked just fine as did everything else with the property- smooth and cozy!

This was my second visit and I enjoyed it as much as the first. Entry is easy and Lenny is very responsive. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean. The pocket door is great for keeping out the noise. Temperature was great as well and the thermostat is easily adjustable. The location is perfect - close to the harbor, a cat cafe, a bookstore, and some great restaurants and coffee/tea/pastry shops. I didn’t have a car with me so parking wasn’t an issue but it is definitely a challenging area. I don’t anticipate being in the area again anytime soon, but if so, I will definitely stay here again.
