There was nothing to like about this property. Front desk staff had limited command of the English language and could not operate computer for check-in/check-out. Bathroom had stains around toilet & warped tiles. Bathtub had rust around drain. No security on door. Guests in nearby rooms were having a party outdoors near room until 1:30 am until a complaint was called into the front desk. Check-in info was handwritten on a slip of paper as was the check-out receipt (not on hotel letter head). Broken sidewalks, crumbling overhead sidewalk, used carpet roll outside. No in room coffee. Would not recommend facility to worst enemy. Best way to upgrade this property is to demo it. Expedia should be ashamed allowing this property to be on their website.

The property is old. It seems to be in process of being remodeled but I'm not sure how long it's been "in process". Parking is fine in front but the back is sketchy. Door didn't open from outside so we had to go back around front to get in. The vibe is just....bad. Won't stay here again.

Friendly service. Property is in terrible condition, total disrepair. Wall paper falling off, filthy ac unit, rot around windows, rusty fixtures. Lobby is scary!!!

The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. No visible dirt, even carpet seemed clean even if old. The A/C struggled. The motel has several names on different signs. It is behind another building and hard to find. Advertised breakfast was not available even though the lobby had tables, chairs, refrigerator, coffee maker. Room fridge looked new. Everything else was in need of repair and maintenance. Reserved one queen bed. Ended up with two queens. The place is falling apart.

What a terrible hotel, the app said “Breakfast included”, but there they said that they will only provide coffee and donuts but when we were to ask for breakfast they said it was gone. There was never anything, the place looks really bad and the room was dirty, the shower was dirty and no toilet paper. Terrible place

It’s very run down the rooms need a lot of work the rugs made my feet very dirty on the bottom I put my sandals back on I’m use to staying one night in a motel or dives as you will but this one has been the worst they do not have breakfast and it’s advertised that they do there is a McDonald’s right down the road the fridge and the ice box are dirty. The hot water is warm at best the bathrooms are dirty and the shower head was not placed on the wall properly I’m 5’7 and I had to squat down to shower . do not recommend and will not be back thank god for disinfectant! Definitely not worth what they are charging.

More maintenance of the facility and rooms is needed. Needs to be refurbished. The rooms were actually clean though, we didn't find any dust.

It was fine for what we needed. A clean, bug free place to sleep and refresh. The woman who checked us in was pleasant and helpful to the surrounding area. The motel itself is like one from the 1980’s. However, as soon as you open the door you can see it is clean and smell the cleanliness. We ordered a Smoke-free room, and before we opened the door, I had my reservations because the drapes looked like they were stained with nicotine. It was only stain, the room had no smoke smell. TV was via antenna I believe. Every channel we could get was snowy. Not a big deal. Like I said, we only needed a place to sleep.

The bathtub shower is terrible shower walls have tile falling off so they put A cheep surround on them with masking tape guess what happens when masking tape gets wet so I didn't get A shower . It wasn't terrible. Smelled kind of bad, but no bugs, and it was pretty quiet despite the paper thin walls. TV didn't have a clear picture, one of the beds was wobbly and the water turned brown coming out of the tub. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat in a non-smoking room. Like I said, no bugs. We got some sleep and left. Cheap and right off the highway. Four stars because no bugs. Thst was clearly my biggest concern.

It was what you would expect for the price. Our beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The room was clean but VERY worn. I think that they could make the doors to the rooms have quieter closer. There was a loud bang when our door and neighbors doors would close. We will be staying here again.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever been in. The rooms were not what the website indicated. Very outdated. Wallpaper peeling, wires exposed from ceiling. Walls had holes. Bathroom was disastrous, with toilet leaking onto bathroom floor. Shower stall disgusting and hairy. We left immediately. Thankfully we were given a refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The gotel is in the process of updating. It was a pretty good value for a place to flop which is what we wanted. The buulding is quite dated but the rooms arw huge compared to today's modern hotels. We did not like the road noise from the highway as we were in a room in the rear nearest the highway. Very friendlt staff, totally retro building. We will stay again. Also, the name has changed to The Red Carpet Inn.

Very dated. Could use a fresh paint inside and outside. Bathroom could use some work rusty hooks tile looked like it was from the 70’. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. Positives cost and bed where comfortable.

When I got to the property they said they didnt have a reservation for us even though I had a confirmation and a text from the manager. The front desk person called the manager and he said give us a room. She found a room for us and procedded to charge us $94 even though the reservation said $56. We would have gone somewhere else but the closest dog friendly hotel was 30 milea back the opposite direction and we had been driving for 12 hours.When we got in the room we were shocked it was in complete disrepair. The wallpaper was ripped off the wall in multiple places, bugs in lights, bathtub was rusted out and smoke alarm had been torn off the wall. We stayed there only a few hours and decided we would rather get on the road rather than stay there. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WEVE EVER HAD!

I got there and received the rudest reception by being told that I didn’t have a reservation when I did. The room itself stunk, there were scratches on the wall, drawer missing in the dresser and the nightstand wood was splitting. The bedcovers looked dirty. There was no continental breakfast!

Stayed one night and booked my room on here when I got there the lady was super rude and didn’t even know that we had a room booked. Our room had no hot water so we couldn’t shower. There was no soap just in case we forgot to bring some. Very rude staff will not be staying again

The staff were all extremely understanding about a hardship that I had occur while staying with them. They allowed us to add on extra days into it original stay plan. They could use some updating but over all it nice and quiet and enjoyed the time away from NY

Although the property is very close to the interstate highway and our room faced the highway, once the door was closed there was very little noise. Once inside the room it is as good as any two-star hotel, with plenty of hot water, a mini-fridge, clean towels and bedsheets. There was a minimal free breakfast available--coffee, danish, cereal, and bananas. I only saw one staff person doing the check-in, cleaning the rooms, etc. She was very friendly and helpful. The hotel exterior to the guest rooms is in shambles. Either the plan is to close it down, or do a major renovation.
Although the property is very close to the interstate highway and our room faced the highway, once the door was closed there was very little noise. The gotel is in the process of updating. It was a pretty good value for a place to flop which is what we wanted. The buulding is quite dated but the rooms arw huge compared to today's modern hotels. We did not like the road noise from the highway as we were in a room in the rear nearest the highway. Very friendlt staff, totally retro building. We will stay again. Also, the name has changed to The Red Carpet Inn.

The location right next to two fireworks stores leaves something to be desired. The property is in pretty severe disrepair, but we didn't have any issues with the room itself--sheets smelled clean like laundry soap, for example. If you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night, it will do.

This place is a hidden gem. It is hard to believe that you can still get decent quality such as this.. in this price range. The place is very 'vintage', and seems to have much of the original decor and fixtures of the era that it was built. this is quite exceptional, as everything is decent, and surprisingly well maintained. >> Yes.. it is not the Taj Mahal, but it was perfect for someone on a budget,.. close to the highway, easy check in and overall very quiet. Surprisingly clean and well maintained for an older property. The owners have done their due diligance in keeping the place decent and a viable option at this incredible price range

It wasn't terrible. Smelled kind of bad, but no bugs, and it was pretty quiet despite the paper thin walls. TV didn't have a clear picture, one of the beds was wobbly and the water turned brown coming out of the tub. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat in a non-smoking room. Like I said, no bugs. We got some sleep and left. Cheap and right off the highway. Four stars because no bugs. Thst was clearly my biggest concern.

What a terrible hotel, the app said “Breakfast included”, but there they said that they will only provide coffee and donuts but when we were to ask for breakfast they said it was gone. There was never anything, the place looks really bad and the room was dirty, the shower was dirty and no toilet paper. Terrible place

Although the property is very close to the interstate highway and our room faced the highway, once the door was closed there was very little noise. Once inside the room it is as good as any two-star hotel, with plenty of hot water, a mini-fridge, clean towels and bedsheets. There was a minimal free breakfast available--coffee, danish, cereal, and bananas. I only saw one staff person doing the check-in, cleaning the rooms, etc. She was very friendly and helpful. It’s very run down the rooms need a lot of work the rugs made my feet very dirty on the bottom I put my sandals back on I’m use to staying one night in a motel or dives as you will but this one has been the worst they do not have breakfast and it’s advertised that they do there is a McDonald’s right down the road the fridge and the ice box are dirty. The hot water is warm at best the bathrooms are dirty and the shower head was not placed on the wall properly I’m 5’7 and I had to squat down to shower . do not recommend and will not be back thank god for disinfectant! Definitely not worth what they are charging.

Hotel was clean but very run down if you used a curling iron it trip the gfi and turn off the light above the mirror. No plug for the tub so I couldn’t take a bath. Free breakfast was a joke. No tea or fresh fruit. Only 1 chose for cereal or a danish I will not stay they again.

Old and out of date, wallpaper pealing off the walls water stains in ceiling from a leak. No alarm clock, no tissues, only one soap. Continental breakfast was a joke. I would never let anyone stay here. You should drop it from your site.

Staff was nice but had a hard time understanding the desk clerk. And Breakfast was a joke a Honey Bun and some Raisin Brand. Also had issues with the TV sometimes we a clear picture. And I have to admit the rooms were not bad I have stayed in worse.

the room was ice cold when we entered it, heat was not turned on and there was a draft under the door and took forever to warm up. the free breakfast was lacking compared to others. there were no soaps or shampoos or tissues in the room the only thing provided was towels and a room of TP.

Room was clean and bed is OK, but the heating system is either off or uncontrlably hot. Truck noise is significant all night. Towels are OK, but no soap provided. Bedrom and bath area are shabby with signs of roof water leaks in the ceilings. Most uninviting for a shower. Continental breakfast of cold cereal, a sweetbun, and coffee is OK, but the staff, although competent, speaks limited English or speaks it indistictly. The isolated location and the obvious lack of other guests does not build confidence in security.
