The house was nice but the mattresses were too hard

The house wads very dated and had many flaws. The bathroom in the master bedroom was the wirst I have ever experienced. The pedestal sink is about 12 inches from the toilet. The shower was only about 39 inches wide and you had to stand off to the side of the shower head to take a shower. The house has a capacity for 8 guests but only 6 dinner plates. The couch and deck furniture were very cheap and uncomfortable.

I would rate this stay 3 stars. The property does not have AC, which made the stay uncomfortable. The area isn’t the best, and the house itself feels very outdated with old furnishings and overall condition. One of the bathrooms is extremely small, especially the toilet area, which was inconvenient to use. Parking can also be an issue, as neighbors tend to block the driveway, leaving you to park on the street. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property again.

The house is clean and spacious, with a lovely back deck. It is in a residential neighborhood very near the hills. The driveway access was great. And the 4 bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space, if very sparsely furnished. Fiona was very responsive and communicative. Our family was in California for a wedding, and we made the wedding cake here. For that purpose, the house was adequate, and the cake was a success. I especially appreciated the large refrigerator. However, there is not a lot of seating for a family to gather, especially on the back deck. And the master bathroom is very very small, and awkward to use for large, tall, or people with difficulty maneuvering tight spaces.

Visited family and San Francisco. Everything near by. Loads of small mom and pop businesses with fun farmer markets. Not perfect, yet for the money the very minor blemishes on the property made this an excellent value. I will be returning to this property.
