Able to walk from Termini train station with our luggage; close to Spegna Metro stop (downhill); hot water boiler, instant coffee, two bathrooms and showers, elevator, nice nearby restaurants and gelato; available driver (upon request) to commute to airport.

This apartment was a good resting spot for our family of 5. Two bedrooms are connected and this worked well for our 3 kids. Our daughter slept in the first room and the boys walked through her room to get to the back bedroom. The area is very quiet and has two very nice restaurants (San Marco for Italian fare and La Mille et una Notte for Lebanese food). It has an elevator which was nice for getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. You have to taxi to all of the sites in Rome unless you are up for a 20+ minute walk.

Large clean apartment with a washer. Building had an elevator which is very handy. Location was very walkable. Only issue is the wi fi was iffy, most of the time no connection. Monica responded to all communication.

Overall clean place. Had air conditioning and space for our group and was in a good place of town. We were able to drop off our luggage early which was helpful. Some things of note: Elevator is very narrow to get up, could not fit our stroller with our toddler in it. Several trips up and down to get the family and stroller down during our stay (we were 4 adults and toddler). At checkin we were then made aware about a tourist tax and asked for 6 euro cash per person per day (which I don’t remember reading about). Checkout time is 10am and we had a ride coming at 10am. Cleaning lady was there at 9:50am with us ready to change it over.

I wasn't sure what to expect, as we'd never been to Rome before, but everything was just perfect for us. My husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law. We were just coming from a transatlantic cruise, 16 days on a cruise ship. I had asked Monica to help me with transportation from the cruise port to the apartment and also from the apartment to the airport. She informed me clearly what I would need to pay for each service so I would be prepared. Our driver contacted us the day before we disembarked and let us know how to connect with him once we were off the ship. Everything went so smoothly!! We were very early for check in but Monica was there to meet us when we arrived. She helped us with our bags, there's a small elevator, which was much appreciated, and showed us all around the apartment, she doesn't speak fluently in English but enough to understand all that she wanted us to know. There are many notes to inform you of the rules, how to use things around the apartment, which were very helpful. Everything we needed was available. There is a market only 1 block away and several restaurants and sandwich shops within a few blocks. We walked to all the monuments and also rode the electric scooter, which with a phone app, are all over and easy to use. Overall, we are very grateful for the perfect apartment for us. 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one even has a soaking tub, a small kitchen with everything you may need, a living room, and televisions.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The bedrooms were large. There was a sign on the washing machine had a sign on it stating it was not to be used or you could be responsible for 600.00 in repairs. That should be taken off the amenities list as it was a requirement for us. Several lights need to be replaced in the ceiling. A/C remotes we not available. We had to call the host to unlock them from a closet.there were no instructions on how to operate the televisions.and we were unable to figure them out.

I did not give it 5 stars for family-friendly because, although it is roomy, there is a lot of glass.- Monica arranged for our transport to and from the airport, and met us at the building. She showed us around. The apartment is well-kept, and there are rules to make sure it stays so. Contact Monica before using the washing machine (we didn’t use it).- Good hot water, good wifi, good air conditioning.- Monica is responsive. I texted her that we needed converter plugs for US to Italian. She texted back asking if she could drop them off the next day (it was night time). They were there when we got home from our outing.- Monica’s spoken English is limited, but we could communicate. Messaging in English is perfect.- We would stay here again.

We had to pay an additional 100 Euro’s in cash when we arrived. This was not stated prior to the stay. There was a broken toilet seat. It was listed that there was a washer and dryer but we were not able to use it. We followed all the rules but were not able to find the outdoor garbage bin.

Everything was lovely and comfortable. Monica our host w as very welcoming, kind, andi nformative. We truly enjoyed our stay, and having an elevator was a plus.. Very nice place, book it.

The location was great! The apartment decor was nice but not great for a family of 6 adults. The second bath w/shower is not readily available to 3rd bedroom. The extra sofa bed was not made up and had to request linen. Need mirrors in bedrooms. Rather than using an available wall for a nice storage cabinet, dishes are stored HIGH above sink(step stool needed) and pans are stored in the oven. Owner worried about glass table tops & washer -might as well not count on washer for laundry. Checkin very difficult if you are not all able to arrive and check in at the same time. We were driving in-no room to park and difficult to even drop off luggage. Owner reads and writes English well but speaks minimal English. Advise to set specific time to meet for checkin. Very good restaurants in area. Easy walk to Pantheon, Trevi, shopping, etc.

Monica's home was beautiful. Very Clean, and so close to everything. We walked everywhere! So many restaurants also within walking distance. We also used her services to get us from the airport to her home. It was perfect!

Wohnung im Ganzen schon recht runtergeranzt. Vor allem die Bäder (Wanne fleckig, verkalkte Düsen einer rostigen funktionsuntüchtigen Sprudelanlage, Fliesen abgeschlagen und wahrscheinlich in den 70er Jahren verlegt...). Lange Spinnweben hingen von der Decke. Insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt. Dafür einfach zu teuer. Lage gut, U-Bahn 5 min fußläufig, mehrere Cafe´s in der Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt über die Strasse. Die Vermieterin spricht/ versteht kaum Englisch, daher schwierige Kommunikation. Nur fragmenthafte Sätze über die App, daher leider Missverständnisse. Für 4 Erwachsene plus 2 Kinder optimal. Eines der Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer ! Für 2 Kinder okay (schmales Bett), aber für 3 Pärchen eher ungeeignet. Wofür die 60 Euro Reinigungsgebühr abgeknöpft werden, hat sich mir nicht ganz erschlossen. Beim nächsten Rom-Besuch wohnen wir woanders.

Appartamento ben curato ed arredato , silenzioso nonostante la zona. Unica nota negativa il doccia schiuma fornito in confezione da hotel non sigillato ed evidentemente diluito con acqua. Peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe stato tutto perfetto.

Monica was a lovely and gracious host. She found a gentleman who could store our luggage while we did our tour of the Vatican. Her property was immaculately clean and she was very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. Monica was a wonderful host. The apartment is in a great neighbor hood with some good restaurants within easy walking distance. Air conditioning was a godsend with the extreme heat. We definitely recommend!

The apartment was very roomy and clean with comfortable beds and seats in the living room. The kitchen was small but well stocked enough for breakfasts and small meals. Some small suggestions …it would have been nice to have the oven working. The bedroom furniture and closet doors were a bit loose and needed some tightening. Monica met us and arranged an airport shuttle for us. Thank you Monica! There were a few coffee shops and a very good restaurant (La Brushetta Roma) nearby as well as a grocery shop. 10 minute walk to the Borghese Park, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps and buses close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment !

Loved the apartment; it was easily walkable to Span. Steps, Trevi, Pantheon, Novona, and others. Monica was very helpful with check-in and check-out. Very clean, spacious, and was exactly as advertised. Opening the front door of the building, with the key, is quite difficult. Other than that, it’s great.

Monica was very accommodating as she got us a cab to the apartment and one to the airport as we have 6 people travelling together. She explained everything and gave us recommendations for meals. The apartment is nice but like most italian apartment has a limited seating in the living room. Kitchen was a bit small but usable.

Space was just as listed. Loved the openness and natural light from the big windows. Monica was very responsive and nice. We were within walking distance from Villa Borghese park which was so beautiful and turned out to be a highlight of the trip. Thanks for the hospitality Monica

Host was great, place was immaculate, however, AC temperature was very inconsistent, there was no coffee pot or microwave, making it inconvenient for guests.

Great location. Spacious. Comfortable beds. The host was lovely. She had arranged a taxi for us and met us at the apartment.Only issue was that the air conditioner was set too high and the heat was intense during our time in Rome.and the apartment was never really cool. I certainly would recommend staying here.

Convenient apartment, nice neighborhood! Three of us enjoyed a week in Rome here before a cruise. This was a great place to stay to get a feel for what it is like to live in Rome in a safe, walkable area. Monica was able to arrange airport pickup for us and met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked. She has great pride in ownership and inspired us to care for her place. For a family or group of friends looking for an alternative to hotels, this was a good choice!

Overall, our stay was good, and we liked the location. Communication was a little confusing. Host tattoo use Google translate and we were able to understand each other. The only thing I would recommend is adding the so-calleled foreign tax in the system, that way, it could be paid legally through the system and not having to pay out-of-pocket and cash at the time of arrival. That’s some thing that we did not appreciate. Also, the condo states that it is for up to eight people, but we were unsure how many we’re going to be in our party and a lot last minute ended up being for instead of just two we were charged over €100 per additional person. That was also, not appreciated. I believe there has to be better information provided through the system.

Electricity went out in apartment the second day at 130pm and as of 10pm that evening nothing resolved, and the response from VRBO itself not good, the owner does not care about leaving 5 people in heat with no a/c , including my husband of 81-year-old. It's a shame it's a beautiful apartment and in great location but absolutely horrific host. Don't do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give more than a 5-star rating for the location of this beautiful apartment i would. it was walking distance to everywhere! our host Monica was very available to us if any questions came up. home was extremely well appointed. and with three separated bedrooms suited our needs well.

Great location, easy process and reasonably priced

Location is quiet, away from crowds yet close enough to major sites to walk everywhere. Property is as described. Host Monica was responsive to requests. Check-in was easy. We booked the driver for the ride from FCO and all went well. Pleasant stay and would recommend.

What a great experience staying at Monica’s apartment. We were able to walk not only the Forum, coliseum, Vatican City, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain - but also to the beautiful park just up the street! Well worth the walks. And many restaurants and gelato stores near by too. Very easy stay and a great experience! Thank you Monica
