Cozy Villa with Pool

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is a new property and concept to me. I was looking for an affordable location in which to spend part of a trip focusing on national and state park visits and some entertainment in the city that doesn't sleep. Our room was clean and well appointed, and it was located in a very convenient location. Staff at check-in were pleasant enough, but what I didn't count on was the sales pitch that started immediately for club membership. My friend and I were enticed by the promise of discounted show and dining tickets in exchange for a 90-minute "presentation" on HICV. As it turned out, the staffer who met with us, Cedric, oversold us on both, and we were unable to take advantage of either discounted shows or dining. We didn't learn this until the time of the HICV sales presentation. That was reason enough NOT to consider membership. This is not a good look for HICV, and I hope you can tone down the aggressiveness, as well as the misleading sales language, in the future. We are not likely to return.

All the amenities you could need near the strip and Sphere.

Property was great, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Just a short walk to the strip.

Enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again!
