Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hale Oahu. First of all, the house is amazing. Everything feels brand new from the furniture to the beach towels. My children loved the big back yard to run around in and the jacuzzi tub after a day at the beach was such a treat. Having two washers and dryers was also an amazing perk. We had come from a hotel with lots of laundry to do and had finished 4 loads in no time at all, so convenient! The most amazing thing about this home, is or course, the unbeatable location! This home has a sand path leading directly to Kailua beach (the most amazing beach) and it’s on a slight hill so it’s privately tucked away from beach goers. You can walk to some of the towns shops which was also nice! Lastly, the communication between my family and the property management team was seamless. If we had any questions or needed anything, they were on top of it. I felt like we were being taken care of. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back very soon!

The home was beautiful, clean and very spacious even for our large group of 16. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and peaceful. We were just steps away from the beach and with access from the backyard we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise daily. The property provided an abundance of beach towels and supplies. The entire house was fully stocked from bathroom supplies, extra bedding and air mattress to laundry supplies etc. Our host Alia was super courteous and accommodating. She was very friendly and responsive. They even provided us with a beautiful welcome basket of Hawaiian goodies. Everything about our stay was great! The beddings were so comfortable and pretty close to hotel bedding which is big for me! The only thing that I would probably recommend is for the property to remove the pots and pan that are not for induction stoves because they are useless. Also, since it is a large home and most of the time it would be booked for larger groups gathering we would’ve love to have some larger stock pots available as we did cook often. These are minor stuff and didn’t effect our trip at all.Our entire stay again was absolutely amazing!

Reviewer Comments: Our family has taken 3 trips to Hawaii over the last 7 years and this was by far the best!The house is ideally located on the most beautiful beach. There are nice grocery stores, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The house itself is pristine and must have been remodeled fairly recently. It has a beautiful well stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances.The large lawn was well used for baseball. football and soccer games.The management is there if you need them and so easy to work with.We loved our week at Hale Oahu!

There are nice grocery stores, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The house itself is pristine and must have been remodeled fairly recently. It has a beautiful well stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances.The large lawn was well used for baseball. football and soccer games.The management is there if you need them and so easy to work with.We loved our week at Hale Oahu!

It couldn't have been in a better location and the large yard was private from the beach, which was perfect for letting little ones run around, but only a few steps from sand! The house was very clean and had so many amenities for both adults and children! There was a small market and a few shops/restaurants walking distance via street or beach! The manager was so nice and was easily accessible to text when needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone to stay and would love to stay again myself.

This home provided an exceptional stay. The spacious garden was perfect for our family—children could run and play while we relaxed, read, and enjoyed barbecues in the evening. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from condiments and cleaning supplies to beach chairs and umbrellas. Any minor issues were quickly addressed, which made us feel at ease. It was a peaceful, comfortable, and family-friendly place, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our parents' 70th birthday over a week at the house, and it was perfect for our family of 9, including 3 young kids. The house was very well appointed and perfect to enjoy what Kailua has to offer. The beach is perfect for walking and swimming. The house itself doesn't have a view of the water due to the dune at the end of the property, but the dune actually provides great protection from the wind, so it's perfect. The guest house is perfect, we had out housekeeper come to help us during the week so she had her own space. It would also be perfect for a nanny, relatives, etc.

The home was beautiful, clean and very spacious even for our large group of 16. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and peaceful. We were just steps away from the beach and with access from the backyard we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise daily. The property provided an abundance of beach towels and supplies. The entire house was fully stocked from bathroom supplies, extra bedding and air mattress to laundry supplies etc. Our host Alia was super courteous and accommodating. She was very friendly and responsive. They even provided us with a beautiful welcome basket of Hawaiian goodies. Everything about our stay was great! The beddings were so comfortable and pretty close to hotel bedding which is big for me! The only thing that I would probably recommend is for the property to remove the pots and pan that are not for induction stoves because they are useless. Also, since it is a large home and most of the time it would be booked for larger groups gathering we would’ve love to have some larger stock pots available as we did cook often. These are minor stuff and didn’t effect our trip at all.Our entire stay again was absolutely amazing!

The beach was super clean and usually deserted. The location was excellent as you could walk to the market, coffee shops, and Buzz's Steakhouse which we did frequently. Other than a few excursions to Pearl Harbor and Waikiki we could not bear leaving the compound. We will be back. The manager was so nice and was easily accessible to text when needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone to stay and would love to stay again myself.

This home provided an exceptional stay. The spacious garden was perfect for our family—children could run and play while we relaxed, read, and enjoyed barbecues in the evening. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from condiments and cleaning supplies to beach chairs and umbrellas. Any minor issues were quickly addressed, which made us feel at ease. It was a peaceful, comfortable, and family-friendly place, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing. I stayed here for my 40th birthday week with 5 of my close friends. It had everything you can think of. To go from the grassy yard directly to the ocean was like a dream. With such quick access to the local shops, the house stayed stocked with what we needed. Check in was so easy and the host was extremely kind. We had breakfast every morning on the upper deck overlooking the ocean, a view straight out of a postcard. The beds were cozy and they had ample towels, both bath and beach. We had so much fun just relaxing on the lawn chairs soaking up the sun. I will never forget our stay here. Thanks for making this one of the best trips ever. Mahalo

There are nice grocery stores, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The house itself is pristine and must have been remodeled fairly recently. It has a beautiful well stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances.The large lawn was well used for baseball. football and soccer games.The management is there if you need them and so easy to work with.We loved our week at Hale Oahu!

Not only was the location very amazing (beach front) the rooms were spacious with many amenities available for our use. Being located on the northern east side of the island away from downtown and Waikiki, it is still a quick drive to the city. There is a Whole Foods, Target, Tokyo Centeral (old Don Quijote), Safeway and more 5 min from the house so there is nothing really to worry about. The people in contact for the rental house were very helpful, being a phone or text away at anytime to help with any problems.Thank you very much for the wonderful place.

Everything is as pictured and the company is quite thoughtful/accommodating. As convenient a location as you can get on the Windward side and uniquely walkable to town. The access to Kailua beach in addition to all of the above makes this property a unicorn.

House and property were spotless and well maintained, plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. Large fully stocked kitchen and grill areas made it easy to cook for our large family and the guest cottage was a nice escape from the constant buzz in the main house. Very close to everything in Kailua (shopping, stores, restaurants, etc.). Kids absolutely loved the huge backyard and the beach. Garage was full of beach chairs, toys, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, etc. Our favorite spot ended up being the rooftop deck both during the day and in the evening. Not highlighted but of note, this house has 3 washers and 3 dryers, which came in very handy - you don't need to bring much with you. Thanks to our helpful host Alia who answered the many questions we had before arrival. Will definitely be returning in the future!

We were a party of 8, using both the main house and cottage. There was more than enough room to sprawl out -- inside and outdoors. Our hosts provided a ton of items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, spices and oils, coffee pods and ground coffee, beach towels, games and water sports equipment.We were especially surprised with the lovely gift basket, full of fruit and snacks.Alia was very pleasant, and easily reachable with any questions that came up. The only drawback was the lawn care crew that showed up unannounced at 8:30am with very loud power tools, and worked for about 90 minutes in the yard and patio areas.
