The house was right on the New River. The location was ideal. The house is an older home and needs repairs. The grass needed mowing and the porch where we gathered was very dirty. Some of the towels and linens needed to be replaced. The cleaning crew could have definitely done a better job. Even because of these cons, we still had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It rained and then rained some more but we were still able to fish. Lol. The house had room enough for my large family. Thank you.

I would recommend this house to all ages. We had 15 people staying. It accommodated all of our needs. Our favorite part was the river in front of the house.
