Horsefair Cottage - sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Had a wonderful stay at Horsefair Cottage. The cottage is very homely, well equipped and clean. Sitting beside the log burner was wonderful. The location was great for walking into Malmesbury high street past the Abbey and The Old Bell Hotel, can highly recommend dining at Abbey Row restaurant there. Even able to get the parking space directly outside the cottage on the second day which was a bonus, and there’s long stay car park just around the corner. Only downside was steep staircase, however to be expected in a character cottage of this age.

Just enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. It’s tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, super comfy beds and cosy lounge with a lovely fire. It is a Grade 2 Listed cottage so you must take that into account - the stairs are steep but we didn’t have a problem with that and only one bumped head! :) Situated in Malmesbury we had a lovely walk around the town and everything is there from welcoming pubs, lovely restaurants and plenty of shops for anything you need. A really wonderful stay.
