The Litchfield Park Place

We stayed at this VRBO for 9 nights and had an amazing experience. The home was exactly like the photos - spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The quiet neighborhood, the relaxing pool, the fenced backyard, and the convenience of garage parking all made our stay feel effortless.The kitchen was fully stocked, which we really appreciated since we cooked many of our meals at the house. There’s also a grocery store just around the corner, making it incredibly easy to grab anything we needed. One of the unexpected highlights was the orange and lemon tree on the property - picking fresh fruit each day was such a treat. And for anyone who enjoys walking, it’s just a short 1.5‑mile stroll to a trio of very good restaurants - and a great way to walk off the delicious food.Priscilla, the host, was outstanding. She was responsive, friendly, and offered excellent restaurant recommendations throughout our stay. Her communication made everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was perfect for our spring training baseball trip. The location was near plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc.. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood where we could get out and run/ walk. Really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding home and the property manager, Priscilla, was very attentive and made our stay a wonderful experience. The house itself was very clean and cozy, and was stocked with everything that we needed including toys for our grandson to enjoy. The heated pool was an extra bonus that we greatly enjoyed. Highly recommended.

Overall, the stay was good. There were a few hiccups, but overall good.
