Christar Villas Hotel

The old security was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was close to everywhere we needed.

Hotel avec beaucoup de Potentiel mais malheureusement reste sur ses acquis et surf sur son gros avantage "la localisation" Si on rajoute la disposition des chambres ont a fait le tour des avantages. Pour le reste... Rien ne va, sur 8 jours nous avons eu le ménage qu'une fois...nous avons du quémander à plusieurs reprises des changements de serviette et produits d'hygiène (à minima) . La tuyauterie qui ronfle toutes les 2min Le wifi est quasiment inexistant... La piscine était out of service sur au moins 2 jours. Le petit déjeuner reste correct. Mais cerise sur le gâteau: la lassivité et l'incompétence du personnel de L'acceuil. Aucune réactivité face à nos divers problématiques et encore moins d'amabilité.

My stay here was 10 out of 10 the room was very clean & nice, & the staff as well as the house keepers were very nice and helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped just the refrigerator wasn’t so 100 but the Air Conditioning was very good. My husband and I love this place to where I’ll recommend people to stay here we fault safety with a 24hrs security guard. If I visit Jamaica again I’ll definitely stay at this place. And last the breakfast was very good!

I love that everything was good. I didn’t get to get in the pool because stuff was so hectic and everything was moving so fast but it was a beautiful hotel. I would go back there again and again and again.
