Oceanview Apt Marenas Resort, Direct Beach Access!

Everything was great. The only thing was the beach setup was very crowded. The beach space is limited and seats are set in a way where there is no guest privacy.

Average beach hotel, small pool , the room was dated not what we expected for the price and reviews.

pool is in a cage like we are 3 years old. and it's tiny. beach chairs are setup like sardines construction is deafening

The staff was excellent and the room was very nice and it was awsome having a small kitchen with a full size fridge. What was not nice was the size of the pool and the closeness of the beach loungers. The beach chairs were also set up to close together felt cramped. It was nice to have the life guard station close made it feel safe.

During entire stay the restaurant was not available (Friday to Monday). Very small pool to accommodate the number of guests.

Great accommodation for the price. I would definitely come again. Wish pool was bigger and unlimited complimentary water was available. Excellent for its price.

My ocean view suite was nice. It had 2 full bathrooms. 2 standing showers and 1 with a tub. Came with a kitchen and stove.Everyone was nice. Only parking available is valet. Sucks you couldnt order food at least to midnight. The construction noise wasnt bad next door.at the time i went.

Marenas Beach Resort is nice, but the pictures online are a little tricky. The pool is much smaller than it looks and always packed, which makes it hard to use. On the positive side, the place was clean and the staff provided good service—nothing over the top, but friendly and attentive. Prices are expensive, but that’s pretty standard for the area (for example, a bottle of water was $7).

This resort well exceeded any expectations that we had. The room & pool area were exactly as shown in the web site pictures. Our 1 bedroom 2bath balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing! I am very picky, germophobe & clean freak, and I can not say one bad thing about this room and the resort itself. It was very clean! The staff were all so nice very accommodating and just wanted to be sure all your needs were met. We will definitely be back & we highly recommend this resort.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Many areas are dirty, including the shower, shower heads, and the dryer, which was full of sand and lint. The towels and sheets are old and lack freshness, making it hard to tell whether they are truly clean. The hotel needs renovation and more English-speaking staff. The fragrance used in the lobby is too strong and may be dangerous for guests with allergies. The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Communication is also difficult, as most of the staff—including some at the front desk—speak little to no English. Additionally, the music in the lobby is very loud; it can be heard even in the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors and plays late into the night. I have stayed at this hotel for years because the location is excellent and it has kitchen, but the gap between the price and the declining quality of the accommodation and service grows wider every year.

Great hospitality by valet services and staff. Great ocean views but then there were awful views of long curly strings of hair left on the wall of the shower. A constant running of water from the toilet and filling of it due to a toilet flap possibly needing to be replaced. Made staff aware of the issues so a future guest does not have to go through the same thing. Once again staff were plesent and kind!

Construction site view. It wasn’t mentioned in the description. A lot of dust all over the place. Very poor cleaning service. Sticky and dirty floor. Would not recommended.

Bel établissement, bien situé mais la chambre n’était pas très propre et ne sentait pas bon. Chambre très petite avec 2 grandes valises on ne pouvait plus passer.

Em nosso quarto tinha apenas 01 toalha de banho, tivemos que solicitar mais toalhas, nossa coberta de cama estava com um cheiro de usada, e durante nossa estadia nunca entraram em nosso quarto pra limpar. No restante e um resort bem lindo e aconchegante.

Housekeeping was not consistent. Several times I had to call to get towels. They brought them up but took over an hour. One afternoon we were given 3 bathmatwashcloths .

I thought it was overpriced for such a small room. Noisy building work going on next door, which I was warned about via email.

The room was nice the view was the best part with the ocean front suite but the AC wasn’t like your normal hotel AC. It was a little on the warm side. They were doing construction the entire time we were there so it was a bit noisy when laying out on the beach. Also, the prices for breakfast were ridiculous. We wound up going to Publix and making our own. They made a big deal about asking for 2 packets of butter for our room and said it was only if you paid for breakfast. Rent a car if you’re going to stay in this area. It’s beautiful but not much around other than the mall.

I stayed at Marenas Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach and had mixed feelings. Before my trip, the hotel let me know construction was starting next door and offered to cancel my reservation, which I appreciated. I chose to go ahead with the stay, but the construction was louder and more disruptive than expected. Support beams were being driven into the ground, and my ocean view was mostly blocked by two massive cranes—one of them a bright red crane directly in front of the balcony. The hotel itself feels dated and could use some upgrades and a more thorough cleaning. My suite had a washer, dryer, and iron, but I had to request an ironing board—and the iron was in bad shape. The kitchen drawer handles were sticky, and during my stay the air conditioning went out. It was repaired, but the room didn’t cool down until the middle of the night. The bed was extremely firm; I personally prefer a softer, pillow-top mattress. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, and while I fully respect other languages and cultures, it made communication frustrating at times. Most guests didn’t speak English either, which is common for the North Miami area, but worth noting. On a positive note, the beach experience was excellent. Staff were attentive and quick to set up chairs and umbrellas. I do wish there had been bar staff walking around offering drinks, as that would’ve added to the experience. Great beachfront location, but I’d wait for some improvements before returning.

Stay in the 2 story penthouse for 4 nights. My kids enjoyed the stay, however the rooms were dated. The rooftop had cracked and chipped floors and roof has ugly chips cracks as well. The hot tub cover was in bad shape. The washer and dryer barely worked. Pull out couch was difficult to operate. The room cleaning staff wasn't very attentive. My car rental was damaged and when I requested video of the car, the valet staff was very non-responsive. That leave me to believe that they were responsible, beware. Otherwise, it was a great trip. Polite staff and inviting staff in the lobby. The bar tender Chris was everything to my trip. He provided outstanding bar service.

Check in was not until 4 PM. I had to wait around for my room to be ready. They charged an expensive resort fee that I never got to use because they closed the pool and hot tub at sunset. That's pretty early in the winter. Reservation was not refundable. Digital key didn't work. Room was sparse and if not for the view would be a $100 or less hotel room. The employees were super friendly and kind, but I won't be staying here again.

Our first room smelled bad so we got moved to our 2nd room. That room had a broken shower. There is no gift shop in the lobby and the outdoor area is very small. Our room was the smallest room I’ve ever had.

Room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the ocean. However, the a/c didn’t work in our first room and had to switch at midnight.

The Suite was great, awesome ocean view and spacious. Not our first time and we will come back.

If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would. My husband and I are on our honeymoon. 1. We checked in around 230pm. Right after I recieved a call from a family member in Orlando and unfornutaley we needed to leave due to a family emergency. We had not even been there 2 hours. We booked through Expedia so we were told by the hotel that Expedia needed to call the the hotel to have the amount refunded. That call was made to the hotel by Expedia to tell the hotel to refund due to a medical emergency. The reservation manager, Christina, refused to refund the amount outright. She had no empathy, her words exactly "it is the policy, no refunds. It wouldn't have mattered if you tried to cancel 24 hours prior." I explained to her that as newlyweds we couldn't afford to lose that money and a family member needed me. Nothing I told her mattered. We ended up staying. 2. The room was small, nothing like what we expected from the advertised pictures. The door did not go all the way to the ground, so if anyone got on there hands and knees they could definetly see in our room. The balcony was dirty, and there was construction right next door. They gave 2 water bottles and never restocked the bottles. There was no ice machine and when you would like water you would have to to down to the lobby to get some from a small stand by the check in desk. 3. The pool was small, nothing like the advertised pictures. They did not offer complementary breakfast and wanted $30 a person for an all you can eat brea

Our stay at Marenas Beach Resort was excellent! The staff here is amazing, starting with Janier at the front desk. But actually, it started at valet with Jairo and Alvaro, then continued with our bellman Ricardo. Everyone was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Our 2-bedroom, 3 bathroom (yes, 3 full bathrooms) suite was beautiful and the view from the wrap around balcony was too. We had two views, the ocean and the bay/city. Then on the beach Alberto G was kind and helpful, as was all the young men setting up the chairs and umbrellas. When we needed something in the room, it was immediately brought to us. They even sent up Prosecco and chocolate truffles for the birthday girl! We will definitely be returning to this resort!

This was my second stay at this resort. I was here two years ago as well. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Leo and Cristian in the bar were the best. The room was clean, it was comfortable, and I would return again.

The room was excellent, but the service from the front desk to the waitresses in the restaurants was quite rude and unfriendly. They have to improve the staff because customer service is essential .

Didnt really like that there is only valet parking. Also didnt really like that a lot of the workers didnt really understand english. The property itself was really nice and very clean

Initially, the staff hesitated to approve my complimentary upgrade. After requesting to speak with a manager, the upgrade was eventually approved. However, the manager, Jessica, was unprofessional and unaccommodating during the interaction.

This hotel has a fantastic staff. I've traveled to almost 90 countries and stayed in thousands of hotels, and I know a good hotel staff when I see one. This is one of the top 5 hotels for staff friendliness.

lovely building,location,facilities,and staff. one major issue; next door is a GIANT construction site, so all day serious pilon drilling noise. should be a reduced rate for the north side suites.

The hotel is great. The location is very very good, near to the malls and markets. The view from the room is awesome, you can se the bay and the sea. It is very easy to go from hotel to the beach, you don’t need even to go out from hotel, it is already on the beach.

Beautiful beach front, let us check in early after a cruise. Plenty of restaurants in walking didtwnce

Marenas is a great option for a stay in the Miami area. Its on the beach with near access to Adventura.

Breakfast buffet is expensive and not worth it. To go down the main street, you have to take the stairs because the driveway to the hotel is steep and only for vehicles. Everything else was fine. No problems with the staff or rooms.

Very large hotel in a busy area. The towel people on the beach and we’re very good at getting your chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool area was nice but very expensive at the bar. Went down down there for the Super Bowl party, but prices were outrageous so we went back to our room and watched it there. The hotel bar we went into one time just to check it out as well as the dining area and nobody was there. We moved on. Parking people were awesome but again that was an additional fee every day.

A beautiful property! I enjoyed staying here over a weekend very much, the room was clean and over all quiet. There was construction going on next door but the resort emailed me ahead of time so I was aware. The restaurant was very good and reasonable priced, breakfast was excellent with fresh pastries from a local bakery. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

My suite was spacious ( full kitchen stack washer and dryer). Great views of both the ocean and bay from my balcony. spacious bathroom but just a tub shower. Staff was friendly but some days i felt room cleaning took to long to getting to the room. (after 4p).Also i tried using the in room phone to get various areas within the hotel and would often get no answer after minutes of attempts. The restaurant provided good food options. Maybe a little pricier than expected for the level of food but overall not expensive. Easy access to beach Its no convenient store but a machine you could grab a snack or beverage from. Atm machine only dispenses 20s

We decided to rent at the beach for our morgan wallen weekend. Our room had a great view of the beach but it was small and strange and the carpet was dirty. The bar and tiki bar staff were really great and the drinks were amazing. Overall a 3+

Beautiful oceanfront property. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Oceanfront balcony and spacious suite. In room dining was delicious and parking valet was excellent. Great location. Would definitely recommend.
