Florida Family Paradise | Free Heated Pool!

Overall, a great stay and I can't see how anyone wouldn't be happy with this property. The property manager was responsive and helpful...there was constant communication leading up to our arrival. The booking was very professionally handled through a property management company.The house is great...the photos and description are pretty accurate. It's not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. The house is in a nice quiet subdivision with lots of retail and restaurants nearby within a few minutes away.Our trip was a Spring Training trip with the "fellas", and the house was an easy 20–25-minute drive to the Yankees ballpark and downtown Tampa (Yankees & Bolts).Overall, a winner! Just read the description and view the photos.... there really aren't any surprises.

Our stay was lovely. House, pool and beds were realistic to pictures. Location was perfect for the event we were in Valrico for.

We have stayed in a few VRBO homes and the experience with this home was by far the least stressful and most enjoyable of them all. Including the host, Jessica. House is beautiful and plenty of room for our party of 6 and two dogs. We were so impressed at how well stocked it was, paper product, laundry supplies, towels. I love to cook and there wasn't one thing I 'wished' I had. Of course, the pool was a hit and there are plenty of pool toys. We are already planning a return stay if Jessica will have us!!!!

We were in town for my Father’s funeral. The photos of the house had a coziness feeling and this was felt upon walking into the home and throughout as well. It was a great location and was just right for us. We had a few enjoy the heated pool eventually, but we mostly had many happy and sad conversations in the kitchen, counter/table and sitting areas. All the spaces were clean and in good order. We noticed there were snacks, drinks and condiments in the cabinets or fridge, probably up for grabs but we weren’t comfortable with it so we left them as is. Thank you for an inviting and wonderful space that we were able to rest at. We would certainly stay here again if ever needed.
