This was my second stay at this property. My son and I both really enjoy staying here when we are in town. Super clean, quiet and in a great central location. Very comfortable place. The in unit washer dryer is so great to have when on vacation. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stayed here! The place is clean and comfortable with cozy beds and a nice jetted tub with a spectacular showerhead! I appreciated the washer and dryer and was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with and the host provided plenty of coffee, water, and welcome snacks. The apartment is on the top floor so there are a few flights of stairs to climb but it worked fine for us. There is a lake with a walking/biking path with two parks for kids nearby. This was our second time staying here and we would love to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay as soon as we walked in! Very clean and cozy! We slept comfortably! Enjoyed the jetted tub for two 😉. So convenient to all the things we had planned. Quiet and the fireplace was the best touch. Totally recommend and will come again

The hosts have this two bedroom set up very welcomingly. The kitchen is beautiful and has all the appliances you could need. The hosts also generously stocked it with some coffee pods and a few snacks. I only used the main bedroom, but the bed was comfy, and the room had a convenient connection to the bathroom. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit, which was perfect so I could pack up only clean clothes. Overall, it was a relaxing and cozy space.

Not only was this home beautiful, but the space was also very comfortable. I had to prepare a big meal for a family function. The kitchen space was adequate and the cooking supplies I needed were so handily available. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great cosy apartment. Lots of amenities supplied including coffee, oats, oil, condiments etc. Lots of cooking utensils and ability to cook in house if needed. Washing machine/dryer with washing powder supplied. About a 30 minute walk into the heart of town. Dan and Christine live on site and were very helpful with any query. Lovely walks nearby to see wildlife. Highly recommend to stay here.

Outstanding rental. Very well appointed, very spacious. Easy lyft to downtown or a nice 22 min walk. Quiet neighborhood. Outside is a little beat up but to be expected with Alaska's weather. Hosts were quick to respond to communications.

First the wonderful. The Condo was super clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect easy to get down town and several options for walking. Not wonderful. The published description did include that the condo was a three story walk up. However, it was fairly deep in the description. For two people in there upper 70’s with heavy luggage, it was a challenge. I know it is on me for not reading carefully, but I think that fact needs to be more prominent in the description.

This was a great choice for a week's stay in Anchorage. Very Quiet, and the location was amazing. Each morning, we could see ducks walking around near the lower entry of the drive. Very Cozy.

This property was quiet, roomy, and comfortable for our stay in Anchorage. It’s location was perfect for us! Nice, very usable kitchen with everything we needed. The property was clean, yet some furnishings were a bit “tired.” While my husband slept well on the soft mattress, it was uncomfortable on my back. Our son also slept comfortably in the 2nd bedroom. Linens were clean and fresh and the snacks and coffee stocked were appreciated. We never met the owners, but communication through the VRBO app was prompt. Thank you Dan and Christine!

The place is very spacious and comfortable. There is a very large sitting/dining area in the bedrooms are very spacious as well It’s a great location, close to a lot of good restaurants and sightseeing places. Host is also very helpful and responsive. All in all great stay.

Had a lovely time staying at Dan and family's property very nearby downtown, and central to much of Anchorage. Plenty of space, and the apartment was well-stocked with toiletries, towels, tea, and coffee. Parking was easy and check-in/check-out was seamless.Only note is we had to be cautious with our shower times, as we did run out of hot water one or two of the evenings after showering back-to-back; I believe the unit shares hot water with the rest of the building.Overally, wonderful unit, location, and stay, and Dan was very communicative.

The house was just as described. Excellent place and they have added a few things to the stay that made it comfortable and cozy. It was easy to reach out to the owner and they responded immediately. Definitely a great place to stay.

Nice top floor apartment with everything we needed during our stay. Conveniently located by Westchester Lagoon which was so much fun to ice skate at.

This was a great choice for a week's stay in Anchorage. Very Quiet, and the location was amazing. Each morning, we could see ducks walking around near the lower entry of the drive. Very Cozy.

The place is very spacious and comfortable. There is a very large sitting/dining area in the bedrooms are very spacious as well It’s a great location, close to a lot of good restaurants and sightseeing places. Host is also very helpful and responsive. All in all great stay.

Great cosy apartment. Lots of amenities supplied including coffee, oats, oil, condiments etc. Lots of cooking utensils and ability to cook in house if needed. Washing machine/dryer with washing powder supplied. About a 30 minute walk into the heart of town. Dan and Christine live on site and were very helpful with any query. Lovely walks nearby to see wildlife. Highly recommend to stay here.

Had a lovely time staying at Dan and family's property very nearby downtown, and central to much of Anchorage. Plenty of space, and the apartment was well-stocked with toiletries, towels, tea, and coffee. Parking was easy and check-in/check-out was seamless.Only note is we had to be cautious with our shower times, as we did run out of hot water one or two of the evenings after showering back-to-back; I believe the unit shares hot water with the rest of the building.Overally, wonderful unit, location, and stay, and Dan was very communicative.

We enjoyed our stayed here! The place is clean and comfortable with cozy beds and a nice jetted tub with a spectacular showerhead! I appreciated the washer and dryer and was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with and the host provided plenty of coffee, water, and welcome snacks. The apartment is on the top floor so there are a few flights of stairs to climb but it worked fine for us. There is a lake with a walking/biking path with two parks for kids nearby. This was our second time staying here and we would love to stay again in the future.

We came to anchorage for the state gymnastics competition. This apartment was clean and cozy and offered us a nice place to get ready for the big event as well as a place to unwind afterwards. We ate 1/3 of our meals at the apartment. The kitchen was stocked nicely

Not only was this home beautiful, but the space was also very comfortable. I had to prepare a big meal for a family function. The kitchen space was adequate and the cooking supplies I needed were so handily available. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This property was quiet, roomy, and comfortable for our stay in Anchorage. It’s location was perfect for us! Nice, very usable kitchen with everything we needed. The property was clean, yet some furnishings were a bit “tired.” While my husband slept well on the soft mattress, it was uncomfortable on my back. Our son also slept comfortably in the 2nd bedroom. Linens were clean and fresh and the snacks and coffee stocked were appreciated. We never met the owners, but communication through the VRBO app was prompt. Thank you Dan and Christine!

Convenient to all locations. Hosts were quick to respond. Unit was clean and tidy. Had an odor possibly from sink and tub drains but not overpowering. Had all the conveniences and even more than what we anticipated. Good amount of snacks, bathroom items, kitchen, and laundry items so we didn’t have to purchase extras. This was a real blessing. I would definitely recommend to others to stay here if you are staying in or near Anchorage.

Property is very close to Westchester Lagoon, as well as the Chester Creek and Coastal trails. Everything is close. Unit was in great shape, and there were plenty of amenities. I booked this property for my realtives, and they had nothing but great things to say. Beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Communication with the hosts was great, and the check-in and check-out instructions were super easy! Would absolutely book again! Thanks!

The beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept on. Laundry and kitchen were fine, as were bathrooms. The only two things that are worth mentioning are the outside of the building, which was in need of work, and the couch, which was extremely uncomfortable(it’s a sofa bed). I would suggest a touch-up on the outside and a new couch. Overall, an excellent experience.
