We barely had wifi on our stay for 7 days. Whem we arrived, the router was bot even on. Router was in the villa next door, not in our villa. Very bad reception for the whole stay. Notified reception a couple of times about issues, was told they would contact supplier about issues. I got no feedback since sunday. Pool needs to be cleaned badly as well as repaired. Tiles missing, green moss/ mould all over the pool and bridge. Only a single light on in the pool at night time. Very dark, not safe for kids. It used to be very well lit up at night time, like photos on the website. Now only light in pool is in front of the spa, where the hut is. We had flick ( pest control ) come around during our stay, asked when we would be in so they could come around. Have stayed 4 times now, not sure if we will be back. Seems to have gone down hill over the years, which is disappointing. I have sent email to resort about issues.

Excellent stay. We were here for nearly 3 weeks. Needed to move from a 3 story to a 2 because of the stairs and having a toddler. They were very accomodating. Resort is in great condition and well looked after with some fantastic facilities. Would d finitely stay again.

Very well positioned in Noosa, within walking distance to restaurants, river strolls, supermarket, public transport. It is an excellent option to stay if you don't stay very close to Hastings St or the beach, having free public transport during school holidays Summer and Easter to take you wherever. Car is optional really if you just plan to stay in Noosa. The complex is also very family friendly with nice pools, spa, sauna, gim, tennis courts. Staff is great too. The only not so good I would point is that the units need some renovation. Not bad but need upgrade.

Great place to stay with kids. The pool was a great size. Many yummy food options where you can eat in or takeaway at your doorstep. The Thai is delicious!! River directly across the road was perfect for the kids to have a fish. Lastly but not least Daryl was excellent to deal with. We will be back for sure

Great for a family trip to noosaville. The property was perfect for family of 5. Kids loved the lagoon pool and spent hours each day swimming. There are lots of restaurants near. Woollys is a short 5 min walk and maccas and red rooster near. Lots of nice restaurants and food places along the main road. The japanese restaurant, poke bowl place and the gelati place were family faves.

The room wasn’t clean enough. The kitchen and bathrooms in particular had built up grime. There were also marks and stains on doors and surfaces. Kids socks were black from walking on the floors. No cleaning materials provided. Beds were clean. The staff were friendly enough, but there were too many rules and regulations for the kids to be kids. It felt a bit like prison with the strict entry/exit system. The rubbish rules were very strict, as was the parking. I wouldn’t stay again.

The pool is amazing! Location is great. The room we thought we were booking was nothing like what we actually got. It was old, shabby, unclean and small. Our friend paid the same and got a way nicer, larger and more modern room. I alerted the staff to my issues to be told "Its not like we gave you that room on purpose"

This place is awesome. The pools are great and such a food fun family vibe. BBQ area is so well thought out with a kitchen & tables. Our villa was spacious and super clean and right next to the pool. everything is in walking distance and such a safe feeling you get too. We will be back for sure!!

We had a lovely stay and were able to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Bus stop is located at the front gate which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately the room was a bit tired and needed a good deep clean. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful.

Our unit was at the rear and was very musty smelling. Drawers etc were also very musty smelling and the unit was quite dated. No storage in the bathrooms and the second bathroom was tiny.

The location was very good and very close to all amenities.Staff were friendly and helpful. However the shower was a terrible design and water went everywhere. For the price, I expected a change of towels and basic housekeeping and not be expected to get rid of rubbish ourselves. Less expensive accommodation places provide there basic services.

Location, villas and amenities were good. Lots of visitors parking if you have more than 1 car per villa. We had issues with the lights in the toilet and bedroom. They tried to fix it but because it was a weekend, they couldn’t complete the task. We ended up having to use a lamp. Recommend checking all lights, aircon, fans are working before renting the room out.

Location was great. Property was tired and needed repairs (blinds in 2nd BR & towel rail were broken). Twin beds were too short for those over 6 ft. Limited soap, shampoo & conditioner etc. Poor Wifi. Staff were helpful and lovely. Good stay for the price and could not fault the location. Would still recommend and advise to come prepared.

The Islander Resort Noosa was a fantastic stay. We had a two bedroom villa with back door access that opened onto the lagoon pool and spa just metres from our door. We arrived on Friday night before the Labour Day weekend and the facilities were open to 10:00pm, with no other guests in the pool area. It was wonderful! The villa was very spacious, with high ceilings, a large and well-stocked kitchen and the master bedroom had air conditioning in it. The couch was very comfortable and the staff in Reception were very kind and helpful. There’s no restaurant onsite, but plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There’s a cafe right beside Reception, where I enjoyed a lovely coffee. I would definitely enjoy coming back to this Resort in the future.

Nice location, nice pool and fun activities on site and in the area for whole family. Apartment condition was tatty and did not match photo on Expedia. Apparently there are different apartments / owners which wasn't obvious at time of booking. Some have different features and are in varying states of renovation. Bedding was cheap and dated. No privacy, felt like a repurposed retirement village. Staff were odd and argumentive. Gave us 4 towels for a week and wanted to charge everytime new ones were needed. It was explained to me this was mentioned in their literature and it was my fault for not familiarising myself as this is "standard practice in all Noosa based resorts to charge for towels and we provide you a washing machine" (but not enough detergent to wash enough towels for 4 people for a week). Perhaps they have something written down somewhere about that too. Recommend all potential guests set aside a few days to study all the reading material to avoid uncomfortable conversation with passive aggressive staff. No doubt they won't be able to help themselves with the reply to this message. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels, never left a negative review until now.

We barely had wifi on our stay for 7 days. Whem we arrived, the router was bot even on. Router was in the villa next door, not in our villa. Very bad reception for the whole stay. Notified reception a couple of times about issues, was told they would contact supplier about issues. I got no feedback since sunday. Pool needs to be cleaned badly as well as repaired. Tiles missing, green moss/ mould all over the pool and bridge. Only a single light on in the pool at night time. Very dark, not safe for kids. It used to be very well lit up at night time, like photos on the website. Now only light in pool is in front of the spa, where the hut is. We had flick ( pest control ) come around during our stay, asked when we would be in so they could come around. Have stayed 4 times now, not sure if we will be back. Seems to have gone down hill over the years, which is disappointing. I have sent email to resort about issues.

We booked again before we left! Stand out and happy staff, outstanding staff, salt chlorinated pool, walking distance to everything a family would need. Guests we meet have been coming back for 10yrs even for 30yrs. That should sum it up. Going back in 5 weeks Thanks a million Pizza guy

The location was very good and very close to all amenities.Staff were friendly and helpful. However the shower was a terrible design and water went everywhere. For the price, I expected a change of towels and basic housekeeping and not be expected to get rid of rubbish ourselves. Less expensive accommodation places provide there basic services.

Great for a family trip to noosaville. The property was perfect for family of 5. Kids loved the lagoon pool and spent hours each day swimming. There are lots of restaurants near. Woollys is a short 5 min walk and maccas and red rooster near. Lots of nice restaurants and food places along the main road. The japanese restaurant, poke bowl place and the gelati place were family faves.

Great place to stay with kids. The pool was a great size. Many yummy food options where you can eat in or takeaway at your doorstep. The Thai is delicious!! River directly across the road was perfect for the kids to have a fish. Lastly but not least Daryl was excellent to deal with. We will be back for sure

The Islander Resort Noosa was a fantastic stay. We had a two bedroom villa with back door access that opened onto the lagoon pool and spa just metres from our door. We arrived on Friday night before the Labour Day weekend and the facilities were open to 10:00pm, with no other guests in the pool area. It was wonderful! The villa was very spacious, with high ceilings, a large and well-stocked kitchen and the master bedroom had air conditioning in it. The couch was very comfortable and the staff in Reception were very kind and helpful. There’s no restaurant onsite, but plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There’s a cafe right beside Reception, where I enjoyed a lovely coffee. I would definitely enjoy coming back to this Resort in the future.

We loved our stay at The Islander. The proximity of the mini pool to our apartment was fantastic. Very close to the riverside with lots of nice restaurants. Overall great experience!

This place is awesome. The pools are great and such a food fun family vibe. BBQ area is so well thought out with a kitchen & tables. Our villa was spacious and super clean and right next to the pool. everything is in walking distance and such a safe feeling you get too. We will be back for sure!!

Our unit looked a bit tired but was fully functional , this is a great family resort in a perfect spot on the Noosa river. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and a tavern all within a 5 min walk. There was also 2 public EV charges at the shopping complex. The large pool in the middle of the complex was great as were the tennis courts on top of the car park. Look past that it’s a looking a little tired and you’ll realise that this is a one stop shop in an amazing location. Will definitely stay here again.
