My stay at Red Roof inn was a nightmare. Despite that it is the cheapest hotel to stay in NOW I know WHY they are so cheap. Fridge wasn't working took them 4 days to replace and then when they did they put the new one in they didn't plug it in so all my food went bad. They offered a gift card I never received for the spoiled food. Toilet seat was broken maintenance came and tightened it and stated he would be back with a new one since the one on it was broken. Maintenance came today day of checkout still without toilet seat asking us what's wrong with the old one he came a few days ago to change but never did. Holes in walsa everywhere all dresser drawers were broken from the back so that the cable box and wifi box can fit behind the dresser so couldn't use dresser had to keep clothes in suitcases and backpacks. Sheets were filthy dirty as well lamp shades with stains never mind the mattress all stain with yellow and brown. Mattress cover pad was broken. Spiders and other insects in room. Shower tub drain had to be unclogged I did it so much junk and hair and it didn't even have a drain cover on. Called guest relations all they did was apologize and offered a free night stay that will take place once you redeem the points and that takes 3 business days. Guest relations have agents that don't even know what they are doing promising things on a recorded line that they never gave me. Missed a day of work trying to get guest relations to comply with all the bad experiences
