Great facilities. Lovely staff. Restaurant very good, nice range of options. Drinks on the beach at sunset- a must. You need a cab to get to other bars , restaurants etc. Very peaceful. Highly recommended.

Très bel établissement Accès direct à la plage avec des douches accessibles. 3 bassins dont 2 pour enfants. Bonne restauration. Belle plage à sable blanc et eau turquoise. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Personnel accueillant. Le seul petit bémol que nous avons rencontré, retour odeur de canalisation nauséabonde sortant de la douche, solutionné provisoirement, le personnel a été très réactif. A recommander, bon rapport qualité-prix

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer mit 3 Pools. Wir hatten die Pool Access Villa mit einem eigenen Daybed direkt am Pool. Das durfte dann auch nur von uns benutzt werden. Essen im Hotel war gut aber Verhältnismäßig teuer zu den Restaurants außerhalb. Im Hotel selber war nur abends leider garnichts los, sehr ruhig und auch die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Also ohne Roller wäre man hier aufgeschmissen. Diesen haben wir uns aber ganz einfach gemietet und sind dann immer rumgefahren. Das Personal war jederzeit super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Jättefint hotel. Vi va här 4 nätter precis före jul. Lugnt och stillsamt och väldigt trevlig personal. Restaurangen hade bra mat men annars finns inget på gångavstånd om man vill äta ngt annat. Strand remsan är i minsta lagret men mysig och du behöver aldrig fundera på att få en solstol. Jättefina rum vi hade en pool access villa vilket va de bästa skulle jag säga, vi va tre personer.

Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl, Abendessen.mittelmässig dafür teuer. Einfaches Restaurant nebendran zum halben Preis. SPA war fantastisch, Massagen super und schönes Ambiente. Für uns zu ruhig

Room was fantastic, with great pool access. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only one small bar, had to regularly call staff. Only one restaurant, options limited, food quality not the best and staff also had to be called. Location fairly isolated. Spa was exceptional!

Property is excellent for a get away from it all. It is on a quiet beach and it is a great location for a romantic getaway

Der var meget beskidt og rottelort under vores seng. Der var en underlig lugt på værelser og skimmelsvamp flere steder. Hoteller bærer præg af at det godt kunne trænge til en kærlig hånd. MEGET kærlig hånd.

The location is very nice, feels like it's hidden in the jungle, right by a beautiful beach where you can catch amazing sunsets. There are some really great staff that makes you feel very welcome. They are very helpful and friendly. The negatives are mostly that you're pretty far from any other restaurants or shops and the restaurant at the hotel just isn't that good. The breakfast was actually bad, but they were super understanding about it and assured us they listened and would improve. We ended up going to a very nice restaurant a few minutes drive (but not walkable as it's on main road) away every night and that was great. The resort is a bit dated, but comfortable.

Rooms are cleaned, amenities are nice & comfortable. Staff very well trained, some were a bit pushy, but overall very kind.

This hotel is located in a beautiful off the beaten track location and not walkable to any attractions. The hotel grounds look beautiful and the landscaping and facilities look great! But don't be fooled: What may look shiny is not! We booked the pool villa but were informed only days before the start of our day that this room type is not available. We were offered a hotel credit for difference the downgrade to the pool access villa. Upon check in and complaining, we were offered a lower rate instead of the hotel credit. The air conditioning in our room never worked appropriately. At first check in it was freezing cold in the room (think Antarctica) and when we tried to adjust it when we went to bed, it gave out at night and the temperature climbed to nearly 30C/85F by the time we came back from breakfast in the morning. We asked the staff to fix the AC which they did, but the same thing happened then next night. At that time, we asked to switch the room. Again, the AC did work and was extremely cold in the new room, but even though we never touched it, it gave out during the night. They fixed it again in the morning and the same thing happened during the last night. - The restaurant is equally bad. We only at there once for dinner and the food was stale and of very low quality. Half of the menu is not available. It's a shame because the grounds are gorgeous and the staff is extremely sweet and bending over backwards to fix issues. Would never stay again!

We absolutely loved our villa on the beach with a private pool. The staff in reception was not very helpful and sometimes we had a hard time understanding each other due to language barrier. House cleaning comes every other day, but they were supposed to bring new towels, coffee, water daily. Some days we didn't get new towels or coffee and had to ask for them. The restaurant was so so and the service was so slow. The location was nice because it was private and secluded, but it made it hard if you wanted to go out to eat, 711 or atm as the taxi's are not cheap.

Rooms were clean and airy. Hotel was immaculate. Food was good and lots of choices. The staff friendly and helpful. If you want to go out, you will need to get a taxi for 5 minutes.

Housekeeping was consistently poor. Beds were not properly made, towels were placed on unmade beds, trash bins were not emptied, and floors were not cleaned. • The private plunge pool (a key reason for choosing this room category) was out of order for 2 out of 5 days. One day the pump was not working, and the next day the water was green and cloudy. • Compensation offered (massage) did not match the issue, as we paid specifically for a pool villa and did not receive a functioning pool for a significant part of the stay. • Apart from breakfast, all food had to be purchased separately and was priced high compared to the overall experience and maintenance level. • Staff service was good and friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful, but maintenance and cleaning standards significantly reduced the value for money.

Ganz schöne Hotelanlage, das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber jetzt nicht wirklich tragisch.

Had a comfy stay in the beachfront, 2bdrm unit. Was great that the kids could have their own bedroom. View out to the beach was beautiful as well as proximity to the restaurant and breakfast. Nice to have our own pool as well.

Our beachfront pool villa was fantastic. Beautiful, private, romantic. Like having our own private beach. Our gate went straight to the beach. Perfect for morning beach combing before morning cooked breakfast. All the meals were excellent. After a morning of sightseeing, we headed back to our pool for a dip, a cold beer and some hammock time. Beach was wonderful for after dinner moonlight walks as well. Staff were all friendly and responsive, everything was beautiful and well maintained. Our time here was magical. Will definitely stay again.

We had occasion to contact reception and had someone to our room immediately. It was a little way out but taxis are easily available and good value. The breakfast was lovely though coffee slow in delivery. The restaurant was fabulous- beautiful setting and atmosphere- but not cheap. We would go back to this hotel.

Vi bodde i en strandvilla med privat pool, helt fantastikt läge och fin pool. Mycket trevlig personal på hela hotellet!! Förlängde våra 7 förhandsbokade nätter till totalt 9 nätter. Tack till alla i personalen för bra service och stor vänlighet!

Ganz schöne Hotelanlage, das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber jetzt nicht wirklich tragisch.

I only gave 3 stars because they discounted my stay due to their error. I booked a private 2 bedroom suite with private pool and they put me in a garden suite.... thank God I was traveling solo only for 1 night and not a week+ with my wife. It would have ruined the entire trip flying 20 hours from Canada for this experience, and that would have been a total failure. Still a severe let down for me personally and my travel partner. Property was gorgeous and rooms are great despite the critical error.

Wonderful experience with great staff! We arrived 4 hours early after a long flight and they put us in another villa where we could shower and sleep! We had the 2 bed beach front with pool. Fantastic. A little upgrade on the sofa would be nice ;-)

Für ein paar ruhige Tage ein guter Ort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die kleine Anlage direkt am Meer bietet einem viel Ruhe. Wir haben ein schönes und besonderes Sylvester dort verbracht. Wer die Insel erkunden möchte kann relativ einfach Transfermöglichkeiten buchen.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Rooms, beach, and property all beautiful. Quiet and relaxing. All staff so very friendly, kind, and helpful....we especially enjoyed the kitchen, front desk, and driving staff! Food was excellent...location off the beaten path...amazing sunsets!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff turn this amazing oceanside resort into something special. The restaurant on site is incredibly delicious. It's not a super walkable area but it is walkable. 11/10 recommend!

Beautiful property right on the beach. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. This is a quiet resort that is perfect for relaxing. Location is a bit remote but it is easy to hire a ride to go see the sites.

The grounds were beautiful but there was an extremely limited food and drink menu and very few places near by to go.

Hôtel 5 étoile , service/ propreté parfait Un peu dépassée par le monde au resto, beaucoup d’attente . Plage marée basse donc on n’a pas pu en profiter et beaucoup de vent. Localisation Isolée , pas de resto ni commerce à pied On peut trouver mieux pour un prix similaire

Lovely property But shops are far away

L'hôtel est très beau et tous les équipements de qualité. Le service est parfait. L'hôtel est situé dans un emplacement isolé ce qui implique une tranquillité absolue mais aucun commerce ou restaurant aux alentours immédiats. Seul tout petit bémol la villa de base est plus petite que sur les photos prises au grand angle.

Avsidesliggende sted, sikkert en oase for par. Bodde kun en natt.
