Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Falls by IHG

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was under construction and it just wasnt as clean and nice as it has been in the past.

Great place, no problems. I did call the staff's attention to one thing: one of the side doors leading outside was propped open with a rock 24 hours a day. This is a big waste of energy and a security failure.

Staff was courteous. Renovations were being done, dusty... developed allergies from all the dust/debris. Just think I should have been forewarned so I could have made my own decision of whether to stay there or not.
