I asked for hand rails in shower did not get them. There were no elevators and we were put on the second floor. My Dad is 83 he had trouble climbing the stairs. They did not have breakfast when the review about it said there was breakfast.

Hotel is very spartan, nothing to offer except a TV and decent bed. We even had to ask for more cover for the bed. It's 2 star, nothing more.

As soon as I walked in the room a GIANT roach was hanging out in the bathroom. About died. Changed rooms. They definitely don’t move the furniture to clean that’s for sure. The deadbolt lock was loose and frankly did not feel safe there at all. Person next to me was banging around their room allllll night. Someone came out of their room as I was leaving in the morning and was screaming GOOD MORNING to me down the hall - very odd. Would not recommend

We booked a random short inexpensive getaway for the weekend. It was very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping areas. The beds weren't has comfortable as I would have liked them to be but that's just personal preference. The only issue was on our second night around 2am while using the restroom, I saw a bug crawling by the trash bin, I told my husband to get it. He said it was a roach. Since we were due to check out that day we packed up and headed home.

Check in was a breeze. This was my first stay at an Econo Lodge and I was impressed. Very clean rooms. The bathtub was peeling paint, I think. That wasnt really an issue since I take showers. The pillows were awful!!! My neck hurt so bad all day today. I'm glad I only had to drive 3 hrs home. Housekeeping was a little loud in the morning seemingly early. It was a Saturday so some people might have wanted to sleep a little later, closer to check out time. The room was a tad bit bigger than some other places I've stayed, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I would stay there again for sure😁!

Scam scam scam. No hot water then they charged 30 dollar deposit when wexwent to check out there was a sign that said be backbin 5 minutes and never came back. So I called them and demanded my 30 dollar deposit back and they came up font real quick to return our money. If there is a sign up front call them right away. They just want you to leave so you won't get your money back.

We reserved a room with 2 double beds, but when we arrived, there were none available. After 15 minutes of waiting while the manager and clerk argued about availability, we were given a king room. Later, we discovered there was a pull out sofa bed. They did not mention this when assigning the room. When we requested extra linens for the bed, they were surprised by the request and reluctantly provided them.

We were put in room 109. It was at the end of the hall. There were dead bugs one the floor and not enough towels for the guests. There weren’t any cups either. I think the room hadn’t been used in sometime. There were stains on the ceiling in several areas. The room didn’t look at all like the picture suggested. Better luck next time!
