Property is in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to the Southbank foreshore. Apartments are clean and have everything you could need. Pool and sauna area are good.

The apartment is within walking distance to conference center and easy to take buses to get acorss the river. Inside the room, there is a kitchen, which would come handy if you want to cook.

West End Central Apartments were conveniently located, very walkable. We had a adjoining rooms and were impressed with the facilities and the size of the rooms. I would definitely recommend these apartments to others and would stay again myself.

It was okay, but the bath looked a little dirty and there was a funny smell on the hallway leading to the lifts. Good location, but I will look elsewhere next time.

The Staff members and the cleanliness of the hotel was a very high standard. The apartment is very convenient. Walking distance to the Pubs, Restaurants and Cafes. Basically all those places are great for eating. There is a Coles there in the area. Walking distance to the Brisbane CBD. Excellent for busses and trains as well, all very close by. I would highly recommend staying at West End Central Apartments.

Check in was a breeze, unfortunately there was a intense smell of damp in the room. Doors to balcony had to be left open. Quite dated interior. Felt overpriced compared to more modern accommodation.

The property is in a poor state the door locks are lose to enter the room . It definitely needs an update, cables hanging mirror frames cracked and really old . Horrible smell in the room and hallway . The lifts are smelly like they have had an electrical motor burned out . In general nothing like the pictures at all .

A tired property. Some lights not working, bathroom fan thick with dust (maybe because it didn't switch off). Net curtains very grey. Wasn't the best choice.

Central location was great. Unfortunately shower head was broken and toilet cistern was constantly leaking. Good cooking facility and a generous kitchen. The floors definitely in need of mopping as the bottom of your feet would turn black from walking around the apartment

The property is old and lots of things could be repaired. The cleaning is mostly superficial, but air vent above shower was awful. Back of hairdryer was dusty. The elevator wasn't level with the floor so I kicked my toe and split my toenail. Luckily the location was handy.

Great location that is 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the South Bank. The apartment was very clean and had great amenities. The front desk was very helpful and was extremely receptive throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. It had all that we needed for a short stay. Nice to have the little balcony and option to have the doors open, as they were screened. very close to cafes and shops in West End, and walking distance to Southbank. Ian on reception was very welcoming and helpful with tips.

The location is good, water damaged and painted wall and floor tiles and bad silicon in the bathroom, big gap behind the bath tap, carpet has missing threads in general the room was quite dated.

Well located to the city. entertainment and restaurants with large well appointed rooms albeit a little dated. The biggest turn off for me is the in bath shower, very easy to slip getting out of the shower.

I hadn’t stayed in this area before so that was different. Easy access to multiple food sources and a Woolworths close by. The actual parking and facilities were good. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Stayed on Level 2 - aspect was not great. It’s a less expensive choice than other Brisbane options but ALL accommodation is absolutely overpriced now. The staff were gorgeous, the room clean but I just felt on the lower level I was in a dungeon. Just not what I had envisaged for this stay but many people may enjoy this location. I probably would not return - or at the very least ask for a room on floor 4or 5 with a street view.

We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which had a large outdoor patio area. All facilities you would expect. Very walkable to all South Bank attractions. Also lots of eateries right on the doorstep without tourist price tags. Complex is clean and tidy, but showing its age a bit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Manager Ella was excellent very friendly & helpful. We stayed in 502 with nice view & very quiet. Apartments are close to everything.

We booked the apartment for a night away. Unfortunately when we checked in the room was extremely run down, dirty and had a strong smell. It was unpleasant. We went down to request to change rooms and the counter was closed. We rang the after hours number and it went through to voicemail. Without a choice we booked another room at a different hotel, dropped the keys in the after hours slot, l left a voice mail on the after hours line and moved. But then we tried to get a refund and were told the hotel refused because we had the opportunity to contact the after hours line - the one they didn’t answer! Really bloody disappointed with the whole experience.

Our first time staying at West End Central Apartments. We arrived late at night, the staff phoned me then sent a very detailed SMS earlier in the day regarding accessing the key from the lock box. The apartment was clean, and the staff had turned the light on before our arrival, which was most appreciated. The bed was comfortable, basic toiletries were provided, and a hairdryer. We left early the next morning, before reception was open and left the keys in the drop off.

A very welcoming check in From Antonella indicated that a very pleasant stay was ahead. The hotel is not new but very well maintained and comfortable. The was nice and the room was a reasonable size. Nice and quiet but the location to restaurants etc was fabulous. Highly recommend.

スーパー、レストランエリアが近くてとても便利でした。コンベンションセンターへのアクセスもよく、徒歩圏内です。トイレのドアの取手が壊れてフロントに相談すると、すぐに修理の人を呼んで対応してくれました。フロントの方も親切です。フロントにはタクシーを呼ぶ機械があり、それも便利でした。

West End Central Apartments were conveniently located, very walkable. We had a adjoining rooms and were impressed with the facilities and the size of the rooms. I would definitely recommend these apartments to others and would stay again myself.

I enjoyed my stay at West End Central. The location is a great central spot in easy walking distance to a great selection of dining choices and the suave bars of Fish Lane. The king size bed was perfect to fall into after a night out. Who doesn’t love crisp hotel cotton sheets for a good sleep!

Great location that is 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the South Bank. The apartment was very clean and had great amenities. The front desk was very helpful and was extremely receptive throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. It had all that we needed for a short stay. Nice to have the little balcony and option to have the doors open, as they were screened. very close to cafes and shops in West End, and walking distance to Southbank. Ian on reception was very welcoming and helpful with tips.

central location. we stayed here for the Brisbane running festival, short walk to the starting line. Great stay.

The room was spacious, clean. However, the headboard attached to the wall above the bed was unstable. It fell off the wall when I sat down on the bed which moved as the bed was on wheels. I should have reported it at the time to the manager, but didn't think it was that important. We did get charged a few days after checkout for a broken headboard that wasn't our fault. The manager told us she wouldn't reverse the charge for this as I should have reported it to her and didn't have pictures to show it wasn't our fault. Overall, a reasonably priced apartment in a good location but if something isn't the way it should be, make sure you report it promptly and take before and after pictures.
