Quarto com uma ótima vista. Atendimento da equipe. Jantar com poucas opções e era caro pelo que servia. Café da manhã bom. Ótima limpeza, ótima recepção. Excelente serviço free de levar e trazer até o centro de Sorrento.

I’ll start by saying I accept that not all hotels are luxurious, and I have stayed at all types. This hotel is just shocking false advertising. The 1st floor with dining room and pool area has been remodeled, but the rest of the hotel was clearly nice and opulent in it’s time, but is now falling apart and haphazardly repaired here and there. Our room smelled musty, we felt every spring in the bed, pillows were flat. The area around the hotel was sketchy but we had no issues. Beach was packed and dirty. Parking was in a gated parking lot filled with garbage. The positive: Bar staff was great.

July 27 2025 The food option was very limited one menu for lunch and dinner.The towels were rundown very old. The shower curtain was falling down It was just a joke. stains on the walls both hallway and in the room and furniture .our room was smelling like mildew, we asked to be changed to another room. They gave us another room away and separate from the hotel building and didn’t had balcony as per our itinerary. the elevator was not safe at all Kept on getting stuck middle of the floors. In the website of the hotel, it advertises that it has private Sandy beach but it was not it was public and rocky. In one word the hotel was horrible except the staff I will not recommend at all.

Fint hotell med nyoppusset og fantastisk basseng og restaurant område. Store romslige rom med god plass til en familie på 3. Noe slitte rom med medium standard på renhold. Flott privat strand tilhørende hotellet med fri tilgang til solsenger. Kunne vært opplyst om at dette er en steinstrand. Noe vanskelig å komme seg uti vannet pga steiner. Stort pluss med shuttle buss som gikk flere ganger daglig til sorrento. Lang avstand til togstasjon fra hotell. Burde vært mulighet for transport til og fra. Liten landsby med noen få spisesteder.

Great location with pool and beach access! we had a nice balcony room and had a beach view at all times. There are a few restaurants in a walking distance and one at the hotel as well.

I really enjoyed having the pool and beach to sit and look at and the views where breathtaking and it was quiet and peaceful. The room balcony and the shuttle bus to Sorrento really made me happy.

No 1, not sure why it’s listed as a 4 star hotel, also not sure where to begin, the piles of garbage in the parking lot, the dirty towels in my room, the missing sheets on the bed, the rust on the elevators, or the mold on the bathroom ceiling… I can go on and on on all the imperfections I’ve found here. The only thing this hotel has to offer is the staff, and an amazing view. Other than that, if you’re expecting 4 stars do not go here!

The hotel itself was in a great location slightly away from downtown sorrento but they offered free shuttles throughout the day. Parking included and breakfast was also perfect. I did find a local mini mart approx 12 min uphill walk away. Facility is nice but the rooms need attention. Our shower wouldn’t drain and leaked onto slick tile floor. We told front desk first day about it and they wrote a note but never addressed the issue so every time we showered it either had to be quick our the floor would get soaked. Wish they would have done something about it but otherwise good place to stay.

When booking this hotel, please note it is an individual, traditional Italian hotel with lots of beautiful marble, mosaic and a lovely art deco feel. Our room with an incredible sea view again had traditional tiles, wood carvings and marble based on a nautical theme. The dining room, bars and outside areas are more modern and spotlessly clean, shout outs to the lifeguards who were great and Valentino behind bar who was really polite. In fairness, all the staff here are a credit. The location of the hotel is perfect with beautiful views over the Bay of Naples and lots of little eateries that are so good, particularly in the evening, spectacular sunsets. Thoroughly recommend, well done guys.

Do not book unless you want to pay premium price for a molded room. The hotel has a beautiful location and friendly staff, however when entering the room late at night we noticed a bad smell, that we next morning was due to bad mold over the bed and in the bathroom. We asked for another room, which we had but not until the day after. We asked for compensation due the health hazard we had exposed to, the inconvenience of having to change room (with the clothes damp from the first packed in the suitcase for whole day), and a second room that in several ways was less attractive than the first room we had. We were given a free dinnerbuffet, which we appreciated, however we didn’t feel that in any way adequately compensated for the situation. I tried several times to get in contact with the manager, without any luck and my emails to the manager remain unanswered. I’m shocked that a hotel manager of any hotel, let alone 4-star hotel, is non-responsive to a complaint like ours - especially as I informed the manager and staff, that my travel companion has severe astma.

As fotos no site não condizem com a realidade do hotel. Tivemos que ir embora antes porque meus filhos são alérgicos ao bolor das paredes. O bolo do café da manhã tinha mofo. Quarto sujo e a cama não era de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas. Não recomendo.

The room was super clean, a little bit dated but it added to the charm. The breakfast was superb and the staff were super friendly and attentive. We had a room with the ocean view and what a view it was! Seeing the sunset from the balcony is just next level. I'd say the improvement they could make would be to have a better mattress but I'm just being picky

I will not return to this hotel. The room was located in a separate building that was unsafe, old and not up to the advertisement. Our room door was accesible with a soft push. The locks were a joke. We had never been in a place like this before, so pathetic. The people at the front desk, including the manager, were disengaged and completely unapologetic. They are making me think twice in paying in advance for any room in the future. This was a tragic experience, and only hope that someone is paying attention.

The view was very nice but otherwise not a great location if Sorrento is your focus. It's Far from the train station and Sorrento with limited and expensive transportation. The bed was hard. The tile floor was very cold. The shower was cramped and cold because the door doesn't close all the way. We were there in November and the dining room was not serving other than for large groups on tour.

I’ll start by saying I accept that not all hotels are luxurious, and I have stayed at all types. This hotel is just shocking false advertising. The 1st floor with dining room and pool area has been remodeled, but the rest of the hotel was clearly nice and opulent in it’s time, but is now falling apart and haphazardly repaired here and there. Our room smelled musty, we felt every spring in the bed, pillows were flat. The area around the hotel was sketchy but we had no issues. Beach was packed and dirty. Parking was in a gated parking lot filled with garbage. The positive: Bar staff was great.

Camera pulita, anche se l’arredo un po’ datato, personale gentile e professionale. Posizione eccellente praticamente sul mare con con vista mozzafiato. SPA e piscina interna ed esterna Top.

La chambre était sale et dans un état de décrépitude. La climatisation marchait par intermittence. La terrasse avait un mur en maçonnerie de 180 qui éméchait la vue sur le golf.

Open balcony on the morning and enjoy sounds of waves 🌊 So far best hotel of our trip! Sunsets… water is so wild and clear! Our room have jacuzzi with ocean view that we really enjoyed. ( and who complained about bad rooms you need to choose room when you booked!) another room has amazing balcony with ocean view and seahorse decor. Breakfast was outstanding with salmon and plenty mozzarella and tomatoes. So many sweets options for our little one. Pool is also good bonus with plenty of balloons and toys. Location is fantastic and very close to Sorrento and good restaurants. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The room was super clean, a little bit dated but it added to the charm. The breakfast was superb and the staff were super friendly and attentive. We had a room with the ocean view and what a view it was! Seeing the sunset from the balcony is just next level. I'd say the improvement they could make would be to have a better mattress but I'm just being picky

I will not return to this hotel. The room was located in a separate building that was unsafe, old and not up to the advertisement. Our room door was accesible with a soft push. The locks were a joke. We had never been in a place like this before, so pathetic. The people at the front desk, including the manager, were disengaged and completely unapologetic. They are making me think twice in paying in advance for any room in the future. This was a tragic experience, and only hope that someone is paying attention.

When booking this hotel, please note it is an individual, traditional Italian hotel with lots of beautiful marble, mosaic and a lovely art deco feel. Our room with an incredible sea view again had traditional tiles, wood carvings and marble based on a nautical theme. The dining room, bars and outside areas are more modern and spotlessly clean, shout outs to the lifeguards who were great and Valentino behind bar who was really polite. In fairness, all the staff here are a credit. The location of the hotel is perfect with beautiful views over the Bay of Naples and lots of little eateries that are so good, particularly in the evening, spectacular sunsets. Thoroughly recommend, well done guys.

We had high hopes when we booked the Alimuri but we were severely let down. For starters, the pics of the room and bathroom did not match the superior room we paid extra for. The pics shown an updated look and feel with an updated shower It was old and dated in real life. The shower is where we had one of the biggest problems. I am a short girl and the pics showed a walk-in shower but what we got was an extremely tall tub shower with a makeshift panel in place for a curtain of sorts. My husband is tall at 6’ and even he had an issue, the top of the tub was about mid thigh for him. This led to an unsafe situation when trying to step out of the tub and i slipped because i couldn’t reach the floor. I ended up with a huge bruise on my arm where I hit the countertop next to the tub. When we told the management about it they were not helpful at all. As a matter of fact the manager himself wouldn't even come out of his office to talk to us and made the front desk clerk speak to us. We tried showing them pics from both Expedia and the listing on their own website and how the room listed is not what we received but they wouldn't hear of it. They only offered to pay for the single beer we had on the beach earlier that day and made no effort to take care of us or make any accommodations at all. Do not stay here unless you want to get injured or swindled.

Do not book unless you want to pay premium price for a molded room. The hotel has a beautiful location and friendly staff, however when entering the room late at night we noticed a bad smell, that we next morning was due to bad mold over the bed and in the bathroom. We asked for another room, which we had but not until the day after. We asked for compensation due the health hazard we had exposed to, the inconvenience of having to change room (with the clothes damp from the first packed in the suitcase for whole day), and a second room that in several ways was less attractive than the first room we had. We were given a free dinnerbuffet, which we appreciated, however we didn’t feel that in any way adequately compensated for the situation. I tried several times to get in contact with the manager, without any luck and my emails to the manager remain unanswered. I’m shocked that a hotel manager of any hotel, let alone 4-star hotel, is non-responsive to a complaint like ours - especially as I informed the manager and staff, that my travel companion has severe astma.

The hotel itself was in a great location slightly away from downtown sorrento but they offered free shuttles throughout the day. Parking included and breakfast was also perfect. I did find a local mini mart approx 12 min uphill walk away. Facility is nice but the rooms need attention. Our shower wouldn’t drain and leaked onto slick tile floor. We told front desk first day about it and they wrote a note but never addressed the issue so every time we showered it either had to be quick our the floor would get soaked. Wish they would have done something about it but otherwise good place to stay.

The view was very nice but otherwise not a great location if Sorrento is your focus. It's Far from the train station and Sorrento with limited and expensive transportation. The bed was hard. The tile floor was very cold. The shower was cramped and cold because the door doesn't close all the way. We were there in November and the dining room was not serving other than for large groups on tour.

Fint hotell med nyoppusset og fantastisk basseng og restaurant område. Store romslige rom med god plass til en familie på 3. Noe slitte rom med medium standard på renhold. Flott privat strand tilhørende hotellet med fri tilgang til solsenger. Kunne vært opplyst om at dette er en steinstrand. Noe vanskelig å komme seg uti vannet pga steiner. Stort pluss med shuttle buss som gikk flere ganger daglig til sorrento. Lang avstand til togstasjon fra hotell. Burde vært mulighet for transport til og fra. Liten landsby med noen få spisesteder.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, porém como a localização é bem longe de tudo, poderiam providenciar um transfer para nós buscar na estação de trem, e poucos horários para levar-nos ao centro, sempre lotado e o táxi custava em torno de 48 euros 💶, e providenciar um atendimento por WhatsApp, a vista é fabulosa, atendimento perfeito!!! Recomendo

I really enjoyed having the pool and beach to sit and look at and the views where breathtaking and it was quiet and peaceful. The room balcony and the shuttle bus to Sorrento really made me happy.

This was a romantic location reminiscent of the titanic. It is designed to feel like a ship. Friendly staff. Gorgeous location. Quiet. Luxurious. Pool and beach access. Hot tub was wonderful and near the balcony. We could hear the waves as we slept. Only thing I would mention is there isn’t a ton to do within walking distance. So it’s a good place if you have transportation or want quiet.

I gave this hotel five stars because of the view. The staff was pleasant, and the place was clean. The bar was good and the drinks were reasonably priced but the restaurant food was inedible. Fortunately, there are a couple restaurants right next-door that are very good. Try Ristorante IL Verricello.

The shower curtain was falling down It was just a joke. stains on the walls both hallway and in the room and furniture .our room was smelling like mildew, we asked to be changed to another room. They gave us another room away and separate from the hotel building and didn’t had balcony as per our itinerary. the elevator was not safe at all Kept on getting stuck middle of the floors. In the website of the hotel, it advertises that it has private Sandy beach but it was not it was public and rocky. In one word the hotel was horrible except the staff I will not recommend at all.

The room was super clean, a little bit dated but it added to the charm. The breakfast was superb and the staff were super friendly and attentive. We had a room with the ocean view and what a view it was! Seeing the sunset from the balcony is just next level. I'd say the improvement they could make would be to have a better mattress but I'm just being picky

Vælg værelse med havudsigt. Roligt hotel med pool og egen strand hvor solsenge og parasol er for fri. Super skøn morgenmad med stort udvalg. Gratis shuttlebus ind til Sorrento. Ved taxa tilbage spørg altid om fast pris. Vi kom af med 60€ for 2 personer. Umiddelbart en fin restaurant på hotellet men mad og drikkevarer er bare for dyre. Der ligger 4 gode restauranter lige omkring hotellet

Amazing room and view, the breakfast was great, amazing fresh meats, cheeses, fruits. The staff was very helpful with sorting out transportation either from their own shuttles or public bus.

Il panorama e' fantastico ,l' hotel sorge in una conca naturale unica,la scala che porta alla spiaggia dovrebbe essere meglio strutturata in modo particolare gli ultimi 3 scalini in pietra,basterebbe mettere in aggiunta una scaletta con corrimano,il mare e' pieno di sassi quindi ci vogliono delle scarpe adatte per entrarci,inoltre molto caro il ristorante interno al resort,gli ambienti sono curati ed eleganti ,le camere stupende con affaccio sul panorama

We loved our stay at Alimuri Bay Resort and are already desperate to come back! The location is beautiful - just a short bus ride from Sorrento town and the view from the beach is insanely beautiful. We loved waking up to the view from the balcony every morning. Our only improvements would be that the bathroom is a little outdated and there is no kettle or tea-making facilities in the room. But it was clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. Breakfast was good and the staff could not do more to help you. It was fantastic!
