This hotel is a gem in Parsons, TN. This family owned location has been fully rehabilitated. While it is clear the structures have been there for decades, the roof, doors and the inside of the rooms all look new. The furniture was in great shape, beds were confortable. The mini fridge and microwave were working well. Everything was very clean. The owner kept the lights on for us, even though we were delayed on our trip and checked us in at 1:30am. If and when I need a place to stay in Parsons again, I will definitely return to Pine Tree

The room was beautiful and very clean. The outside of the whole property was very well maintained and picked up. There was a super cute patio set up with a grill. And the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating to our stay. We will definitely be staying here again every time we work in that area.

Nice accommodations with boat parking while remaining a great overall value for a great weekend getaway with my wife for a late season fishing trip. We have stayed here 5-6 times in the last few months to fish and we will be here again in the spring for sure!

Really enjoyed our over night stay . The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property grounds was well maintained and had several security cameras for safety. Would definitely stay again if in the area again.

The Pine Tree Inn is an old style motor court in with about 25 rooms on one level. The rooms are clean and simple, not plush or elegant. Our stay was two nights and housekeeping cleaned the room and made the beds after our first night. It's an inexpensive way to stay. No frills, just simple comfort.

The staff greeted me promptly by name. Everything was clean and the plants were pretty around the property. A cute sitting area just outside of the office. It was affordable, comfortable, and very clean. Water pressure was fantastic, and hot water was on point. The grounds were pretty, nearly landscaped and walkable. The Diner was right down the road. Easy to find and easy to get everywhere from. I will be staying there again. I hope they have weekly and monthly discounted rates available, as I am building in the area!

I found this little gym in Pearson Tennessee last minute. I had no idea what to expect when driving through the town. As I pulled in, I was so surprised how well kept this little in his. The couple at the front desk was so welcoming and inviting, she was quick to check me in and guided me to where my room is located. I feel very safe and secure traveling solo as they have cameras located around the property.

Our stay at Pine Tree Inn has been wonderful! The office staff was welcoming and accommodating! It is very peaceful sand feels spacious!! It is exceptionally cleans and meets our needs!! We would recommend it highly!!

As always the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable i have ever slept on and the staff was friendly and most accomodating.. the motel is very quiet and relaxing. It is definitely a great value for the price. If you need a place to stay in this area then the Pine Tree should be your first choice.

Power went out shortly after we checkin. It was out for over 2 hours. There is no cell service there or else I would have called expedia to complain and try to swap hotels.There was an ashtray outside my room so people's smoke kept going in my room . Had tgis not been the only motel in the area I would have stayed elsewhere. Though they have wifi it kept going out our entire stay making it hard to watch anything when we did have power. I would not recommend this place nor will i return to it

From the outside it looks like any other country hotel. But the rooms are amazing. Great showers with an AMAZING vanity. The softest bed, an awesome TV PACKAGE and an AMAZING 70 inch tv. With amazing picture quality. From now on it’s the only place to stay in Linden

Outstanding facility. Upon arrival host was extremely friendly and hospitable. Room was outstanding and very comfortable. When we checked out my wife forgot her cell phone after being on the road for an hour. Upon return the same host gave me my key card without hesitation. We'll definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Parsons to stay there.

Staff were very nice. Facilities were nice and bed was comfortable. Only real issue was road noise from the near by highway. We would stay at this place again. We came to this motel due to ratings from other travelers. The ratings and reviews were right on target with this facility. We appreciate input from travelers on facilities they have used as we make decisions where to stay while on the road.

The bed was really comfortable. The Inn was older but seemed well kept except for carpet. Staff was really nice too. You will have to drive for food but several places nearby.

The property is in a great location between parsons and decaturville for visiting family in decaturville. Owners are friendly and remembered me after one visit. Has a nice small town feel. Good privacy and clean room with a comfortable bed. Nice to have a refrigerator. Only thing is the hot water gets too hot too fast for the kids. Will definitely be staying again when in the area.

The staff greeted me promptly by name. Everything was clean and the plants were pretty around the property. A cute sitting area just outside of the office. It was affordable, comfortable, and very clean. Water pressure was fantastic, and hot water was on point. The grounds were pretty, nearly landscaped and walkable. The Diner was right down the road. Easy to find and easy to get everywhere from. I will be staying there again. I hope they have weekly and monthly discounted rates available, as I am building in the area!

As always the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable i have ever slept on and the staff was friendly and most accomodating.. the motel is very quiet and relaxing. It is definitely a great value for the price. If you need a place to stay in this area then the Pine Tree should be your first choice.

Definitely some upgrades going on. Older moter court. Owners are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfirtable. Firm but not hard. Hotels.com is wrong about their being breakfast. They do not have one at all. Not a deal breaker for me but could be for some. It is very quiet and away from the traffic.

Nice motel for an overnight stay; however, there is an auto mechanic shop next door with cars overflowing in front. It does diminish the experience a little.

The bed was really comfortable. The Inn was older but seemed well kept except for carpet. Staff was really nice too. You will have to drive for food but several places nearby.

Turned off by apparent broken stuff stored next to living quarters of family that (owns?) property - directly behind some of the rooms. Room was clean but some fixtures and bed were old and worn. Very reasonable rates & nice people so worth the money. Continental breakfast is advertised but no longer available.

Rooms are always very clean, beds and linens are equally well cleaned and the place is normally extremely quiet for sleeping. Parking is adequate and we typically have our boat with us and there is space to park it still attached to our car and electric charging facilities are very close by for recharging our trolling batteries. All in al, we have always been very pleased with this facility, the personality, kindness and personality of the owners and staff. It is not a pricey executive resort facility, but rather is a very clean, safe and well managed/maintained location for rest, relaxation and sleeping well after a day of water/fishing either on the adjacent Tennessee River or numerous small recreational and fishing lakes. My wife and I totally enjoy the lack of overly stressful crowds and hustling that normally accompany other fancier accommodations while only wanting a peaceful, safe place to stay overnight comfortably! And the nightly rental rates accommodate our needs as well!
