Staff was kind and helpful, rooms were clean. Overall good experience.

Very friendly staff including Terry, Sheryl and Julie. Room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the river.

The desk staff at checking were incompetent. My card was charged 4 times for "incidentals". I had to deal with the bank & the preauthorized charges won't be removed until 5/3. I will be on top of it & there will be hell to pay if they don't disappear.

Great breakfast. Helpful front desk staff. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Quiet building. The pool was too small. The housekeeping staff did not always come and did not leave enough tissues or toilet paper. The shower drain didn't work properly and the tub filled up while showering. The room was too hot and the thermostat was hard to adjust.
