The room was filthy. The pillowcase was filthy. Distinct order from the moment you walked through the door. Thin walls and heard people all night long . The bed was so uncomfortable we woke up sore. Highly do not recommend.

Looks great on the website, but our TV didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the toilet seat lid was broken, the shower rod was falling off, there was no milk for our cereal, and there was a broken bowl with sharp edges on the breakfast bar. Probably won’t stay here again.

Very clean, quiet and conveniently located on Route 1 just outside Portland. Only two complaints: There was never anyone at the front desk! Even other guests remarked on this. When checking in, I had to wait about fifteen minutes for someone to show up! And the hot breakfast is mediocre. The coffee was terrible!

The rooms were clean but things were broken and worn. The floor at the back entrance had broken tiles with a rug over it causing a trip to occur with my 89 year old father in law.the front desk staff didn't greet us when we came in in fact he hardly spoke at all and certainly didn't look he mumbled something about breakfast and that was the most he said to us. We did go to breakfast in the morning but it wasn't very good. The food was overcooked and furniture was rickety
