Super 8 by Wyndham San Francisco/Union Square Area

Un lit très confortable, une salle de bain avec douche très bien, surface de la chambre conforme aux attentes. Quasiment pas de rangements. Petit-déjeuner continental correct mais que 8 tables. Les peintures et les sols ont été refaits mais l’insonorisation entre les chambres est douteuse. Début mai 2026 : soleil mais grand vent et froid. La chambre est une glacière. Le climatiseur/chauffage inséré dans la fenêtre n’est pas souple mais surtout bruyant. Très bon emplacement avec le BART à 400 m et de nombreuses possibilités de restauration. Séjour de 4 jours sans WiFi (la gérante prétendait que tout le quartier avait sauté mais visiblement c’était faux). Personnel peu aimable et pas souriant. Problèmes pour entrer à l’hôtel : il faut sonner mais le préposé est souvent en balade donc on attend dehors. Globalement, de très bons points mais gâchés

Enjoyed our stay at Super 8. Good location. The King Suite was great. Lots of space. Separate bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Nice staff.

the hygiene products that were in the bathroom (lotion / moisturizer, shampoo/body wash) were empty. unfortunately I missed breakfast because when I checked in I wasn't told the breakfast hours, they also were not posted anywhere, when I called down to the front desk at 9:04 a.m. to ask about breakfast I was told it was over. I had to ask what the breakfast hours were which didn't really matter because I was getting ready to check out. when I called at 9:04 to ask about breakfast I also asked if it would be possible for a late check out and was informed that they don't do that there however it states that early check in and late checkout can be arranged for a fee.

Room super clean with a nice bathroom. Impeccable daily service and friendly staff. Internet really dreadful and needs an upgrade to cope with busier times. Great location right next to Hilton.
