Well the room was clean but not so quiet. The location is good with lots of restaurants. I did find out that 3rd party provider's don't always tell the truth about a place. Expedia said they had an indoor pool and hot tub?? no they don't and they never have had one. I guess for the money its ok but not one I'd go back to.

Falsely Advertised as having a pool/hot tub. Not handicap friendly. Water pressure was terrible bathroom door was coming apart. Extremely loud all hours of the night. I was double charged for early check-in. Overall terrible stay. Continental breakfast was lacking. Toilet and microwave destroyed. Extremely loud AC

It was our wedding night and we did not eat the next day because we were eating at church so I can’t tell you about the food. The room was comfortable kind of ancient air condition and heating system. We couldn’t get warm but overall the room was clean. The bed was comfortable the room being on the floor floor was inconvenient. My wife had to climb up all them steps with a broken foot. We should’ve just canceled right then because there was no elevator, but like I said the room was comfortable. The bed was nice.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Ice machine broken and lots of dog poop not cleaned up out back, grass needed cut. I clean up after my lil dog, but some one with big dogs did not!!

The first thing I noticed is that it has no way of getting to the rooms unless you use the stairs and I was told there’s no elevator or ground level access. The room was dirty and smelled of stale smoke.

Walking into the lobby I was asked if having tv was important as they are changing companies - asked if they had Wi-Fi (yes) so I could use my iPad to watch programming - didn’t mention only one device per room is allowed Wi-Fi access. Ice machine is broken but was given ice from private quarters. Room has fridge which is old and has rust on the outside of the door. There is a light switch inside the door but I don’t know what it works so room was dark upon entering. Clock and bedside lamps weren’t plugged in - clock cord is damaged. Bathroom has mold around tub and fixed mat inside tub is dirty. Doorframe on bathroom is peeling paint and rusting. Paint on walls is chipped. Bathtub doesn’t drain well. Only positive so far is that about half of the towels seem new.

I was disappointed in the service here. I had to wait 15 mins to get checked in. The hallways had food spilled on the floor. My room smelled like stale cigarettes and wet dog. When I laid in the bed I found several bugs in it. I don't know if they were bed bugs or not.

This place was the worst place I had ever seen. Ceiling was falling down in the bathroom. Bits of plaster all over the bathroom. Dirty and loud noise all around you. Mold everywhere. Stunk. Holy cow did it stink. It was like a curry factory. Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. I give 2 stars vs 1 only to be taken more serious. Staff looked down their nose at you. Free breakfast what a joke. What they should say is free of any breakfast. The whole place was a joke. We can laugh about it now but at the moment this was an absolute disaster of a place to stay. Health and safety services should be brought in. I did not pay attention to the reviews and thought it couldn’t be that bad. Trust me. It’s that bad

So, you get what you pay for. Very inexpensive and yet clean. Beds so- so. Noisy from the highway and our toilet was not seated well so it would rock.

Do not stay here unless you like camping in a tent to wake up feeling wet. It was late when we arrived. The room felt damp. We thought if we cranked up the air it would dry out. The air would kick on and off even set at 64. It obviously wasn't working. The toilet almost sits under the counter. So, if you are large you'll touch and you won't be able to reach the toilet paper on the opposite wall. Don't stay here.

One of the few places I have stayed with a room layout that was so plain. No “closet area just a shelf with a rod to hang clothes. Very little counter space in the bathroom area to do things on. Waffles were the only real breakfast item offered besides cereal and prepackaged muffins. Staff was courteous and helpful which was a plus.

Front desk was very pleasant, felt badly she was the same lady who had checked us in and was still on duty checking us out. Very limited breakfast items, but usually do not partake at motels regardless. My area of complaint lies with the non useable room darkening drapery. Our second floor room, facing the back parking lot was fully illuminated by a light pole with what seemed to be a zillion watt light. The window only had a sheer curtain covering it, for semi privacy, but the drapes were in fixed position on the sides, as would be tie backs. Made no sense, they were very heavy duty and were obviously made to darken the room. So if you were needing to sleep during the day and wanted a dark room, this was not going to be the case. But we just wanted to be able to not have to wear sun glasses overnight. Oh, and the toilet seat was very loose, enough to slide off the bowl. Other than that we were comfortable and I took two coat hangers that had pants clips and fasten them to the "Tie back" drapes to dim the solar flare from the parking lot.

my room was infested with roaches… i wasn’t in there longer than 5 minutes before seeing multiple on the furniture. I left immediately and now the hotel isn’t giving me my money back even though i have photos and video proof. just horrible

No one was at desk for check in - when they eventually sowed up - we were told multiple times no smoking - which we don’t smoke - so no problem - got to room one key didn't work got the door open to king room and all we could smell was smoke!!! Plastic was wrapped around smoke alarm, tissue was shoved in peep hole, burn holes in bed cover and crumbs/crap all over floor. They did move us to a 2 queen room that at least smelled clean. Maybe vacuum not working because stairs & hallways filthy. No one at desk when we went to check out at 7:15am a person sitting there drinking coffee said no one in yet if you want a receipt you have to leave your name room number and email and they will send a receipt- ridiculous will NOT be recommending

Beyond saving by remodeling. I'm not picky, and certainly not above staying at a cheap motel. But come on, it shouldn't be this gross. I know this place is inexpensive, and I didn't expect a lot. I choose it vs the other hotel next door because we were literally only spending about 7 hours there to sleep. Checked in at about 2am, checked out at 9am. First the older lady cleaning the room across from us in the moring at 7 am was so LOUD talking to another male staff (her voise was shrill!) that I finally got up and opened my door to tell her to "SHHHH". So rude to be so loud that early. She looked at me like I was the problem. The mold, dust and general condition of this place is horrible. I actually checked our sheet for bed bugs because I would not have been surprised if there had been. We slept in our clothes anyway, because I really didn't even want to touch the sheets. Mold everywhere, bathroom, walls in sleeping area. It's a dumbe thing, but I have no idea why anyone chose to mount the iron and ironing board in the middle of the wall next to a bed. Makes a narrow pasage even mores, besides unsightly. We choose not to even shower in the morning, the bathroom was so disgusting. I can't believe they rent this out!!! And based on the room, there was no way I was going to eat or dring any complimentary breakfast at this place.

roaches everywhere… i checked in the first night and saw roaches all over the room within 5 minutes of being there. i left and checked out immediately and they refused to get me a refund for either night. they pocket $150 off of me even though i didn’t stay there because THEY had roaches. greedy and nasty

One of the few places I have stayed with a room layout that was so plain. No “closet area just a shelf with a rod to hang clothes. Very little counter space in the bathroom area to do things on. Waffles were the only real breakfast item offered besides cereal and prepackaged muffins. Staff was courteous and helpful which was a plus.

Very sketchy no one was there including staff. Went next door to the quality inn and got a room. Later found out apparently the guy that works in the lobby at the Quality in ($15 more) also works at the super 8. Felt weird at both places maybe go to next town over?

Super 8 has been my go to for a quick rest. Checked in about 3am after a long road trip. Non smoking room which smelled very much like smoke. Toilet would not flush Bathroom & Hallway light would not flick on. Front desk aware and offered a lantern vs switching rooms. Manager was not available. Still awaiting a call back from manager.

Well the room was clean but not so quiet. The location is good with lots of restaurants. I did find out that 3rd party provider's don't always tell the truth about a place. Expedia said they had an indoor pool and hot tub?? no they don't and they never have had one. I guess for the money its ok but not one I'd go back to.

It was obvious that there hadn't been a good cleaning in a very long time. Smelled of smoke in a non smoking hotel. Lobby was not at all easy to find. Homeless people living in the parking lot and the room wasn't ready at check in time.

A fine hotel, in a pretty good location. Some restaurants nearby, near highway access, and near local GA airport. Could do with a little refreshing; paint, carpeting, etc. But nothing really wrong with anything either.

Only good things to say about my stay. Overnight stay between KY and Chicago. Easy access from I-57. Very clean, no issues with room. Breakfast was cereal and waffles. I would stay again.

When we first entered the facility, it smelled like urine. It is an old building. Then when we entered the room, the first light didn’t work when we flipped the switch. The room had some trash in it. The shower did not work. Breakfast was minimal and the OJ was sour. When we went to leave, an elderly lady yelled for us to not leave. She didn’t speak English and wanted to look in our room before we could leave. We struggled to get back in the room. Then she tried to sell us a soda before we left. It was very unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. My daughter did not feel safe. I would not recommend staying at this facility.

The room had very old furniture, ripped carpet, 7 layers of caulk on the tub. The hallways had debris tracked up the stairs and through the hallways. Breakfast (at 6:10am) had apples and coffee, cereal but no milk, a waffle iron but no mix.

Was supposed to be a cheap weekend getaway to do some area sightseeing and go to the local hot air balloon fest. Hotel was outdated. The "included breakfast" was just cereal and self-made waffles. The day we checked out they had prepackaged muffins too. Room was clean, but the bathroom toilet didn't work right and we had to take off the lid to set the stopper every time it got flushed. The bathroom light stopped working just before we left. I think the bulb went out. My credit card is showing being charged 3 times for the stay, but i hope that's not actually the case or I'll be making calls to get it corrected because it definitely wasn't worth that much for only 2 nights. Overall, it worked for what we neded, but nothing spectacular.

The property has done some renovation. It was clean, easy to park, very helpful staff and a comfortable though a bit dated, room. Very close to dining options, breakfast is limited though it was good and easy to use.

The hotel smelled horrible. The ice machine did not work. The juice machine did not work. The room was grimy. The curtains were filthy. The room needed to be scrubbed from top to bottom. I would not recommend staying here.

We only stayed one night & will never stay again. We paid $80 for the night... it wasn't worth it. PROS: The room has been renovated to appear more modern. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. There is a fridge & microwave in the room. The water was hot & the water pressure was good in the shower. Check in was via kiosk in the front lobby & fairly simple. Check out was via phone text link & card key drop by the front door. CONS: The room & A/C smelled moldy. There were mold stains on the bathmat, bathtub & shower curtain. The bathroom floor & tub crevices had built up dirt (need to be scrubbed with a brush & bleach). The TV had 13 light spots that shone through the screen regardless of what channel you watched. The smoke detector was removed & the wires were taped up with clear tape... no smoke detector in the room! There was only a half of a small roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The towels had holes in them. The lazy boy chair was covered all over with suspicious spots (Food? Body fluids? IDK) I don't eat breakfast, but my husband said the breakfast was extremely minimal.... cereal & waffles (?) & coffee was horrible. There was barely anyone there the night we stayed.... not sure why we were put in a room under another person since there are 3 floors & should have been plenty of other rooms. Wouldn't have been a problem except there was a kid in the room above us running & jumping across the floor at midnight.

This property desperately needs updated. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the bathroom had mold on the baseboard the room smelled musty. We honestly didn't do breakfast as it was very sparse. Again, the staff was wonderful. We stayed at this location when it first opened but probably won't again.

Terrible. Room was hot . Barely tolerable to sleep, I had sweat pooring off me trying to get ready in the morning. Like 5 people in entire hotel but they put me on 3rd floor !!!!! Ridiculous
