Dirty. No carpet. Just came to crash for the night during a really long road trip with my kids. My feet were sticky and black from how dirty the floors were. Shower had mold in the caulking surrounding it. Light switches only worked half the time. Pool was really dirty so we didn’t use it. It was a place to lay our heads but nothing more.

My room left a lot to be desired. My room was a King suite the size of the room was excellent but the furnishings were awful the chair to the desk was coming apart the TV in the bedroom was tiny and sat on a tall TV cabinet the cords for the TV were in front of the cabinet rather than hidden behind. The lighting was terrible two tiny end tables with lamps. The furniture in the second room was wore out also material hanging from a chair. The WI-FI service was lousy I had to reset my phone from Super 8 front desk to just Super8. My Kindle never worked. The pool was something I was looking forward to, nope the pool was dirty from the winter leaves finally the pool was clean, maintenance shut down the pool entrance to fix the brick walkway. The breakfast was another disappointment you had the choice of a waffle you make or cereal from a dispenser that was laying on its side . Muffins when they had them. I do give credit to the front desk they were helpful and polite. Sorry to say I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Very disappointed that the pool was filthy and was NEVER cleaned when we were there. We came from MN and stayed there because of the pool. The manager did give us a credit which I was very appreciative

The location is good, on Jackson Avenue. However, the service and overall quality is not worth any amount of money. The 'Seasonal' pool was filled with debris and was green on the first week of Sept, which in MS is still 80+ degrees outside. The 'breakfast' was non-existent. I didn't see anything put out any morning over 4 days of stay. Housekeeping would never replace the towels, we had to go to the front dest multiple times and ask for replacement towels. The pictures do not reflect the current state. Would recommend avoiding and staying at another option.

If you’re looking for a no-frills place to sleep, this is your place. Furniture is dated and damaged, upholstery is visibly dirty and worn. Microwave had the last tenant’s waffle still in it. Dirty socks were behind the bathroom door. However, the king bed was comfortable and all of the bedding was clean and spot free. Fridge, microwave and tv all worked well with no issues. Outside of the building, parking lot and pool area were clean, well-lit and safe. Pool was clean, clear water and very enjoyable after check in. Pool towels are available at the front desk. Breakfast is simple, as expected, waffle maker, bread for toast, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal were available. Breakfast area was neat and clean. All staff encountered were kind, helpful and quick to offer assistance , which is why I would stay here again.

My non-smoking room smelled just like an old ash tray. It was horrible. The mirror over the sink was held in place by wood screws wedged in against the frame sides. The mirror itself was smeared and dirty as heck, just like the windows. The smoke detector had been removed and was laying on the counter. The metal fixtures and luggage stand were rusty. It was cheap so I stayed. The pool had debris in it and the water was discolored. That didn’t stop one guy from swimming. But I was not about to get near it. There were plastic trash bags tied to the walkway railing about every 20 feet like some sort of horse barn or something. None of the ice machines worked. One was marked out of service but the other you just had to find out the hard way. I did make a couple waffles for breakfast. It was either that or cereal.

The dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Nasty. Didn't want to walk barefooted around the room. It is completely outdated. Rusty fridge. Rusty lamps. The bathroom was nasty. I mean nasty. Mold. Hair. Dirt. Dirt on walla. Jaut a nasty hotel. You also dont feel safe. Spend the extra money.and stay somewhere else.

By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The lobby was clean and check in quick, but the room was filthy. The bathroom shower and toilet contained many areas with mold. The floors turned your socks black with dirt by one pass of walking back and forth. Stains on the walls? The rooms were not outdated, just extremely dirty.

The room was not at all cleaned for check in. When asked for a different room I was told the hotel was full and no rooms were available. The toilet was not flushed, there was black hair all over the restroom and sink area and toothpaste on the counter and in the sink. I will never stay with another super 8 or book with Expedia again. Expedia should be verifying the hotels they list.

The entire room reeked of marijuana and smoke. There were burn holes in the bed spreads. One of the lamps was broken. The phone did not work (but I think that was by design so that we couldn’t call and complain). It was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned - there were brown, sticky spots everywhere. The bathroom had a half used toilet paper roll and there was some type of fluid staining the door of the bathroom. I will not use super 8 motels ever again and moreover, I will never use Expedia ever again.

The room had vomit and mold, I took pictures. The blankets had cigaret burns on them. The shower, TV and most of the lights didnt work. The stairs up to my room had human urine, beer cans and furniture from the room was outside blocking the stairs making it difficult to get to my room When I asked to move my room I was told no.

It was absolutely filthy. Dirty, soiled rags left in bathroom, clumps of hair and dirt in corner of bathroom. Brown streaks, the microwave was putrid with dried, rotten food caked inside, towels were glorified hand towels and only 2. The smell not good at all.

I didnt have high expectations, but in a small SEC town on game weekend & Parents weekend (= 2x price gouging), I still expected more than was received. The initial entrance into the room (past 'guests sitting in hotel chairs on walkway having a Modelo or two') showed a room that was well used and worn. The TV remote didnt work. The room phone (to call about the TV) didnt work. The toilet was dirty/stained. The smoke detector was removed ~ only the base remained. Most of the furniture and fixtures have chips, wear and stains. After our one-night stay, upon departure I went to the front desk to check out and share my details... there was a sign "be back in 10 min". For the nearly tripled room rate, I would expect a hotel to be at least clean and aware of stains, metal surface corrosion, and dust. Much less client safety.

Noisy rooms , maids slamming doors , adjacent rooms walls of tissue paper. 6 times had to return door card for recharge. They really need to replace entry system. It’s out dated. I will never stay here again. Staff was not warm at check in and throughout stay. Really don’t think management gives a hoot.

Good parking, dirty floors. Bugs. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Pee on floor by toilet. Clean sheets and towels. Gap in main door, letting in bugs all day. Friendly staff.

This is quite possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I knew what I was booking, but once we arrived at the hotel, the door would not lock it was broken and we contacted the front desk and they were no help. There was a drug deal happening right outside of our door. We asked if we could have a different room they had no rooms available. There were three cockroaches that my husband removed from the room the sheets were dirty. The floors were disgusting. It was almost as if it was not cleaned. We got in late and left early and didn’t stay the second night even after contacting Expedia in which we were told to book another room at a different hotel, which we did I’ve still been charged for both nights at this hotel. I also have pictures if Expedia would like them.

Check-in was easy. Our room did not have a remote. I had to go get some then had to go get the right batteries. Things were broken in the room. Missing lampshades. Bedside lamps that were not plugged in. The bathroom fan had dust bunnies all around it. The Tile either needs to be cleaned or re-grouted. Some of the baseboard tile in the room and fallen off. Most every machine in the breakfast room was broken. And it also doubled as an employee lounge. I guess the experience was more Super 8 than Wyndham.

I come 2 days every 3 months and the staff is very professional, caring, and very helpful. The housekeeping I always encounter go out of their way to bring you what you need and they are very quick. I am satisfied with the customer service but the property does need a deep clean. The mother-son duo at the front desk are out of this world and definitely need recognition for always helping me and for being so kind to me. Management needs to know about how much I appreciate and adore them.

Noisy rooms , maids slamming doors , adjacent rooms walls of tissue paper. 6 times had to return door card for recharge. They really need to replace entry system. It’s out dated. I will never stay here again. Staff was not warm at check in and throughout stay. Really don’t think management gives a hoot.

The staff is all friendly. However, this hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The floors were so dirty, they were slippery, the door to the bathroom wouldn't close, and the pillows and mattress have seen better days. We have stayed here off and on since our daughter was in college in Oxford, and this hotel has slowly declined. The location is great, but unfortunately, this was our last stay there.

Manager was rude, moldy ceiling in bathroom, reserved handicap room and confirmed, when we arrived they said they double booked it and since we went through. Expedia we were. Just out of luck. We've been staying there for 7 years while our son has been at school down in mississippi, this place has gone down horribly and the manager doesn't even care. I would never stay there again, and we've stayed there an average of twice a year for 7 years.

Even though the check-in process was quite lengthy, the representative was nice. The room was slightly clean. The room smelled of an odd odor that quite possibly could be drug related. I say that because there were many people milling about smoking substances that were clearly not cigarettes. They stood and sat all around the hotel in various areas, speaking loudly, blasting music and hitting the doors/walls. I felt extremely unsafe. In fact, I was too afraid to leave my room. Thank goodness I had snacks. I drove five hours and could not leave my room. This is a huge problem for this facility. Something needs to be done to correct this issue. A guest should never feel terrified. Other guests have reported this problem.

The location is good, on Jackson Avenue. However, the service and overall quality is not worth any amount of money. The 'Seasonal' pool was filled with debris and was green on the first week of Sept, which in MS is still 80+ degrees outside. The 'breakfast' was non-existent. I didn't see anything put out any morning over 4 days of stay. Housekeeping would never replace the towels, we had to go to the front dest multiple times and ask for replacement towels. The pictures do not reflect the current state. Would recommend avoiding and staying at another option.

Property had broken down cars parked and what appeared to be homeless hanging out bbq’ing food. Doors were old and extra locks added. Property was dirty and uncared for. Only positive was it was cheap and across the street from Ole Miss.

My room left a lot to be desired. My room was a King suite the size of the room was excellent but the furnishings were awful the chair to the desk was coming apart the TV in the bedroom was tiny and sat on a tall TV cabinet the cords for the TV were in front of the cabinet rather than hidden behind. The lighting was terrible two tiny end tables with lamps. The furniture in the second room was wore out also material hanging from a chair. The WI-FI service was lousy I had to reset my phone from Super 8 front desk to just Super8. My Kindle never worked. The pool was something I was looking forward to, nope the pool was dirty from the winter leaves finally the pool was clean, maintenance shut down the pool entrance to fix the brick walkway. The breakfast was another disappointment you had the choice of a waffle you make or cereal from a dispenser that was laying on its side . Muffins when they had them. I do give credit to the front desk they were helpful and polite. Sorry to say I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

It was an outside room instead of inside, because it’s was a former Ramada inn There was no coffee maker and broke smoke alarm. But we were on the first floor. And for only 1 night it was ok but not long term. I would rather it had been a new property like others l have stayed . By the way breakfast was not adequate half the machines were broke.

Our room was not clean trash underneath the sofa. There were white stains on the couch. The bathroom had rubber gloves and toilet paper stuffed inside the toilet. The place is outdated. Breakfast was a joke. The only thing there was was yogurt, oatmeal, and toast. I will not be staying here again.

I hope you do publish this but you should close down your hotel if you cannot meet industry standards. First of all the room and hotel needs to be updated badly! As far as my stay goes it took four rooms for me to finally get a room that I could stay in overnight the first three had either not been cleaned or had been cleaned but the lid the beds had not been made up the AC was not on it was hot when I walked in the door. And for the room that I finally got they were stains on the mattress cover and the entire room as well as the rest of the hotel were extremely outdated. Will never stay there again I would rather sleep in my car.
