Perfectly nice motel with a great location. Very clean. Good bargain if you want to experience the beautiful Lower Cape. Close to restaurants, beaches, mini golf, shopping, etc. Pool looked inviting.

Location location location! Super close to a ton of dining options and beaches of all kinds, 20 mins to Chatham, Fairly easy to find, staff super friendly and helpful. Only comments are please clean up the pool, it’s your summer high season, people use it when the weather was too bad to go to the beach. Add a hair drier in the room please it would be nice!

Very clean room and property overall. The best roadway inn I have ever stayed in. Also a large pool where one can actually swim. It’s on Paar with a best western or a la Quinta. Would definitely stay there again when in area.

The manager was very accomodating to my son and his fiance. They felt welcomed and comfortable.The locaton in the middle of Orleans was perfect. Too bad it was too cold for a swim in the pool. It looked great.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Rodeway Inn. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Ac worked well. The grounds are also clean and well kept with a pool and an open space with picnic tables. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Telicia and Stefano. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants and it’s just a few minutes drive to Skaket beach. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Room is remodeled (pleasant, clean) but carpet has to be 40 yrs old and smells of a febreeze-type spray (dislike the smell) With the level of upgrades I don’t understand why the very old carpet is still in this room.

The room was clean and neat but they use some sort of cleaning product that stinks. Everything I owned smelled when I left. I spent one night. I don't think I could have stayed longer. I could actually taste the smell.

This motel is one step up from a Motel 8. It’s low rent. Housekeeping does a mediocre job at best. The only reason to stay is because better hotels are filled up or the rate is low by comparison.

Orleans Rodeway is a great location for exploring all parts of the Cape. The room was clean, towels refreshed, and very quiet. The price is reasonable.There are good restaurants a short distance in any direction.

This was our second stay and we were pleased with everything both times. Comfortable beds, lighted bathroom mirror, large bedroom space, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with real cups and half & half (not powdered cream). Easy check-in/check-out. We highly recommend to others and think it deserves more stars in the rating!

We stayed at Rodeway Inn Orleans for two nights in February. We found the property to be very quiet and exceptionally clean. Our room (2nd floor, #220) looked like it had been recently remodeled...fresh paint, non-carpeted floors (love this!), stylish bed linens, brand new shower enclosure and curtain. There was a microwave and small refrigerator along with coffee station, mugs, drinking glasses and ice bucket. The sink was outside the bathroom, which makes it convenient when getting ready in the morning, when there is more than one person in the room. I really appreciated the liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner wall units, as opposed to small containers of each. Much more Eco-friendly! The room also had a desk/chair to work, and a small table/2 chairs to eat. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, beaches. Owner was very friendly and recommended a great place for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and had updates to the appearance. The outside areas were dated and needs some work. Simple fixes to level brick walkways would help to prevent a fall. The A/C unit sounded like a jet when it started and then kicked in sounding like a Mac truck coming into the room! Don't expect a good night's sleep unless you cool the room to 65 then shut it off. But you still can hear an echo of the other units going on/off all night. Needs a major update of some kind to the A/C!!! BREAKFAST was a disappointing. For the cost of the room something like scrambled eggs and a side might be nice!

Room design. Was terrible. Lighting was inadequate.Pillows were uncomfortable. No sweetener for coffee. Shower was terrible.Towels were cheap and flimsy. Toilet paper was so thin I couldn’t believe they sell it. Clock placement and TV placement made no sense.

It is a nice motel with breakfast included (seasonal) . Convenient location with lots of dining and shopping. Also has a nice outdoor pool Rooms are good size, bathroom is small but clean. Rooms on a second floor accessible by a very steep wooden staircases, that is a pretty good downside to visitors with restricted mobility or just large luggage I did not see an elevator :) nor was I offered help with luggage. Kitchen and breakfast are clean and cosy Overall, we did not have any issues and were pretty happy with the property for the price.

This Rodeway Inn is in a good location and has fair prices but it is not very good. The free continental breakfast is terrible. The employees were unhelpful and uncommunicative. It wasn’t dirty, but it also was spotless and left the impression that something could be less than sanitary in the room. Also, the beds and pillows were sub par. I would pay extra for a better hotel next time.

The system was down at the property which caused much confusion at check in time. I opted to pay at the property and my card was charged prior to my arrival which was frustrating as I was going to pay with a different form of payment. The next day the confusion continued when they called my room stating my payment did not go through and wanted another form of payment. It did go through and I had showed them. They were polite but this was very frustrating and disruptive. My family was there for a funeral and had to spend time trying to figure out this mix up when trying to leave for services. Overall the property is decent .

Great value for the money. Convenient and centrally located to explore the cape, great food at Cooke’s seafood within a short walk. Grocery and TJ max a 2 minute drive. Would stay again.

This was the second time my friends and I stayed at this Rodeway Inn. Both times we wanted to bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail. For this, you cannot beat the location. We biked from the Inn to Cahoun Hollow Beach, stopping at the Cape Cod Cannabis Dispensary in Wellfleet and Hog Island Brewery which are both right along the bike path. It was perfect. The Inn is also within walking distance of one of our favorite Cape breakfast spots, Hole in One. It is also right across from a great ice cream spot. The staff are very friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

The owners have done some redecorating and renovations! We found our room very clean and nicely decorated. A continental breakfast was provided of fresh bagels, fruit, yogurt and beverages in a comfortable and clean dining area.

Great location near cape highway 6, north shore 6a, 28 to Chatham, or further out 6 to Provincrnyon. Easy day trips to beaches. Classic motel looking a little worn but rooms very clean and updated - good bath, AC, and TV. Two queen needs very comfortable. Included continental breakfast - limited selections - only 1 cereal, but good toasted mini bagels, sausage. Hard boiled eggs, coffee, OJ - area small but very clean. Large swimming pool. Two floors - outside stairs to second floor unit. Good value and a good nights sleep.

My parents have been coming here for years. This was my first stay and it was great. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. And it was great being able to have a nice light breakfast every morning.
