Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mt Pleasant

Carpet was wet very damp when we got into our rooms . We saw 2 bugs as soon as we walked in and a cockroach in the bathroom. The doors into the hotel were always propped open . Definitely a concern to allow anyone in . The breakfast was definitely not as shown online . And the pictures online need to be updated . Will never stay at this place again .

The room was dirty. Only had one washcloth, the breakfast area outside our room still was not cleaned up from I'm assuming that morning's breakfast (we arrived around 5 in the afternoon). It's hard to relax in filth.

Overall not a bad stay. They were full due to an event in the area. Good value without being in a dump. Kids loved the pool and parents enjoyed the hot tub. Towels were available at the pool and they restocked them while we were there and cleaned bathrooms. It was really quiet despite being full. They seem to take their quiet time seriously and send out a text in the evenings to remind everyone. There is a snack shop inside. It's a bit pricey which was to be expected but nice if you need something quick and don't want to Run out. My only encounter with staff was check in and out and a quick snack stop where they were pleasant at all encounters. Fairly clean but could use improvement. The curtains were tattered and torn and definitely need replaced. The bathtub was also really loud and you could hear when your neighbors were showering. They didn't really have breakfast. The set up looked like waffles and cereal and no beverages. Unfortunately on the weekends breakfast started later than usual (7am) and we had to leave earlier so we did not get to partake. The location felt safe, it's directly across from the waterpark. Overall good spot to stay that is budget friendly and would stay again if in Mt Pleasant.
