The wifi was very weak and we could only see Facebook and our email -no other websites. We were just a few rooms down from the office so it wasnt a distance thing. Bathroom renos need to be completed -wallpaper peeling, holes in drywall & bare patches on wall, shower curtain rod hanging by 1 screw. The fridge wouldnt get cold even when set on coldest setting. Motor ran for 2-3 minutes then quit for an hour or so. The freezer compartment had puddles of water in it. Our food stayed colder out in our car. The heater/ac unit was so noisy we had to shut it off to sleep. The mattress was the best we have had at any, even high end, hotels in ages.

The controls of the shower were not operating correctly. I could not get the hot water to come out. The handle was stripped, and they should’ve known that they made clean the bathroom. They should know that the plumbing didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower in the room just wash up in the face bowl with sucked and I probably will not stay there again. I used to stay there all the time but now he can’t even get a hold of the front desk. They don’t even have a local number you end up calling some national reservation number.

Absolutely disgusting. Cat feces by the door. Room smelled of cat urine. The beds looked nice until you pulled the blankets back. There were miscellaneous stains on the sheets. The bathroom was horrible, the chair in the room was stained. Just made my skin crawl. I did not feel safe leaving my vehicle outside.
