Spring Creek Ranch

Spring Creek Ranch is a delightful Western style lodge with a lovely main building which provides a gym & spa. The residential buildings are high up on ridges overlooking the beautiful Teton Mountains. Nothing better than having coffee or a glass of wine on the deck while being amazed by the grandeur of the Tetons. The staff is friendly & helpful with any of the guests’ needs or questions. I give the Ranch a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️

The studio was perfect for all our needs and big enough where we had sufficient space. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Our view was beautiful! We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Some areas are currently in renovation, but it didn’t affect us in any way. They still had an indoor and outdoor hot tub for use. We loved the drive in and out of the mountain each day we were there.

Beautiful views and Property. Loved the hot tub! A nice, reasonably priced winter getaway. One note - if snowing, get a 4wd, the road to the Ranch is steep and slippery.

I liked the location. It was removed from downtown, so it was a bit of a drive, but the views from the unit were amazing and it was quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable, but was dated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The service at check in and out was great. The exercise room was nice with lots of options for weights, treadmills, peletons, etc. I was disappointed that the hottub was empty. Overall, I enjoyed the property and would stay again.

Spring Creek Ranch, on hill overlooking Tetons. Good old style dwelling place to stay with great views. Clean, comfortable but not modern. Has pool but didn't try due to time of year. 5 minutes drive into Jackson, so if you like quiet good place to stay.

Everything about this property was excellent except for one thing. The hot tub was closed for repairs for the duration of our short stay. However, it is definitely a place I would revisit.

I loved the views from our suite! The area was quiet, parking was right outside the door. The suite was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfy. The pool area was nice and we liked that we could order sandwiches, wraps and other light fare that was brought out to us in the pool area. The downsides which were relatively minor was that the tiny fridge was on the floor of the closet. The table top and the top of the dresser were scratched up. Also, there was no microwave.

The studio room was perfect , clean etc. At the end of the stay we were charged fee for hot tub and rec, which I paid. But that hot tub need a repair, jets were failing, insane. I have a hot tub at home & know for sure, if hot tub needs to be repaired. Shared my view with management

Beautiful view of the mountains with excellent customer service. We used the gym, played tennis, and spent time in the pool. Great place to stay and within a short distance of town.

This place is amazing. Love it. We had unit 3189. Ground floor studio. Lovely terrace, large and with sun in morning for breakfast and afternoon (we were out in day). The views are SPECTACULAR!! Take a drive/walk up to the Ridge. Amazing. We also had great view of Tetons from our terrace. Close enough to walk to gym and pool. Lovely outdoor hot tub. Few things were missing from the kitchen but reception were very helpful and got us what we needed. Quick and easy to drive to large grocery store, Jackson town square and to Teton NP. To TNP there are two short drive options to avoid going through Jackson. Location is ideal.

The property did not have a bar and restaurant. It has been closed over 2 years. The information on the site is misleading. The room was dirty in places. Food on our comforter. The view of the Grand Tetons was amazing.

We visited in mid April so many of the onsite accommodations were not available (which we were aware of) but did not expect nothing to really be open. There was a QR code in the room for in-room dinning/delivery at our 3 bedroom lodge, but when asking the front desk the restaurant hours, they stated there was no restaurant. The cabins are log cabins so are fun for the area, however they are dated and were not in the best condition. For example, bathroom doors didn't lock, shower doors didn't close and just hung open, floors were dirty, etc. I think it might offer more in peak season but was underwhelmed given what we expected to have vs. what was available to us.

Our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the valley and sunset. Even a moose off the balcony first evening! Super clean, and great hospitality!!

The property, rooms and grounds are clean and well groomed. The views are great from the grounds and rooms. But if you are traveling during the summer months there is no air conditioning in some rooms only fans.

Place was clean and beautiful at the top of a mountain. Best views of the Tetons away from the busy main strip below. Staff was awesome !

Young man at check-in desk was excellent. Location is very convenient to the city of Jackson and Grand Teton NP. Unit had stairs which we were unaware would be the case ( husband recently had knee surgery), general condition of the room was quite poor for the amount paid. Hardly any light sources, decor and facilities have not been updated in a very long time, tiny refrigerator in a closet on the floor (have to get on floor to use), no micro, teeny coffee maker with broken pot, the only coffee cup had coffee in the bottom of it, soap scum on everything, general condition was awful - holes in bedding, lamps don’t work, hair dryer didn’t work (they got me another one), etc The beds were comfortable and the view was very pretty, washer/dryer combo was helpful. The unit itself just wasn’t worth the price and when staying in JH, you expect more.

Didn't like anything...mold in bathroom broken window frames chairs had hiles in fabric...bugs in bathtub

The view from our room was great of the Tetons. The room was a little old as the carpet was pretty dirty. I wish that there was a restaurant onsite

Pictures are not representative of the property. The “pond” is not owned by the property anymore. This is a timeshare/condo community with only 4 or 5 units that are actually rented. We had a rat in our room and there were droppings in the kitchen cabinets. The bathtub also housed about 10-15 spiders when we arrived. There was no extra blanket available and the heater would not work. I did talk to the manager and she apologized and gave us an autographed book from a local photographer. For the price we could have stayed somewhere else. Very disappointed that we did not get what we paid for.

We loved our 2 bedroom condo. It was ver spacious and the Mountain View’s were spectacular

The views of the Tetons are awesome. The rooms left much to be desired. Stained carpet, tiny TV that didnt work, window shades were old and didn’t work well. Window screen missing in one window. One screen fell out when we opened the window. Our 2 rooms were way over due for renovation. The price we paid for the accommodations we got was way out of balance. When we brought our concerns to the on duty manager at check out we got no apologies just excuses. They did wave the $40 resort fee per room. I have stayed here several times many years ago and we enjoyed our stay with a nice room at a reasonable cost. Thats why we returned. Wow how things have changed and not for the better. Unfortunately I can not recommend this property because of the poor condition of the rooms.

Great location with amazing views! Very spacious and comfortable.

We loved the location of the property, but the description of the studio rooms was a bit misleading. They mentioned the rooms having mountain views, when in all reality, it is an OBSTRUCTED mountain view from the patio. Also, our unit was a bit run-down. We had spiders in the bathroom and a cricket on our bed. I think they need to remove the Murphy Beds and replace them with normal queen/king beds. The mattress was too hard. An option for a mattress topper to make it softer would be great. Also, hooks for coats at entrance would be helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, cookware, etc. It also had all appliances. The coffee pot we had was old. Plenty of hot water for showers. All in all, not a bad place to stay for a week. We would stay there again, but would love a better view.

Not very impressed. We booked a two-bedroom suite and felt misled. Each suite is like a townhouse cabin? Ours was very basic. Bedrooms and bathrooms in desperate need of an upgrade. Walls are incredibly thin and we could hear our neighbors in the next unit- we heard their alarms go off in the morning, we heard them going up and down their stairs and shutting bathroom and bedroom doors. The views from this place are quite stunning. Had we known it would just be a basic “cabin” we might have not been so disappointed

We had a great stay at Spring Creek Ranch. The views were to die for, and the cabin was so comfortable. However, we learned a valuable lesson. We take for granted being from warmer climates that all accomodations have air conditioner. That was not the case here (or at least in this unit) Was very warm in the cabin when we first arrived. However, once the sun set, the temps cooled off. The following day we made sure to keep the shades pulled down and it did not get as warm. Summertime may be another issue.

Views were unreal! Hotel property was a amazingly beautiful. Only two negatives 1- my room did not have internet- the router did not connect to internet, you could connect to router but no internet, which was not great, could not have stayed for extended stay with no internet (cell phone was weak (AT&T), so hotspot was not great either) Bed was a murphy bed and only full size- not comfortable, I'm 6'4", little bed with two is not great.

We booked a two bedroom condo. The staff forgot to keep the door to the upstairs unlocked. There is no way to reach anyone at the property after 11pm. Unfortunately our flight was delayed that day and by the time we checked in and settled into the room there was no way to contact anyone. So our large party had to all squeeze in and sleep on the floor. The staff didn't seem to care much when we told them the next day. Beautiful property but we didn't have a good experience and will not be recommending this place to anyone

We really enjoyed our stay at his property. It was not far from the town center, which had plenty of dining options and shopping and entertainment. The view was incredible and the accommodations were comfortable and private, which we loved. However, one of the reasons we chose this location was because it stated in the website and on Expedia that it had a restaurant and bar, which it did not have either. That was very upsetting at first and their reason was that it had closed down during "covid", which I am so sick of hearing that excuse. It has been years since that time and all areas of advertisement should have been updated by now. Also, we had an early flight so we had to leave before 6 a.m., and when we went to drop off our keys, the lobby was closed, no one was working the front desk. We were never instructed how to check out and there was no drop box for the keys.

This is a 3 star hotel, priced as 5 star. No housekeeping, no ability to address maintenance problems in the room, mediocre breakfast, no dining facilities. And then a surprise “resort fee” at the end. Will stay elsewhere next time.

I loved the location and the view of the Grand Teton mountains out of my back door! It was fabulous! My only complaint would be the housekeeping service. I requested service and supplies 3 times before I received them. The hotel seems to be very short staffed.

The condo was absolutely amazing. Warm, cozy, relaxing… even with the foot of snow get got the first night. My kids didn’t want to leave. The played in the living room looking out the slider all day waiting for a moose to walk by. A few deer did and they lost their minds. I think our next trip will be longer so we can enjoy Spring Creek Ranch more. Everyone that works there is polite and friendly. The maintenance guys gave us an excellent recommendation for pizza. We thank you for that! We will definitely be staying again.

When we arrived at the Spring Creek, it was after hours due to delayed flight. We were able to get in our room, however we did not have any water at all. Waited till about lunch the next day before they would come look at it. Then when we check out, they charged us $200 cleaning fee, and $200 resort fee. When I questioned why, all the lady would do is say I need to read the fine print. I am on Expedia now, and have read their policy & charges. NO WHERE does it say anything about these fees.

Staff was exceptional

When I arrived the front desk staff was a bit harsh and was sure to clarify that I could not access the grab and go breakfast due to booking through Expedia. Their site advertises a meal option since all restaurant facilities are closed due to remodel, but as a second class citizen I wasn’t eligible. They said I could go elsewhere for a meal… quite an introduction to the property. We ended up making other arrangements as they suggested. Otherwise the location was very convenient and the view was amazing. The studio was clean although it smelled like rancid food… after day two we tracked the smell to the garbage disposal. After we cleaned it ourself we got rid of the smell. The studios have very thin roofs and the upstairs guests that must have spanned across several units, were extremely loud at night. There is no AC so we were advised to leave the screen door open at night, that plus the box fan we found in the Murphy bed closet kept us cool… that leads me to the next point - the studio lists a queen size bed, which it had… but it didn’t say it was a Murphy bed. For almost 400 a night I would have liked a real bed… it was hard and the unit only has 2 pillows (there were two of us). I stopped by the front desk and asked for more and their first response was did I check in the closets… I replied that all other closets were locked so had no clue about extra pillows… The service here exactly matches the other reviews, but the view is to die for!

The serenity and scenery were as promised-beautiful and breathtaking! Our cabin was convenient to Jackson and the drive to other sights was easy and a wonderful way to sight-see.

This was an excellent place to stay for a long weekend ski vacay to hit Jackson Hole and Targhee. The condo was nice and had plenty of space for 6 of us, which is hard to find in Jackson. It's a little tucked away off the main road but worth it for the views.

Spring Creek Ranch has wonderful views of the Tetons, is close to town yet a quiet retreat from all the busy-ness in Jackson. The condo we stayed in was very comfortable and nice.
