Overall, if you need a place with a comfy bed...then this will work great. It was fairly quiet & beds/linens were very comfy. Shower had nice pressure & water was hot. TV was small for the size of the room, but most channels worked fine. Grounds & some interior spaces were poorly kept. There were small bits of trash & dirty linens around the interior (hallways/pool room). Outside was littered with random trash (lightbulbs, paint buckets, papers/garbage) & tons of cigarette butts. Pool area was very much unmonitored...there were napkins on 1 of tables our entire stay & had to ask multiple times for pool towels (rack was empty evening & next morning). Pool was quite chilly, but water was clear. Hot tub was hot, but as soon as we turned on jets there was a very strong, unpleasant & musty odor (absolutely no chlorine smell - which is quite uncommon), so we got out because we were unsure on actual cleanliness. Overall, pool area was unusable during due to preferences & safety concerns. Breakfast may as well have been non-existent. We were there by 830 (breakfast was 8-10 I believe). Waffles kept sticking to the maker, despite how much spray we put. Bread was stale, bagels were gone. Hot trays were 2/3 empty & 3rd was so old that the potatoes were cold/rock hard. We asked if anything was going to be refilled & it took about 10-15 minutes just for some low-quality heat & serve sausages (still no scrambled eggs). Eventually gave up & went to McDonalds. Very poorly managed.
