Lovely space and so close to the best beaches, playa Ventanas is a gem. Property is beautiful with wonderful wildlife right there. Away from the tourist traps and a true way to appreciate Costa Rica. Host was very kind and personable, was nice to see a host that actually cared about the property and was available.

Casa Linda Vista was a magical place!! Easy walk to the beaches, beautiful view, and wonderful surroundings. The outdoor areas were perfect! Kai was a thoughtful, helpful host. 100% recommendation!

We had a wonderful time in Playa Grande, truly a gem in this region. The location was awesome, close to everything yet quiet and private. It was clean, host was super available and easy to communicate with and great local recommendations. Definitely recommend and would stay there again for sure.

Casa Linda Vista was a great place to stay for our family in Playa Grande. Very private and serene, walking distance to the beach, on a hill with nice views and ocean breezes. Kai was a great host and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was as advertised. Carefully built to maximize airflow and the option to use 6 additional ceiling fans for extra cooling.Kai has developed a beautiful climate-appropriate landscape that attracted many varieties of birds that we hadn’t seen before. Reasonably easy walk to and from the beach every day. A short but very enjoyable stay!

Located in Cabo Velas, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Tamarindo Beach and Conchal Beach. Las Baulas National Marine Park and Monkey Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and ecotours nearby.
