Staff was very courteous, room was comfortable amd breakfast was good with several choices. Location is great, right off I20 with well lit parking. Pet Friendly which is a big plus!

Really pleasant stay at this Quality Inn! Very clean (except for one hair on the tub), best breakfast we’ve had on the road (generous, diverse, hot buffet and cold foods with lovely server/preparer), very personable reception desk staff (thanks to Cydni), breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff (helped guide me to the breakfast area), adequate security (internal door requiring card to access hallway), and very reasonable pet fee ($15 tax). Downsides: only lighting in room (2 lamps, one overhead light (kind of dark)), hallway carpet a bit worn, some kitchen chairs stained, and being given an accessible room when none was requested (shower was fine, but, plastic tub and shower chair and toilet “throne” in bathroom, under counter). Bonus: Saw a bald eagle flying above hotel!

Very comfortable stop on our roadtrip home. Love that they sell a huge variety of snacks, ice cream, and microwave dinners. Good bed. Solid breakfast!

I liked everything. The people were very nice and helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean. Breakfast was awesome and so was the people running the Breakfast. The pool wasn't opened but i didn't come there to swim.

Price pee night was cheap, Entry desk staff and ambience was good, rest of the buildong seems to be very old, rooms/ building were smelling smoke, cant stay in the room, it was not smelling fresh too. Probably wont stay again in this quality inn this location

There were chip crumbles scattered all over the carpet. Obviously they skipped the vacuum. There were two used towels hanging on the bathroom door hooks. The smaller hand/face towels smelled bad making me think they may have left us the previous visitors\' used towels especially after seeing the large towels hanging on the hooks. The a/c had blown black residue onto the bed. The window was not secured having signs of break in. There was a water leak coming from the adjacent room behind the toilet floor. The sink drain had a horrible odor when turning on the faucet. The room had an awkward aged smell with the a/c off as we entered. Did not like having to walk outside twice to continue into the next hallways. Units were separated. Odd. At least they sent someone to vacuum the carpet & the breakfast was great giving it the barely earned 3rd star. For a "hotel" category it\'s actually a motel. To make it harder on themselves they literally said they don\'t book rooms to locals & they do not prefer the young loud kids. Doubt I\'ll be returning.

The front desk staff is very nice. The entire facility is very clean. The beds are comfortable, the shower is hot, and the rooms are quiet. Parking is easy and plentiful. Overall I've been very satisfied with each of my stays here!

The gentlemen at the front desk was very kind & helpful, the front desk area looked clean enough. Looked like a decent place to stay especially for the price, however we were sorely mistaken. As soon as we saw the room we knew we had made a mistake in deciding to stay here. The bed comforter was stained, there was dog fur on the white pillows, the floor was dusty and had popcorn kernels throughout the room. The mirror in the bathroom was broken, there was hair and stains on the toilet, hair in the shower, the towels had mascara and eyelashes stuck to one of them and another had some sort of red stain as well. The mini fridge reeked. Absolutely no pride in the cleanliness or presentation of their hotel rooms. Would never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Quick overnight stay for longer trip. Cleanliness is important to us. Room had dead bug and nail clippings on bathroom floor. Cobwebs in multiple corners of the room. Talked with front desk in person about this. No offer to clean it or offer another room. Hotel was only about 25% occupied. Front desk said they would let the manager know in the morning. It was early enough for them to clean it or change rooms. Would have changed hotels if we weren’t tired from being on the road all day and were leaving early the next morning. Get what you pay for and will find another place in Sweetwater next time. Also the pool was uncared for and green.

In room amenities, such as the sink bed and countertops were nice. The toilet was very bad and had some sort of partial clog that made things difficult. The carpet and hallways outside of the room were dirty and very worn out. Very thin walls between rooms. disappointing after the reviews rated this at 8.4. That was not remotely close as it should be more like a five or six.

The good: the staff was nice, bed was comfy, great AC, quiet place. The bad: some spots of the room was dirty, stains on the walls and curtains, shower did not work, the tub held water because of the faucet dripped, rust on the side of the wall in the shower. The bathroom door couldn't open all the way because it hit the toilet.

Ok for a night stopover, bed had good support. 1st floor musty, carpet needs cleaning. Breakfast ok, no boiled eggs for those that are allergic to powdered eggs.

Our room faced the highway although plenty of other rooms were available. The window was hard to close and the road noise along with neighboring rooms was as bad as I’ve ever experienced in 60 years of traveling across the country.

The location is convenient right off the main highway. The front desk workers were very friendly and the check in was fast. The rooms were pretty average. The bed was okay. The bathroom was small with low ceilings. (I am 6'5). The breakfast was okay. You could hear quite a bit of hallway noise. The TV and viewing package were disappointing. Biggest complaint is the AC/heat unit is very loud. Fair price for a one night stay.

From check in to check out service was top notch. Alexia was so sweet during check in and the lady helping with breakfast was so sweet and helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Property was great. Room was good. Breakfast was great and the server was awesome. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the maid service. We were there 5 days and asked for service once to get more towels and trash emptied. Maid did NOT clean room. She only put towels in bathroom and emptied cans. She did not even put trash bags in the cans. She didn’t make the beds, and actually had an attitude when I politely asked her for towels in the room. Staff at the front desk were sort of rude, except for the male worker who was wonderful. The older hispanic lady was rude twice. I had to wait for her the morning of checkout because she was over getting her breakfast. Then she was not polite at all. Acted like I inconvenced her.

The front desk person was excellent. We travel with a small dog and also with some physical limitations. Our needs where accommodated perfectly. Pet fee is $15. Fair. Breakfast was the fabulous but we may have been there at the same time as a special event so lots of choice. All delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

I stay here probably once every other week and they have one lady who is great very helpful but this one time I went to had one woman who was flirting with a customer I needed coffee they didn’t have any. I told her and she said thanks for letting me know, and kept talking to the guy. She was worth worthless.

Quick trip driving through town on our way to San Antonio. Booked late at night, hotel was well lite and felt safe. Front desk staff friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel offered a full Breakfast that was tasty and filling, sure gave us a great start to our day. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very courteous, room was comfortable amd breakfast was good with several choices. Location is great, right off I20 with well lit parking. Pet Friendly which is a big plus!

The location is convenient right off the main highway. The front desk workers were very friendly and the check in was fast. The rooms were pretty average. The bed was okay. The bathroom was small with low ceilings. (I am 6'5). The breakfast was okay. You could hear quite a bit of hallway noise. The TV and viewing package were disappointing. Biggest complaint is the AC/heat unit is very loud. Fair price for a one night stay.

We were traveling because of a family emergency and needed a place to rest on our long journey. This place was perfect!! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and exceptional breakfast!! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to rest their tired head!!

Really pleasant stay at this Quality Inn! Very clean (except for one hair on the tub), best breakfast we’ve had on the road (generous, diverse, hot buffet and cold foods with lovely server/preparer), very personable reception desk staff (thanks to Cydni), breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff (helped guide me to the breakfast area), adequate security (internal door requiring card to access hallway), and very reasonable pet fee ($15 tax). Downsides: only lighting in room (2 lamps, one overhead light (kind of dark)), hallway carpet a bit worn, some kitchen chairs stained, and being given an accessible room when none was requested (shower was fine, but, plastic tub and shower chair and toilet “throne” in bathroom, under counter). Bonus: Saw a bald eagle flying above hotel!

Accueil sympa. Bémol de cet hôtel la propreté laisse à désirer, traces sur le sol, traces sur les serviettes de bains.Chambre usé surtout la salle de bains. Par contre bonne literie on a bien dormi ,ne pas oublié les bouchons d’oreilles.Bon petit déjeuner. Pour moi tarif élevé pour la qualité

First off, the pictures on the website are deceiving. The hotel is very rundown and sketchy. There was garbage everywhere outside. This is a one story building. You have to drive around and hopefully find the entrance to your room. The exterior doors to the hallway where we eventually found our room were left unlocked at night. I did not feel safe there. We mentioned it when we checked out early the next morning and the manager on duty said they are locked. My husband had to prove him wrong. He also mentioned they do not allow any resident within a 50 mile radius to book a room more reason why the exterior doors should be locked. The rooms were dingy and old. The carpet and drapes need to be replaced due to age and smell. If we hadn’t already been driving for seven hours, we would’ve seek other alternatives, but there was no refund on a pre-booked $170 a night stay. Considering what the manager told us about the locals and the condition of this hotel he said the hotel next to him was in worse shape. I would push on the Abilene. We typically would not give a bad review unless we feel like people should be warned. That price includes breakfast however we did not stay for breakfast. If they don’t care what your eyes can see in the room God only knows what’s going on in the kitchen. On a positive note skeets Grill around the corner is a great place to eat.
