Personalet er super søde og høflige. Men man skal selv bede om at få rengjort på værelset. Og begge gange vi bad om rengøring, fik vi at vide det ikke er muligt grundet for mange ind og udcheckninger de pågældende dage

The fridge in my room did not work, and getting it repaired required far too much chasing. I reported it to reception but received no update. When I followed up, I was told someone would come to fix it, and later that they would come the next morning. The next morning came and went without anyone arriving. At around 2 pm, I messaged again to ask when it would be fixed, but received no reply. I went down to reception, where I was told they would call someone. When I returned at 6 pm, the fridge still had not been repaired, so I had to ask yet again. A repairman finally arrived at 7 pm. Guests should not have to repeatedly chase reception to get a problem resolved. One report should be enough for the hotel to arrange a repair and keep the guest informed. If a promised time cannot be met, the hotel should communicate the delay instead of leaving guests waiting with no updates. The lack of communication and follow-through was very disappointing. The male staff member at reception was also not very friendly, which made the experience even more disappointing.
