Comfort Inn & Suites Near Medical Center

The property had internet issues and no working business center. The breakfast very limited and needs to be improved with more options. No breakfast could be carried to the rooms. The phones in the rooms did not work so we could not call another room or the front desk. The hotel was ok.

Hot tub and pool were out of order. The room smelled like body order and drugs. Hallway smelled musty and moist.

Rooms look updated, comfy bed. However, the bathroom tub was disgusting. On our pull out couch mattress, there were rust stains and rust all over the metal. You could tell they made repairs the cheapest way possible. The hallways had a very musty/moldy smell to them. Breakfast was ok, had eggs and sausage, but were cold both days we ate there. The pool was small and the flooring was very slippery. My kids and even myself slipped just walking.

Pool was not heated. Handicapped lifts were both broken. Towels had holes in them. Sink and tub did not have a stopper or a screen. Just wasn’t well maintained. Other than that, it was fine.

Hot tub and pool were clean and open most of the time it was supposed to be minus a cleaning that took a couple hours. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were comfortable and quite.

Very clean and quiet. Loved the indoor pool and the employee at check in was so nice.

Corporate should inspect this hotel. Worst hotel stay ever. Juice machine broken, never any butter (options are eggs, sausage, cereal, waffle, apple, muffin , toast) if anything runs out you have to ask the front desk to restock it. They take your towels out if your room and don’t replace it. The gym is missing the majority of the weights. Pool was always cold and dirty….by the way it’s an inside pool. Anytime you walk in the front desk is playing in their phone and don’t even look up unless you say something.

Conveniently located for attractions we went to. Comfortable room. Hot tub was wonderful. Pool was very cold, wish it was heated. Bathtub needs slip resistant put in them.

It was great except the pool was out of order.

The gym wasn't working

Dirty and as soon as you enter the building theres a smell like humid/ ceiling had mold

No door handles on the outside doors. Room was dirty with dead bugs on the ground.

Hotel staff were extremely rude. Didn’t greet us, was on the phone as I checked in. Got into hotel room to the smell of urine. Asked for a new room and once I got to the new room my restroom had black mold. My sheets had blood stains and hair all over them.

I woke up at 2am noticing there was bite marks on my arm. Wondering what it was I checked the bed and found a bedbug. I immediately notified staff, they said they were full and couldn’t send me to another room. I trapped the bedbug in a plastic cup, looked behind the bed and didnt see anymore so I tried to go back to sleep. At 5am I wokeup uncomfortable with more bite marks on my body only to find another bed bug on my pillow. I notified the staff and they finally gave me another room to sleep in. They refused to refund me and stated they would compensate by giving me a free one night stay at their specific Comfort Inn location. I frantically declined because I will not be rooming at THIS location again. The reason for my stay at this location was ultimately due to the low price, I should’ve thought twice before going the cheapest route.

Disgusting the places is infested with bedbugs and the owners won’t refund they are actively avoiding Expedia and my calls do not book with them

Room was nothing as shown or expected. Very dirty and mattress had blood stains nd hairs. Front dest didn't do anything about it! Please don't stay Here!!

Breakfast only has few items. I had to get the room changed because the first room had roach and not clean.

The outside looked ok. When we checked in the front desk guy was so rude he wouldn’t even let me talk or ask questions. Whatever questions I had he cut me off right away. The bathtub was disgusting, the carpet in the room was so nasty it felt gross. The towels looked dirty & the curtains didn’t close all the way I had to use a hair clip to ensure no one would be looking in the room as we slept. If we were on a top floor that might have been ok but we were on the 1st floor

The rooms were very dirty. The bed sheets were not clean. The bathrooms were dirty. I had blood stain and pee stain on the sheets. I was suppose to stay 3 nights but left early. And they did give me a refund. They did not come clean it after multiple request. So disappointed. I will never go back. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

The room was ok. At one time this was my go to hotel. Seems the quality is diminishing. My room had mold on the ceiling amd the floor wasn't the cleanest.

It was a pleasant experience overall. The room was comfortable and clean. The King bed was very comfortable to sleep in and most of the time we got good sleep. The breakfast was decent. Make your own waffles, sausages, eggs (in a round shape) toast, milk, jelly, coffee, juice (not real), and cheerios or fruit loops. It was acceptable for us and saved us from paying for a daily breakfast. We liked to have the refrigerator and microwave in our room also.

Great place a little dated but clean.

First room we had smelled like mold and mildew. The switch is to the room next door and the AC didn't work. My husband had to fix the plug for it to work then it didn't blow very cold air. There were 4 of us staying in the room and they only had 2 towels. There were no towels in the pool area so we asked for 4 towels to dry off from swimming and we were told they can only give us 2 more on top of the 2 that were already in the room. We then went to pull out the pull out bed out of the couch and there were stains all over it!! I went down to the desk because no one EVER answered the phone. (They would pick it up and hang up immediately). I showed them the picture I took of the bed and the first thing he said was did no one give you sheets? Not let me fix that. He didn't offer another room he simply said there was nothing he could do until his manager came in in the morning.

Beds were good and comfortable. And clean

The bed was extremely soft it was hard to wake up at 11 am

I liked the quietness and room space

The bed room smells. The sofa bed has even strong smells and the mattress is very dirty and broken.

It was OK, everyone was really nice. Check in was easy however you could see the wear and tear on the property

Good location, room was clean , size of room was tight. Room had been remodeled but not a very good job.

My stay at the comfort Inn suites was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very attentive to my needs and expedited all the information so I didn’t have to wait at all hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve had.

The “hotel policies” do not align with hotels.com. BE FOREWARNED! We had made changes to our stay through hotels.com a month before arriving. We changed the length of our stay and from a king suite to a queen suite. The hotel OWNER, Jay Patel, insisted that the hotel policies are different than that of hotels.com. We received a King suite, but when we told them of our changes we had made online a month prior they gave us a double queen, but still charged for the suite price. When we asked about the discrepancy in our checkout day, we were told that it would be taken care of at checkout time. At checkout the hotel owner insisted that they would not refund the extra night and/or the difference in price of the rooms. When a hotels.com agent contacted, he told them the same thing. A no refund or change policy, regardless of what hotels.com had said. Rooms: Both rooms were dirty. One had what appeared to be dog poop by the night stand, the other room had garbage on the sides of the bed. House cleaning every morning was persistent to check rooms and even walked in one of the afternoons while we were changing to go swimming (after already informing them we were good and did not need anything). People would randomly enter. Pool: It was disgusting! Do not be fooled by pics. The pool would open randomly between 2 and 4 due to “cleaning” but on multiple days there were things floating in the pool (ie. a used tampon) after having been “cleaned.” The hot tub was luke warm at best.

We came to check in at 4 pm. There was no one in the front desk. We waited in the sitting area for about 25 minutes until we decided to call the front. The guy answers and the whole time he was in the dining area, he saw us came in and there are five of us, 2 other guests came afterwards. Called the day before to have 2 rooms next to each other, then proceeds to give us rooms that are completely opposite from each other. One of our rooms wasn’t even ready, it didn’t even have a door, a guy was just fixing it then. The rooms are smelly, the beds sheets had stains, and bathroom was dirty also. We left and checked out right away. Don’t waste your money or time booking here.

I booked with Hotels.com and planned accordingly money wise. I tried calling before hand twice to see if anyone could answer any questions but no luck. Once I arrive the guy at the front desk looks aggravated that we are there and he has to help. He continues to complain about us to someone on the phone about us as he demanded $50 for check-in deposit. I did not plan this when I planned for the day out and it completely cut into our first evening. Breakfast was pathetic as well, everything ran out by 7:30 and we got nothing but cereal (which we ran out of milk before we could fill our bowl) and a couple sausages. If I would’ve known what I know now I would’ve saved the 40 dollars (90 including the room fee) and gone to the motel 6 up the road.

It was ok until i needed more clean towels. I asked housekeeping for some and some man told me i needed to give him my dirty ones he said cause disgusting people that would stay there would steal their towels. This was a first for me to get told that. Every hotel i have stayed at i never had this problem. Its sad because not everyone steals and to be treated this way was uncalled for.

The staff were the most unfriendly people I've ever experienced. The front desk guy was on his phone literally the entire night. I called the front desk 4 times and no one ever answered. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy there

Check in was terrible. The hotel employee was basically arguing with another customer on the phone and not assisting them at all; and it took 15 minutes for him to basically hang up on them. Then, we get to our room…… the TV remote doesn’t work so I go downstairs and request a new remote only to be told Housekeeping would be up sometime between tonight and tomorrow (we only stayed one night). After a few discussions of “what time”; the check in employee gave me another remote. Then we tried to hook up to the internet; there was none. We went back again and inquired; and he said it’s not working well. The room was very dirty, rust everywhere, and sketchy. The next morning we went to get breakfast downstairs; which consisted of toast cereal, and juice and coffee only. I will never stay where again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Didn't have the best stay. Housekeeping was mean and front desk workers besides young guy was rude.

This place was dirty, the staff were unwelcoming, the room AC was noisy, the breakfast was limited, there was a $4 local fee, they wouldn’t say for what! They also charged my card $50 deposit. They said it would be returned. It’s been five days and the charge is still on my card!! You will do better finding another hotel even if it’s a bit more expensive.

Earl mart was just at the corner. You can’t Go around the city like 12-15min from every other places in town.

Don’t believe the good reviews. Transients everywhere around property and hotel is run down. Did not feel safe.

Very close to sea world and good restaurants. Very clean and comfortable stay

I like the easy access parking; walking distance to different businesses. I didn’t like that there can always be a gate(maybe use with hotel key)to have easier access to Wal-Mart. Also, rooms are non-smoking and they smell like cigarettes.

It was at walking distance of restaurants and a Walmart.

There were break ins into the vehicles a night prior to check in. The handicap parking was not available, no lights in the parking, no security in the parking. I decided to not stay there. The front clerk was courteous, we went inside and outside the room, stepped into the carpet and the clerk hesitated into giving me a refund after I told him, I was not going to stay. He said I was reimbursed but the charges are still on my card. The parking is a mess.

The second room they gave was tolerable however still Not cleaned well and rust everywhere. The breakfast was just sausage and eggs that were warmed up in the microwave in front of us.

We had a great stay, only recommendation would be for the pool area to be updated it’s a bit rusty by the handicap chairs. Other than that we enjoyed it and kids loved it! Breakfast was pretty good just get up early to get a better selection because breakfast is from 6-9.

At 7:30am were minimal items, cold waffles and cereal, they said they ran out of eggs and sausage (at that time of morning?) We got nothing but toast or a waffle for 2 days. Saturday at 6:30am we had to wait for rubbery, cold eggs and a half empty pan of cold sausage. No fruit on the 'buffet" but a few overripe apples. No air on in the room so it smelled stale. The towels were clean but had stains and thread bare. No stoppers in the sink or tub. Couldn't give grandson a tub bath. Phone in the room didn’t work. We tried calling out several times with no dial tone. We tried front desk that was not manned after 9pm. It took 20 min to get someone to help us when our key card didn’t work. We needed to enter from the end of hall but couldnt as the key card access panels were broken with just wiring sticking out. The hotel entrance sign and the exterior security lighting didn't work where we had to park so ir was very dark . We had "DO NOT DISTURB" on our door but someone used master key to while we were away. An employee must have dropped it while in our room. Other guests reported they had someone enter their room with a master key too and didn’t feel safe. The pool was too cold (58°) to swim in so guests used the small hot tub. We chose this hotel for this amenity. We reported to the manager who said "deal with it".

Well rate including breakfast but I don’t know what’s those that means breakfast for this own hotel .. old bread/ orange juice like water , tinny butter (only option) coffee not cups eggs and sausage on same pot with fork inside the pot very unclean too poor services breakfast Not cereal not milk ..so think is better don’t offer breakfast

Breakfast very limited, but the replenishment of the items was more limited. Basically only waffles and cereal avaiable. Pool needs maintenance and cleaning. Rooms cleaning was only done by picking uo trash and providing new towels. I stayed 4 nights no one was cleaning the room in full. Kind customer service.
