SureStay by Best Western Marion

The staff was kind and helpful, however our room could have been cleaner. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all and my daughter pulled out the couch to sleep on the bed and there were stains all over the mattress. She ended up just covering the couch with a sheet and sleeping on that. We were also nearly attacked by another guest's dog in the hallway and then heard it barking in their room several times throughout the evening. We were also the lucky ones to stay in a first floor room with loud guests that were were running and stomping for 3 hours straight. This was a last minute booking bc we couldn't find much and it had decent reviews but unfortunately we were a bit disappointed.

VERY MINIMAL breakfast, pet hair on couch, very nice staff

Pull out couch had an old mattress that was about 4 inches thick. So uncomfortable you couldn’t sleep on it. The bath gel in the bathroom was empty and the breakfast was very mediocre

We had no hot water

Breakfast was good and everything was fresh. The room was clean except the sofa beds sheets were dirty and had to have the staff come in and change em out.
