Lobby was torn apart for reconstruction

The front desk security was nonexistent. There was no coffee at all in the hotel, even though they said there would be. The lock on the door wiggled, and the lock did not work well. No hangers to hang clothes. Very small bathroom sink with no real counter space. Bedding was dirty when we got there, asked to have it changed. It was substandard. Just not an acceptable hotel in our opinion. Would not recommend it.

Although the property is older, the rooms are clean and good for a nights stay. It is a pet friendly hotel which is fine except you can hear when dogs bark. We also got a different kind of room than requested and the hotel was not able to accommodate a first floor room (because we knew there was no elevator). Overall the stay was fine and we have stayed here before and know what to expect. The prices are always the lowest.

The posting we saw in a Plymouth magazine stated there was a breakfast included. There is a breakfast room but no breakfast. Also, not even coffee in the room. There is a whirlpool room but the doors are shut and there is a bench in front of them. The room was clean but the bed was quite noisy when anyone moved. It seems that many things that went away during Covid have not come back. We expected more for $100+ a night. We might have complained but there was never anyone at the desk.

No hair dryer no toiletries no pool or hot tub clean and good place to sleep

First of all there was no success at calling and talking to a customer service rep to confirm my reservations for two rooms. I was sent a confirmation via email a couple of days before our scheduled stay. Then I received two text messages in the morning of the day of our scheduled stay. The text messages listed which rooms we were assigned. Along with the room numbers was included a 4 number code for each room. It turned out both rooms had the same check in code. When we arrived at the hotel to check in the front door to the Hotel was wide open. There was no check in clerk. We walked up to the second floor with our luggage because there was no elevator. I put the code into the first room we were assigned. The door unlocked and opened up. I turned on the light and was shocked to see One of the two beds was unmade, there was somebody's clothes laying on top of that bed, a left over fast food meal, and a duffle bag and gym shoes on a chair. I went to the other room, put in the same code I was given for that room, opened the door, turned on the light, and even though the one bed was made there some luggage on the chair. Based on all that along with some other details, we decided to not stay and drive back home to the Chicago area which was a 2 plus hour drive home at night which we were trying to avoid.

Granted this property is under construction but seriously probably should have closed until finished. Contractors were friendly. $140 for King, in rural WI given the construction was robbery.

This place was sold in July 2025. They are in middle of renovations and they need a lot of work. The bathroom stinks. Not my better place to stay.

Property is in a good location for walking around the downtown area. Our room was very clean. We were in town for an event, and just needed a place to sleep. It suited our needs for our trip. It’s very basic and no frills. A coffee maker in the room would be nice. Easy check in and check out. There is no elevator so if you have mobility issues you should request a ground floor room.

Dirty, fans / ac did not work well, some holes in walls ceiling, a couple switches did not have hardware for them to work

The rooms are large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room that I had was quite small though. It is very inexpensive and very close to the very cute downtown of Plymouth. I will stay there again

No fridge, no coffee maker, no microwave, no shampoo or other toiletries, dirty, worn out furniture, TV didn’t work!

The building and grounds definitely need some upgrades, but our room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating ... Walking distance to downtown ... Very quiet ...

There were bugs in the room. Beds were rock hard, bedspread and sheets were rough and felt/looked dirty. This Inn is old and rundown. DO NOT book a room here!!

Good price and still clean and comfy

The entire place had a bad, musty smell and there were stains on the furniture and bedding. The lock didn't feel very secure and there were no nightstands. Decor was run down and outdated. I would not return or recommend this place, unfortunately.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. My room had a window that I couldn't shut all the way & there were car races going on nearby & it was loud, so closing the window may have helped. My dog also found a used cough drop under the bed, so it wasnt thoughly cleaned.

The rooms are large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room that I had was quite small though. It is very inexpensive and very close to the very cute downtown of Plymouth. I will stay there again

It was neat and clean, but had an issue with the shower head not spraying the way it should. Room was good sized

Very convenient to my primary destination, Road America. Loved the location, walking distance to many dining choices. Wi-Fi was weak though.

I stayed at the same Hotel a year ago, they are trying to update it and it was much better before the updates had begun. It is being done on the very cheap with very low quality materials and labor and none of the finishes make sense. Next year when I come back to Road America we will find somewhere to camp because it will be much better than staying at this hotel. It's like putting lipstick on a pig but the problem is it wasn't even a pig before it wasn't a bad place. It's amazing what very very cheap planning, design, finishes, materials and labor can do to a decent hotel

Couldn't get in the room, sent to a different room with king size bed for 3 adults and 1 child. Finally got to a room withtwo beds and the Curtains didn’t close all the way. 2 towels for 4 people. No tv. Then they said they would send someone to fix the tv but no one showed up.

Our room was very spacious with a couch and chair for relaxing. The bathroom was also very spacious. Our check-in was very fast with Michael who was very friendly. They greeted me by name whenever they saw me! The downside was that there was no coffee available anywhere. We had to get it elsewhere.

Was supposed to have a king size bed and was given 2 doubles. No one at front desk. I guess hotel was sold, but didn’t know that and would have just found something else. Could deal with outdated furniture ect.. remodel but wanted the king size bed I reserved. Check in was confusing, sent text so thought room was ready but it wasn’t. No extra pillows or towels and no one to ask since there’s no one around. Could have planned for this if we had been given a heads up. No lamp shades, ceiling not painted.. lol not sure why we had this room when hotel seemed pretty empty. No night stand either or clock or mirror in room or hangers. Just weird. Wish I could have a refund or part refund for not getting a king size bed

Property was once an old place that has been renovated in the recent past. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Room was hot upon arrival but the AC brought it down to a pleasant level before the sun came up the next day. I could hear the adjacent rooms TV thru the walls. The room still had the original small round toilet with the no room for my junk. Biggest issue was the tub. It was an insert where the handle was below my knees. With the soft water it was slicker than snot in the tub.They did provide a mat, to put in the tub to help slipping, so they know it's an issue. Final issue is the shower curtain. It's on of those plastic cloth things that's hung to far into the tub. It would stick to me at every turn. To keep it from sticking to would result in water on the bathroom floor.

Nice room clean. Looked new better than expected. It was different with no employee there. Only thing i had a question about was check out? We just left and figured it was automatic cause we were gone before checkout time.

Due to a family situation, there was no one available for check in. Also, no one at desk for check out. It looked like they offered breakfast at one time, however, that option was not available. When you are a solo traveler, you look forward to having someone to welcome and greet you. Say good morning and how was your day, just polite conversation.

This was a disappointment. The lights by the bedside did not function because of a broken switch in the wall & we didn't care for the vinyl flooring in the room. The guy at the front desk didn't seem too friendly, but he did recommend the Mexican restaurant down the block from the hotel. I didn't interact with a live person at check out, instead called from a telephone at the front desk to check out. I was told I would get a receipt sent to my email address, which I am still waiting for after four days. This hotel is in a convenient location but I wouldn't recommend it as a place to stay.

This hotel was bought out and is being turned into an Airbnb hotel. The property looked decent, You walk into the lobby and it looks pretty, however, since an Airbnb setting there are no staff on site and the front door is always unlocked with no security. We were supposed to stay for one night so we stopped and dropped off our bags. Theyre in the process of updating which is good because the rooms are out of date and the furniture has wear. The rooms weren’t the cleanest but it was just for one night. We did have a stain on one of our pillow cases on the other bed but again no one around to ask for anything. The huge negative about this property is apparently all the rooms have the same code. I was there with my parents who were in a different room, aunt and uncle in a different room and my cousins with their two young kids in another. We all had the same code to our rooms. My parents got sick so they weren’t able to make it. When the rest of my family including myself got to the hotel to go to our rooms they were occupied by other peoples belongings. I checked my parents room since mind you we had the same code they had bags sitting on their beds with other peoples stuff. Now if those were reserved for us how did other people get those rooms also especially since there were plenty of other rooms that could’ve been used. The staff clearly doesn’t know what they are doing and we all felt so unsafe that we drove back home. I did contact the company and we weren’t charged.

Booking a room is not listed in walk up directions, took some internet research to figure out & a phone call to get our door code & room number. Rep sent my booking to my friend’s phone not mine causing some confusion on both our part. This process could be improved.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

This place has become my go-to stay when I’m in the area. Den at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure I have a comfortable stay every visit. Quiet, clean and convenient!

Great location. The employees were nice and helpful. The place could use a little updating, but was nice and very clean. Bed was comfy. Less expensive than the alternatives in the area. I'd definitely stay there again when I need to stay in the area.

We stayed here for a weekend at Road America. Its one of the closest hotels to the track so it was convenient. There are several dining options in the area. The hotel was good for the night we stayed. No issues! Will stay again!

Hotel is in a nice location to see the sites of this town and surrounding area. It was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff person was very nice. Bed sunk in the middle.

So convenient to walking to downtown restaurants and shopping. A nice riverwalk with kids playground nearby. The staff is very hands-off. You need to go looking for them if you need anything. Website says coffee is available in the lobby, but they have not offered that for a long time.
