Situé en haut du quartier Palm-mar, l'environnement de l'appart-hôtel est residenciel. L'accueil à été très agréable et en Français ! L'établissement est très grand, si vous le souhaitez des places de parking en sous-sol sont disponibles (7,5€ par jour), hors saison des places sont disponibles dans la rue. L'établissement est neuf, les chambres bien équipées. Préférez un appartement avec vue sur la piscine, la vue est superbe. Supérette, belle piscine, salle de sport extérieure, mini golf et tables de ping pong complètent les équipements. Cependant, le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant notre séjour. Restaurants les plus proches 10/15 minutes à pieds.

Reception staff where friendly, room was a good size. Pool was cold most days. Not heated. Pillows where needing refreshed. Bar sold cocktails, more expensive than outwith the hotel, and only did 5 set ones. Didn't do margaritas for example. Kind of expect to sit wt hotel and relax with the drink you want, but this wasn't possible. Construction site across the road so air quality was poor, plus the obvoius noise pollution. Not relaxing for holiday. Paid extra for a patio, it was huge, but was missing a chair for the 3rd guest. Plus a lot of dust from the aforementioned construction site meant our feet where filthy if we walked in it, plus couldn't dry clothes in it.

The stay in these apartments where absolutely amazing, comfy bed spacious apartment and the extras of ping pong tables and crazy golf. Staff are so helpful to. Would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Walking distance to all amenities

Hotel is ok. Initially we were given with a room in the section A with view to construction site. We requested to move to another and few days later we were moved to section C with pool view. Pool is good (some man comes each evening, do measurements and add chemicals), but cold for me - like ocean. Apartments are big, but furniture and all devices are the most cheapest in the world… I have never seen such brands before. Beds are so hard like sleeping on the floor. Something neighbors are noise at midnight and many smoke weed, but hotel doesn’t control it somehow. And last thing: hotel charges for pets 10€ per night. Not much for one night, but for 12 we paid 120€… a lot for possible cleaning after 2kg dog… it should be max amount for people who live for more than few days. And for this hotel u need to rent a car… else u will be sitting in hotel all the time. But thank you in any case. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Hope u will consider my review for improvements.

Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados. La piscina es cómoda y tiene varios servicios dentro de la propia urbanización: gimnasio, minigolf, parque infantil, tenis de mesa, bar y mini supermercado (sin productos frescos). La zona es muy familiar y tranquila, cercana a playas muy cómodas como la de los Cristianos o las de Adeje.
Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados. La piscina es cómoda y tiene varios servicios dentro de la propia urbanización: gimnasio, minigolf, parque infantil, tenis de mesa, bar y mini supermercado (sin productos frescos). La zona es muy familiar y tranquila, cercana a playas muy cómodas como la de los Cristianos o las de Adeje.

El apartamento era correcto. En las fotos sale mejor. El desagüe del balcón tenía colillas de cigarrillo que daban un olor muy desagradable a tabaco. El ascensor está en la primera planta, por lo que hay que subir las maletas por la escalera un piso. En temporada alta no es tan fácil aparcar. El table tenis y minigolf son de pago. 5 y 10 euros respectivamente. El desayuno es caro y, siendo así resulta difícil entender que el café lo sirvan en vasos de plástico. La zona está muy apartada por lo que es necesario coche. La wifi está limitada a 4 aparatos lo que siendo una familia de cinco resulta ridículo e insuficiente. La verdad es que el money for value no es adecuado.

Det var en slump att jag bokade just detta men jag är så nöjd! T o m på nivån att jag gärna återvänder. Hotellet fräscht med stor pool och ett bra gym. Och omgivningarna visade sig vara i närheten av naturreservat med fina vandringsleder. Perfekt rekreation! På kvällarna bra restauranger i närheten. Mycket nöjd!

There were Ants crawling in shower area and kitchen. In bathroom there was no plastic bag in dustbin on first day. Kitchen tap was leaky, later we realised under kitchen sink was also leakage that was covered with very big dustbin with weird not fully closed lid to hid it. There is no vacuum cleaner in flat(only broom). For stay of more than 7 days we were told full cleaning including bedlining will be provided, given was only floor cleaning and towel change, no bed linings changedfor 10 days! For breakfast coffee only one person at kiosk making huge line between 8:30-9:30AM for morning coffee, toilets in pool area were not at all clean. May be its good for 3-4 days but definitely not for a week.kitchen pans with teflon coating were having many scratches, very harmful for use of cooking due to scratchy surface for kids. Block B C are long way to walk and stroll with kids from street very inconvenient for small kids with buggy.

Les + : établissement neuf, propre, appart spacieux, belle piscine, bar piscine et mini superette tres bien. Nous avons pris place en parking payante et je pense que cetait indispensable avec l'affluence du mois d'août et aussi eviter tout ce long chemin compliqué pour arriver à la chambre avec enfant en bas age. Points negatifs : etablissement qui revandique calme complet de 21h à 8h du matin mais sur 14 nuits jai du dormir correctement sans reveil nocturne 3 nuits à cause du bruit constant! je n'ai jamais eu ce probleme dans aucun hôtel aussi longtemps! On me dit quil y a un numero de gardien à contacter s'il y a du bruit mais je ne vais pas appeler constamment quand chaque voisin décide de rentrer à pas dheure la nuit tres bruyamment, ou encore les voisins d'en haut qui courraient tres lourdement non stop à pas d'heure, les reunions foot en bas ou que les murs sont super mal insonorisés. On entend tous les bruits de chaises se tirer, j'entendais meme le voisin ronfler. D'autre part il faut savoir que de tres gros chantiers avec grues, marteau piqueur etc sont juste à coté donc tout le devant de l'etablissement est reveillé à 8h00 6j sur 7 par les gros bruits des travaux! Bilan tres bel etablissement mais tres mal insonorisé et entouré de chantiers. Je suis rentree epuisée de mes congés! Contrariant de devoir quemander les ménages à la réception qui ignore la demande par manque de place dans le planning. Heureusement que les dames de menage sont adorables et comprehensives

Buona struttura, camere arredamento basic, letto scomodissimo, cassaforte a pagamento. Cucina ok, manca scolapasta e scolapiatti. In 7 gg di soggiorno fornita solo 1 pastiglia per lavastoviglie e nulla per lavatrice. Solo 2 bustine di caffè solubile all'arrivo, anche su richiesta non ulteriori bustine. Buona doccia, calda e getto forte, manca luce dallo specchio, bagno ampio, no bidet. Forniti solo 1 asciugamano viso e 1 corpo per persona. Buona pulizia ogni 3 gg che si limita al cambio asciugamani e rifacimento letto, dosatore bagnoschiuma non rifornito (presenza di piccole formiche in cucina, bisogna mettere tutto in frigo). Nel complesso bella struttura, spazi ampi, balcone con tavolino, piscina non climatizzata, personale freddo, con servizi e attenzione al cliente da migliorare. Parcheggio a pagamento o, con un po' di difficoltà, in strada gratuito. Necessaria l'auto. Zona molto tranquilla a 15' da Los Cristianos. Soggiorno piacevole ma servizi da migliorare.

Hotel is ok. Initially we were given with a room in the section A with view to construction site. We requested to move to another and few days later we were moved to section C with pool view. Pool is good (some man comes each evening, do measurements and add chemicals), but cold for me - like ocean. Apartments are big, but furniture and all devices are the most cheapest in the world… I have never seen such brands before. Beds are so hard like sleeping on the floor. Something neighbors are noise at midnight and many smoke weed, but hotel doesn’t control it somehow. And last thing: hotel charges for pets 10€ per night. Not much for one night, but for 12 we paid 120€… a lot for possible cleaning after 2kg dog… it should be max amount for people who live for more than few days. And for this hotel u need to rent a car… else u will be sitting in hotel all the time. But thank you in any case. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Hope u will consider my review for improvements.

Dejlige store lejligheder. D33 og D34 Med udsigt til poolen. Der var dejlig skygge på altanen. Pænt og rent. Venligt personale. Der ligger 2 lækre restauranter indenfor 5-10 min gang.

Buona struttura, camere arredamento basic, letto scomodissimo, cassaforte a pagamento. Cucina ok, manca scolapasta e scolapiatti. In 7 gg di soggiorno fornita solo 1 pastiglia per lavastoviglie e nulla per lavatrice. Solo 2 bustine di caffè solubile all'arrivo, anche su richiesta non ulteriori bustine. Buona doccia, calda e getto forte, manca luce dallo specchio, bagno ampio, no bidet. Forniti solo 1 asciugamano viso e 1 corpo per persona. Buona pulizia ogni 3 gg che si limita al cambio asciugamani e rifacimento letto, dosatore bagnoschiuma non rifornito (presenza di piccole formiche in cucina, bisogna mettere tutto in frigo). Nel complesso bella struttura, spazi ampi, balcone con tavolino, piscina non climatizzata, personale freddo, con servizi e attenzione al cliente da migliorare. Parcheggio a pagamento o, con un po' di difficoltà, in strada gratuito. Necessaria l'auto. Zona molto tranquilla a 15' da Los Cristianos. Soggiorno piacevole ma servizi da migliorare.

The reception team were fantastic! We arrived after hours, and the clear instructions and photos provided made it so easy to find our room card. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and straightforward, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We loved the location too — quiet, peaceful, and with lovely walks to nearby restaurants and shops.

Room is average nowhere near as nice as photos. I did not enjoy my stay here I have to be honest . Reception quite rude and unhelpful, arrived at 12pm with my 3 young kids and was told my room will not be ready until 4pm . He said that he would make sure they clean my room asap so we can check in. Which of course did not happen . At 4 pm I was told my room was still not ready and I would have to wait by the pool with my kids after getting off a 4 hour flight . Only when I said I’m Going to leave and go somewhere else and I will contact my credit card provider my room was suddenly ready.. but it wasn’t every 10 minutes someone would knock the door returning dishes and towels and cups toilet roll . Felt the opposite of a fancy hotel . The only person I would recommend this place to is my ex girlfriend

Very happy with the property and the grounds. Very few people in the pool in the morning. Always parasols and sunbeds free. Lovely chilled atmopshere. More local shops and resturants than we first realised. Very friendly staff.

We asked for the towels to be changed at an specific date and did not happened … when we asked to be changed we were told that they will change them the day we are living which as you can understand did not made any sense Overall the property has great amenities

Service/ room cleaning and general cleanliness. They are not able to manage one cleaning per week to the room, it is beyond belief but looks like cleaning company is leading the accommodation not the front desk. 😁

Reception staff where friendly, room was a good size. Pool was cold most days. Not heated. Pillows where needing refreshed. Bar sold cocktails, more expensive than outwith the hotel, and only did 5 set ones. Didn't do margaritas for example. Kind of expect to sit wt hotel and relax with the drink you want, but this wasn't possible. Construction site across the road so air quality was poor, plus the obvoius noise pollution. Not relaxing for holiday. Paid extra for a patio, it was huge, but was missing a chair for the 3rd guest. Plus a lot of dust from the aforementioned construction site meant our feet where filthy if we walked in it, plus couldn't dry clothes in it.

There were Ants crawling in shower area and kitchen. In bathroom there was no plastic bag in dustbin on first day. Kitchen tap was leaky, later we realised under kitchen sink was also leakage that was covered with very big dustbin with weird not fully closed lid to hid it. There is no vacuum cleaner in flat(only broom). For stay of more than 7 days we were told full cleaning including bedlining will be provided, given was only floor cleaning and towel change, no bed linings changedfor 10 days! For breakfast coffee only one person at kiosk making huge line between 8:30-9:30AM for morning coffee, toilets in pool area were not at all clean. May be its good for 3-4 days but definitely not for a week.kitchen pans with teflon coating were having many scratches, very harmful for use of cooking due to scratchy surface for kids. Block B C are long way to walk and stroll with kids from street very inconvenient for small kids with buggy.

Me parece una opción muy buena para alojarte si vas a estar unos dias en la isla y quieres estar en el sur pero sin zonas masificadas. A 10-15 minutos en coche de cualquier parte.

Situé en haut du quartier Palm-mar, l'environnement de l'appart-hôtel est residenciel. L'accueil à été très agréable et en Français ! L'établissement est très grand, si vous le souhaitez des places de parking en sous-sol sont disponibles (7,5€ par jour), hors saison des places sont disponibles dans la rue. L'établissement est neuf, les chambres bien équipées. Préférez un appartement avec vue sur la piscine, la vue est superbe. Supérette, belle piscine, salle de sport extérieure, mini golf et tables de ping pong complètent les équipements. Cependant, le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant notre séjour. Restaurants les plus proches 10/15 minutes à pieds.

Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados. La piscina es cómoda y tiene varios servicios dentro de la propia urbanización: gimnasio, minigolf, parque infantil, tenis de mesa, bar y mini supermercado (sin productos frescos). La zona es muy familiar y tranquila, cercana a playas muy cómodas como la de los Cristianos o las de Adeje.
Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados. Det var en slump att jag bokade just detta men jag är så nöjd! T o m på nivån att jag gärna återvänder. Hotellet fräscht med stor pool och ett bra gym. Och omgivningarna visade sig vara i närheten av naturreservat med fina vandringsleder. Perfekt rekreation! På kvällarna bra restauranger i närheten. Mycket nöjd!

Vi har hatt en fantastisk ferie,med mye moro og kos på dette hotelet. Vi har fått masse hjelp med orienterimg av området, anbefalinger og ikke minst et trygt opphold. Spesielt fra de ansatte som har vist mye respekt og skapt god stemning. Alle virker velkommende. For å skryte mest av fatime så er hun en av hoved grunnen til at oppholdet var helt fantastisk. Super snill, tålmodighet og ikke mist oppmerksom. Anbefaler til det sterkeste. Og også de andre ansatte som vi ikke husker navnet på. Kafeen hadde gode priser og veldig god mat. Tip top service.

Kitchen tap was leaky, later we realised under kitchen sink was also leakage that was covered with very big dustbin with weird not fully closed lid to hid it. There is no vacuum cleaner in flat(only broom). For stay of more than 7 days we were told full cleaning including bedlining will be provided, given was only floor cleaning and towel change, no bed linings changedfor 10 days! For breakfast coffee only one person at kiosk making huge line between 8:30-9:30AM for morning coffee, toilets in pool area were not at all clean. May be its good for 3-4 days but definitely not for a week.kitchen pans with teflon coating were having many scratches, very harmful for use of cooking due to scratchy surface for kids. Block B C are long way to walk and stroll with kids from street very inconvenient for small kids with buggy.

Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados. La piscina es cómoda y tiene varios servicios dentro de la propia urbanización: gimnasio, minigolf, parque infantil, tenis de mesa, bar y mini supermercado (sin productos frescos). La zona es muy familiar y tranquila, cercana a playas muy cómodas como la de los Cristianos o las de Adeje.

El apartamento era correcto. En las fotos sale mejor. El desagüe del balcón tenía colillas de cigarrillo que daban un olor muy desagradable a tabaco. El ascensor está en la primera planta, por lo que hay que subir las maletas por la escalera un piso. En temporada alta no es tan fácil aparcar. El table tenis y minigolf son de pago. 5 y 10 euros respectivamente. El desayuno es caro y, siendo así resulta difícil entender que el café lo sirvan en vasos de plástico. La zona está muy apartada por lo que es necesario coche. La wifi está limitada a 4 aparatos lo que siendo una familia de cinco resulta ridículo e insuficiente. La verdad es que el money for value no es adecuado.

Les + : établissement neuf, propre, appart spacieux, belle piscine, bar piscine et mini superette tres bien. Nous avons pris place en parking payante et je pense que cetait indispensable avec l'affluence du mois d'août et aussi eviter tout ce long chemin compliqué pour arriver à la chambre avec enfant en bas age. Points negatifs : etablissement qui revandique calme complet de 21h à 8h du matin mais sur 14 nuits jai du dormir correctement sans reveil nocturne 3 nuits à cause du bruit constant! je n'ai jamais eu ce probleme dans aucun hôtel aussi longtemps! On me dit quil y a un numero de gardien à contacter s'il y a du bruit mais je ne vais pas appeler constamment quand chaque voisin décide de rentrer à pas dheure la nuit tres bruyamment, ou encore les voisins d'en haut qui courraient tres lourdement non stop à pas d'heure, les reunions foot en bas ou que les murs sont super mal insonorisés. On entend tous les bruits de chaises se tirer, j'entendais meme le voisin ronfler. D'autre part il faut savoir que de tres gros chantiers avec grues, marteau piqueur etc sont juste à coté donc tout le devant de l'etablissement est reveillé à 8h00 6j sur 7 par les gros bruits des travaux! Bilan tres bel etablissement mais tres mal insonorisé et entouré de chantiers. Je suis rentree epuisée de mes congés! Contrariant de devoir quemander les ménages à la réception qui ignore la demande par manque de place dans le planning. Heureusement que les dames de menage sont adorables et comprehensives

Det var billigt, og lejlighederne var store og meget velegnede til en familie. Der er kun cirka 10 minutters kørsel til den større by, Las Américas. Hvis man har en bil, er det et rigtig godt sted at bo, da man kan finde billigere overnatning og samtidig nemt komme til Las Américas.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. One issue we unfortunately encountered was with insects. We found one larger bug (around 5 cm) in the kitchen and several smaller ones in the shower area. They appeared to be coming through the drainage system. We took a few precautions ourselves, including covering the openings around the kitchen sink, keeping the kitchen very clean, and making sure not to leave any food crumbs. After doing this, we no longer noticed any insects in the kitchen. In the bathroom, however, the smaller insects continued to appear despite covering the shower drains. We understand that this may be related to the building’s drainage system and may not be something that is easy to control, but we wanted to mention it as something that could be worth looking into. Apart from this issue, we were happy with the cleanliness and equipment.

The room was massive, we had a 2 bedroom and it was so roomy. Kitchen was well stocked All round lovely. The walls are thin, so it very much depends on your naibours, we politley asked if they would kerp the noise fown and it was fine. The area has lots of nice restraunts. Its very quite and calming. And a very diffrent vibe from the tourist trap of las americas.
