The staff was very nice. The room could have been cleaner.

It was the worst motel for the price it was not worth it it was dirty it was not comfortable the air conditioner didn't really work the TV was small I didn't have a coffee makeup it was just discussing I would never put out there again

I stayed at Knights Inn for one night on a Friday while visiting family for the weekend. I reserved a non-smoking room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after settling in, I discovered several roaches in the bathroom sink. I contacted the front desk, and the woman who had checked me in promptly came to the room with a can of Hot Shot bug spray. As I sprayed the sink area, I noticed both dead and live roaches on the bathroom and bedroom floor. I then sprayed along the baseboard near the bed and was alarmed to see a roach crawling across the blanket. I recorded the entire incident on my phone. I returned to the front office to speak with the manager. This time I spoke with a gentleman, who I believe may have been the owner. He was courteous and immediately moved me to the room next door. Unfortunately, after inspecting the second room, I found another roach on top of the bed, which I also recorded on video as it crawled off the bed. I went back to the office and showed both the manager and his son the videos. They were understanding and moved me once again, this time to a double-bed room, where I spent the remainder of the night without any further issues. I appreciate that the management responded respectfully and did their best to accommodate me by changing my room multiple times. However, the presence of roaches in two different rooms is a serious concern and significantly impacted my stay. I sincerely hope the motel addresses this infestation quickly so future guests

If this is a two star hotel I’m the king of England! I can honestly say this is the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my almost 60 years on this planet. And I’ve stayed in hostels all over Europe. If you know, you know. Now, I just needed a room for two nights while I was in the area for a golf tournament. I usually say I just need clean sheets, towels, and a hot shower. This place took that to the extreme! The sheets and towels were clean and the shower was hot but the room was absolutely filthy! Dust and cobwebs everywhere. It looked like someone rubbed their dirty feet all over the walls and worse still someone clearly picked their nose repeatedly and wiped it on the walls! Absolutely disgusting. The walls are paper thin and the couple in the adjoining room were loud all might and while my room was a nonsmoking room you couldn’t tell because of the cigarette smoke coming from their room. I really had a difficult time going back to the room for the second night. This was literally just a step up from sleeping in my car. But at the end of the day, the old adage is true, generally you get what you pay for. It’s graduation season so rooms were going for $300+ so I thought I was getting a deal staying a little further outside the city and paying $85/night. Stay their at your own risk, you have been warned.
