Turn in was next door to Longhorns Restaurant. Set back off the street in a quiet spot. Easy parking. Lobby big enough to sit with family instead of having them in room sitting on my bed. Breakfast bar and items available to purchase. Good spot.

It was a good stay and located like 5 minutes from the government center, where i needed to go. The only area of improvement was the fitness room, it had very limited equipment for the size of the hotel, Inwas expecting more.

They were painting around windows so they were all wrapped in plastic and you couldn’t see out. Due to painting parking was limited or exits were blocked. The 14.95 breakfast was not good. Hotel needs to be renovated. For a HGI it was not up to standard. Staff was excellent

This place is under renovation and was loud when we got here Saturday afternoon but ok on Sunday. There was a did staying next doo that barked very loud in the morning around 6 and 7 and woke us up. No carpet in the hallway so it’s loud and echoes. Drill started at 10:30 on Sunday.

Room was filthy. Specifically the curtains that hung on the window was stained and dirty. The carpet was also stained and dirty. I asked to change the room after I heard banging and drilling above my head and was told construction was taking place throughout the building and there were no other rooms. I actually took pictures. Worse hotel experience ever. The staff was apologetic. Never again.

The room what very dirty there was food and garbage on the floor I ahead to were my slippers because I didn’t want to walk barefoot. The water pressure was horrible. I paid for the breafast and it was horrible with bad service.

The curtains had nasty stuff splattered all over them, the bathrooms were not the cleanest looking with a leak spot above the shower. Stains in the carpet. It was an easy place to get to and easy to check in but other than that not the cleanest place.

This property has a positive eye appeal on the outside and lobby. The rooms are clean l, but they smell like mold. We have stayed here twice and both times the rooms smelled of mold. It isn’t overpowering, but should be looked at as a possible fix.

The room was nice and clean and staff was really nice. The main part of the hotel smells funny, but once you get to your room it’s fine. Traffic is terrible. But it’s convenient. There is every restaurant in existence and a Walmart within 1.5 miles of the hotel.

This hotel was fine, sufficient for a short stay. It was pretty clean. They did not restock our room on the second day, so we did not get coffee pods, creamer, bottled waters, or clean towels/wash cloths for our second night stay. They did say we could come pick them up at the desk if we wanted them. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin.

This hotel is very nice, however the rooms are likely going to be updated soon. Many hotels have updated finishes such as numerous USB ports on the bedside table. Also, the rooms are carpeted which is nice, however, many newer hotels have opted for tile. I enjoyed my stay, and the lobby, parking and breakfast options were great.

This property was listed for $270 a night. The room is spacious as we booked a suite but there have been no updates and there was visible dirt especially in the bathroom. The bathroom was the most dated with water damage in the ceiling and on the walls. The shower attachment was coming away from the wall and the toilet was slow to flush. Water pressure is nonexistent. It’s ridiculous for hotels to be able to charge such a high nightly rate with no accountability for the condition of the room

Person behind the counter was not approachable. Had an Apple AirPod in her ear and no smile to greet. Got to our room and it was clean. Shower was Luke warm and barely trickled out. For $200 a night i expect a hot shower that will get you wet not have to dance in the shower to stay warm and get wet. Next time we come through the area, we will look elsewhere.

The hotel forgot to give me a receipt at checkout, and despite several attempts to contact them by email and through Hotels.com, I never received any response. I still need the receipt for my employer, and the lack of communication has made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. This unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience.

I spent 220 for one night to have the staff completely rude to me. When i told the staff in the morning about the way we were treated they muttered “good” and laughed. I will never be returning service to any of your hotels and i will make sure to let everyone in passing how you treat your customers.

This was truly one of my favorite stays ever! Before we even arrived, the team was incredibly helpful over the phone in answering all our questions and explaining the processes. The location was very convenient, quiet, and comfortable. If we ever come back to Gainesville, we'll definitely stay here!

The room was nice and clean and staff was really nice. The main part of the hotel smells funny, but once you get to your room it’s fine. Traffic is terrible. But it’s convenient. There is every restaurant in existence and a Walmart within 1.5 miles of the hotel.

We loved the room and the bed was really comfy. They had a Keurig coffe machine in the room which was nice, but the creamer was old and bad. They had a “breakfast buffet, however they charged $14.95 per person. It was not a buffet. It was about what a Hampton Inn or other hotels would serve for free. I don’t feel like the room was worth the $220.00. I probably would not stay here again. The staff was great

Room was clean, the front desk guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot give this hotel 5-stars due to the cost of the breakfast. It is out rageously priced. Like other Hilton hotels, breakfast should be included. Also, if you like water fountain water, be prepared to bring your own water. The water isnt filtered and does not taste good.

The room what very dirty there was food and garbage on the floor I ahead to were my slippers because I didn’t want to walk barefoot. The water pressure was horrible. I paid for the breafast and it was horrible with bad service.

They were painting around windows so they were all wrapped in plastic and you couldn’t see out. Due to painting parking was limited or exits were blocked. The 14.95 breakfast was not good. Hotel needs to be renovated. For a HGI it was not up to standard. Staff was excellent

This hotel is very nice, however the rooms are likely going to be updated soon. Many hotels have updated finishes such as numerous USB ports on the bedside table. Also, the rooms are carpeted which is nice, however, many newer hotels have opted for tile. I enjoyed my stay, and the lobby, parking and breakfast options were great.

Accommodating to our late arrival was very much appreciated. My complaint was the breakfast. $15 for a breakfast that was no better than a Continental breakfast at any other motel.

My only complaint was that the breakfast was $14.95 per person. I was not aware until I walked downstairs and they placed a sign at the entrance of the breakfast area. I went out to eat for less money with better choices. This should have been stated up front. I would have stayed somewhere else with a free breakfast had I known in advance.

The night desk attendant when I checked in (and had just received personal bad news) was amazing and compassionate and caring and helpful. Wish I had gotten his name but he didn’t man the desk the rest of our stay. So appreciated his kind manner ! The breakfast helper, Kelly, was also so great and friendly and helpful

Was surprised that staff only cleans room and replaces towels every other day. nothing was said on site or when we checked in. Also had a supposed handicap room. Toilet was lowest i've ever seen and difficult to get in shower as i had to step over tub - not walk in. did have bars by toilet and in shower but not very handicap friendly
