The room was comfortable and large. The bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient to the shuttle. The water. Not so great. Just a lukewarm shower bordering on cold. The HOT tub was not hot and the pool was not being filtered and had bugs all on the surface. The entrance was not swept and there was bird droppings on the back porch. Was not terrible, but for a little extra attention could have been excellent.

We had a nice "elevated" double queen with a wonderful patio next to the river and views of the mountains. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Also, the hot tub had tons of foam forming when the jets turned on indicating it needed some attention. Other than that, our stay was terrific!

Great location (convenient to shuttle stops), nice pool & hot tub access, room was spectacular with jaw-dropping views -- only drawback was silly $10/day parking fee which seems unnecessary during slow season :/

Loved the view and sounds of nature and Virgin River. Easy shuttle ride from stop 7 to get to Zion NP. Nice pool and hot tub. Very convenient to have a delicious restaurant at the property. The hotel sells you breakfast vouchers for Oscar’s at stop #5 for $8 pp and it’s a good deal (saves approx $20 per 2 meals).

Loved this place, we had a big room with a small patio and chairs on the creek. Bathroom was big and the place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. It's a good location for Zion National Park, only about 6 minutes to the visitor center. Did not eat at the restaurant, it was a little pricey.

Floor was dirty — our feet become black when walking. Shower pressure was anemic — just awful. Housekeeping made beds but did not empty the trash, replace the used shampoo, or leave enough TP. Front door deadbolt did not latch. Rear door frame was severely damaged from people smashing an open deadbolt into it. Nightly cost ($400/ night) was far too high for this many problems.

Good location to shuttle. The rooms were spacious. You buy $8 vouchers for Oscars restaurant for breakfast, served very big portions, and were delicious. Had a broken tv in one of our rooms, but they did come fix it the next day. Now the more negative, The floors, especially in the bathroom, turned our feet black, so flip flops were worn to prevent that thru our 3 day stay.. Also the room we had stated Mountain Views but were really only visible.from outside because, the shrub in front of our window blocked them. Pretty from the back patio, but you did have to go outside to see it. Our grandson called the front desk to ask if they had an extra cot and whoever answered the phone was pretty rude to him and yelled “NO!” and hung up on him.

The rooms are old and poorly maintained. The mattress was squeaky, saggy, and clearly worn out. I even found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was unacceptable. The person at the front desk was unfriendly. Overall, the value for money is extremely low. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Noise from unit above was loud and annoying (footsteps and opening of curtains which sounded like a train going through. Housekeeping never showed on one day, and did not replenish coffee on another. For a room so pricey these should not be issues. View from room of mountains was spectacular.

The room was full of spider webs and killed 5 spiders the first 10 minutes we were there. There was spider eggs in a corner by the curtains. For The price we paid I would of expected more. The sheets were dirty. The staff was nice!

Unfortunately, I DID NOT have a great experience here. There was ants crawling all over the walls. The room was dirty! I tried turning on the shower head and hundreds of ants came pouring out with the water! It was disgusting. I had to leave early!! I tried going to the office and nobody was there. BEWARE! Restaurant there was CLOSED. Shuttles are CLOSED. It was about 10 min driving from Zion Entrance.

The property has so much potential, yet is lacking in so much. When we checked in at 4:30 our room was not ready. After waiting over an hour we got into our room to find the bathroom had not been cleaned. Very little to praise. Hope others have better luck!

The property is understated from the road, but extends quite a way back with several buildings. We had a second-floor room in one of the farther back buildings, and it was amazing!! The room was large, with huge windows looking right down Zion canyon! Spectacular! It had a roomy covered porch with chairs, we loved watching the sun set on the canyon from our porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay in Springdale, with a Springdale shuttle stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. I do not recommend the rooms on the bottom floor because you can hear every single move the person above you makes. When I brought up the problem to the front desk, they were all very nice and willing to help me out, so the service is great. Also, I was obsessed with sitting outside the little patio.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Driftwood Lodge. Loved the fact that it was right on the shuttle route to be taken into and back from Zion National Park. Our little suite had everything we needed with a great bed and shower. We loved the views of from our little patio and the breakfast vouchers for eating at Oscar's were great! Highly recommend Driftwood!

The Driftwood Lodge was a great spot to stay while visiting the Zion area. Our room was spacious, clean quiet and had an amazing view. The convenience getting around the town and to the park made our visit even better! We would definitely recommend!

Good location - walking distance to restaurants and bus stop. Front desk was transactional lacked hospitality. Housekeeping barged into our locked room at 9am - ignoring do not disturb sign. No secondary inside locks.

The check in was the worst we had ever had it. First we arrived early just to see the hotel before going hiking the young man was really rude .That was 1 pm so at 4:30 pm we came back to check in so two people were there , a older woman and a young woman, the younger was really rude and nasty with us in front of my 9 years old . We ask to confirm the bedding was hypoallergenic like it was in the expedia app when we booked. I also had a message with the hotel weeks prior just to confirm because my son has allergies. When I mentioned she flipped on us like I was a crazy person that they never heard about it and it was not on the website the expedia was lying. I had the text message exchange with the hotel but she was not interested and the older woman ask the manager who was hiding in the other space and she said he didn’t know too . I just booked a almost $$500 two nights for nothing. We always visited Zion and there is a good variety of hotels to choose but I only choose that because the bedding. I felt treated my son was scared and sad because he was afraid to sleep there and get his rashes like it happened one time in another hotel. We were tired and afraid to sleep there. I waited to leave town so I can speak now those people have no idea about customer service and respect that young lady has so much hate for people and we didn’t feel safe in there. So sad

Most welcoming staff!!! So genuine, and made us feel right at home- making suggestions for easy dinner, and never made us feel like we were overstepping our welcome while walking all around- like they wanted that. Felt good.

First the good things: Room was clean and large, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, everything worked in the room, laundry worked (they had 2 sets). And although they didn't include breakfast, the hotel offered discounted breakfast vouchers for nearby Oscar's Cafe (GREAT restaurant) But for the price (>$275/night), it fell short in a couple areas: our room-phone didn't work (reported this immediately) and it was never fixed (problem was with the entire complex), that wouldn't be a problem except the front-desk never returned a single one of my voice mails so I had to walk to the main building to get anything answered, one staff member walked into our room unannounced on Day 1 without warning (they apologized...but it should never ever happen), the TV uses DirectTV and has no streaming channels or AirPlay/ChromeCast set-up, the toilet flush is weak, and the AC ran constantly to keep-up with daytime heat (it was 99-102 in the daytime...that is challenging I'll admit). So the hotel was fine, just not great

We loved our stay at the Driftwood. The shuttle stop was right at the front of the Lodge. The view from our patio was beautiful. The $8 voucher you could purchase for breakfast was wonderful considering our bill at the restaurant would have been double that and the food was delicious. We would bulk up at breakfast, grab a fiber bar or piece of fruit at lunch, and then eat a hearty dinner. The area was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room had fridge and microwave. There was a laundry room to do laundry and get ice next door. The staff was lovely when we ran into a glitch concerning check in. Free parking and free shuttle. I would definitely stay her again.

The Driftwood Lodge was a great spot to stay while visiting the Zion area. Our room was spacious, clean quiet and had an amazing view. The convenience getting around the town and to the park made our visit even better! We would definitely recommend!

Everything about Driftwood was great! Shuttle stop to Zion right outside the property made everything easy. All the staff was extremely helpful. The Driftwood was nice and the location being in Springdale was very convenient to the park and eateries. They offer a voucher to the local restaurant Oscars that gets you a very good $8 breakfast! Overall nice experience. Not the plushest but for me , it’s about the park experience.

on site dining was very expensive or maybe it is just the area since it's so close to the national park. The view from the room was fantastic. We bought breakfast voucher from the hotel clerk for $8.00 each for Oscars restaurant. it included one entre and drink from the menu. Very good. I would differently recommend doing this. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Driftwood Lodge. Loved the fact that it was right on the shuttle route to be taken into and back from Zion National Park. Overall the lodge was pretty good. The one inconvenient thing was the lack of dining options. The in house restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays. It was nice to have Oscar's vouchers for breakfast but it was very difficult finding dining (without huge crowds) on the other days. We depended a lot on our own food.

When I thought of a lodge, I thought of a grand building with a bunch of rooms. This is a complex like an apartment. The view is awesome. A little stream runs behind the complex. There’s an expensive restaurant on the property. Breakfast at Oscars is delicious. You can buy vouchers from the hotel.

We had a great time at the Driftwood Lodge. It’s our 3rd time staying there. We were in a new room this stay & it was so pretty. We had a great view of the mountain. We could hear the river too! The staff was very helpful. My only complaint is I wish the there turn their balcony lights off at night so we could see the stars better.

Can’t wait to come back. Lovely and clean and comfortable rooms. Cannot beat the view. Great checking staff ladies. The checkout guy was pretty gruff. I he room gives you a discount on breakfast at Oscar’s and EBikes at Buzz bikes. It was a perfect trip.
