Quality Inn Shelburne - Burlington

The desk staff was friendly and helpful, but that didn’t make up for the physical experience and property. The room smelled like smoke even though it is a “100%” smoke free” facility. The floor was uneven and made noise and shook the dresser when you walked in the room. There is no elevator (I was traveling with two 80-somethings). The stairs were uneven and the railings were not as long as the stairs. There was an “upgrade” kitchen attached to our room but the appliances were all decades old - the oven had burn marks and didn’t look safe to use. The bathroom door didn’t latch shut. Apparently, they had begun painting the room but there was painting tape left in various places and there were paint swatches on the walls and unfinished work around the room. … The water pressure and hot water were both good and the beds were comfortable. … The worst part was the smell in the room.

Nothing is good about this hotel! No quality at all!!!

It was clean, staff friendly and efficient. Sad to see jacuzzi is permanently off limits should say that in the hotel booking sites. Love having a sauna. Breakfast options great. We have stayed here a couple of times for ski trips it is convenient to get to them from here.

Fire alarm went off for 30 minutes!!! So ………LOUD!!!!!!!!! Breakfast could be real eggs and cold!!! Coffee made by Machine is the Worst!!!!

Room was clean. Bed was good. Employees were courteous, but the pool was closed.
