Everything about the hotel was great except a few things there wasn’t a fitness center meeting room, office room pool and there was not a good breakfast meaning there were no waffles grits sausage things like that. It’s a very nice hotel but very limited as well.

The pool was out of service and one staff member a little impersonal, but the rest of the front desk crew and the room attendents were phenomenal. I would certainly stay there again.

Parking was free. Room was excellent. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Had a large tv. (thinking 55 "). Staff was nice. The room and hotel were very clean. They have 24hr. coffee and tea.The only upgrade that would have been nice is a full breakfast. The continental breakfast was good however. They had bagels, a few muffins, cereal and oatmeal packets.

The employee checking us in was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable for four adults with ease of use Wifi. The continental breakfast was ok but limited options. The coffee was excellent. Overall for value Spark exceeded my expectations and is better than the other hotels in the area.

Compared to the some other hotels we stayed, this was the best by far. The receptionists were courteous and welcoming. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. The room had just the right temperature without humid or being too cold. The light features under the plug outlets were such a thoughtful addition, especially families with kids. Room was spacious and extremely clean. If we were to travel to the area again, we would definitely choose Spark!

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Lots of shopping and dining options, and close to the interstate. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. A couple of things would probably keep us from staying here again though. There was no dresser to put clothes in, just a "cubby". Only 2 of the 4 cubbies were usable because the bottom two were on the floor (and one of them was occupied by the mini fridge). There were actually 2 fridges, one mini and one small. Not sure why there were 2. There was no outlet or usb port on one side of the bed so charging was a pain. And breakfast options were very limited (bagels, muffins, fruit). There was no coffee maker or tea in the room, they could only be obtained in the lobby. And no ice bucket or ice machine except on the first floor. To get the ice bucket we had to ask for it at the check-in desk. Those several small things added up, which is why we would probably choose another hotel next time.

First of all, I got to the hotel and they said I cannot stay there because I live less 16 miles away which was a lot I live 33 miles away took her $25 deposit and that I don’t do that to everybody, which was not fair to me I will never stay there again.

When I tried to check in, I was told they did not allow anyone who lives within a 60 mile radius to stay at the hotel, so I was not allowed to check in. We were planning a sleepover with our grandkids, so we were trying to stay somewhere close to their parents. It makes absolutely no sense to turn business away for such an arbitrary rule. I went to a hotel next door and had a wonderful stay. I won’t try to stay at a Best Western ever again.

Got to the hotel about 10 pm. Concierge at desk was very kind & helpful. The entire building was clean and looks brand new. Only cold foods for breakfast - I had a hard boiled egg and very fresh bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese. I would definitely stay there again!

Exceptionally clean. Great breakfast buffet with sausage, eggs and potatoes. Lovely woman constantly checking and refilling containers and keeping area clean.

Used this hotel for years. Than it was Best Western. Now the same notel is Hilton. Looks like nothing changed, Exept : Price went UP , Quality of Breakfast went DOWN.

Traveling north from S.C. We decided to break our drive & book a hotel after 5:00 on the Saturday before Easter. We were pleasantly surprised to not only find a room, but the cleanest, best all-around hotel we’ve stayed in a long time (including high $ Marriotts & Hilton). The breakfast was fresh, hot & abundant. The girl at the front desk & the girl working the breakfast buffet were friendly & welcoming. Wonderful experience!

I rarely give 5 stars but this hotel was exceptional, check in was seem less,staff was professional,courteous,friendly and helpful. Front lobby and exterior were clean and well lit and the area had everything you could possibly ask for,the room itself was large,clean,bed was comfortable extra pillows and tv had plenty of options. Clean towels,hot water and various products available even had a cute animal towel. After we checked in the manager sent a text and asked if we needed anything and this was not a bot but the actual manager, I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be staying again for business and pleasure and will highly recommend….

The room was spacious and clean, so perfect for a one-night stay. There is a nice breakfast area, but it does not serve hot food, just items like bagels, yogurt, cereal, and hard-boiled eggs. There are plenty of restaurants close by and it is next to an outlet center.
