Our stay for just one night could not be faulted. The staff were very helpful & friendly This property is probably quite unique and offers services such as a sauna & 2 hot tubs and the surrounding grounds are a joy backing onto a river. Our only suggestion would be if the plates at breakfast could be heated.

Wonderful stay during our woodland adventure. Best breakfast hands down, ever! The bike trail starts there! Go for a ride and then come back to their pool, hot tubs and sauna. Lovely staff who offered good trail advice. Thank you!!!

It is very inconsiderate to schedule the pool and hot tub maintenance during the day. I assumed that every hotel in business did the pool maintenance at night, but the Innsbruck Inn does their maintenance at 8:00 a.m. so you can’t use the hot tubs until 1:00 p.m. I took a screenshot of the amenities page on the website and it doesn’t mention the pool hours anywhere, probably for this reason. Inconsiderate and deceitful.

The Innsbruck Inn is a fantastic location to stay at on a trip to Stowe, Vermont. Located on the north end of the busy Mountain Road corridor, the Innsbruck Inn is a mere few hundred yards from the northern terminus of the Stowe Recreation Path. With two hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, indoor sauna, and a complimentary hot breakfast served daily, it is clear that the owners value guest experience above all else. All of the staff that I interacted with during my stay were extremely pleasant and helpful. Priced well below other hotels in the area, the Innsbruck Inn is an amazing value.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was very good. The jacuzzi and sauna is amazing. Wifi is very slow and unreliable. Breakfast is 8 our of 10 Wifi is 2 out of 10 Everything else is 10 out of 10. The one surprise is that they have anctual keys instead of plastic cards. Have not seen those for a while.

The property was very nice, provided a safe place to walk, and was very close to restaurants. If there were staff there all the time or directions as to where to locate ice and other information it would be a more informative stay. The hot tub was set at 105 degrees, which was too hot, so it would be great if someone checked it. The bar being open in the evening would have been nice as well. The rooms are beautiful and are exactly as pictured.

Very nice place right outside town of Stowe. Lots of Amenities - pool, hot tubs, sauna, bikes to use, pickleball court, ping pong, outside tables/chairs to sit at and robes to use when going from room to pool/hot tubs. Homemade breakfast in the morning - very yummy with blueberry pancakes, eggs, bacon, home fries, juice, coffee, etc. Also complimentary cheese and crackers and cookies from 4-6. Family owned - would highly recommend it

Lovely rooms. Well maintained and very clean! Ive never given 5stars to any other hotel for cleanliness. Innsbruck is clean! What a relief. Nice breakfast with resl eggs , mot the powdered eggs used in chain hotels. The room was nicely decorated, spacious with lots of storage. We are definitely coming back. Yay!!!@

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. Great location, large rooms and a nice breakfast and nice pool and jacuzzi. But the service was bad, nothing was explained and the rooms very not clean at all. Cold coffee and no tea water, hair in the bathrooms among other things and they didn’t even empty the trash bins even when asking for cleaning. And this was during the summer, not skiing season. The AC was very loud, so bring air plugs and I live in NYC so heard it all.

Stayed here for a wedding at the top notch. The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and spacious. It was right on the start of the stow recreation path, which was nice.I loved the Swiss ski vibe. We would definitely stay here again.

There was a lot of cool stuff at the Innsbruck Inn (great breakfast every morning, hot tubs, sauna, free shuttle nearby to the ski resorts), but all of this is undercut by the fact that you couldn't get any sleep or feel rested while you're there. The building is old and the walls are very thin. You hear everything (and I was on the second floor, I can only imagine how bad it was on the first). Also, the front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day, there's no phones in the room, and the welcome card doesn't say what to do if you need something after hours. This all adds up to a problem when drunk people come back from partying at 1:30am and are acting like drunk people. I could hear them very loudly and there was no apparent help I could ask for from the hotel. I only got sleep at the Innsbruck Inn when I went hard on the Unisom. I was so exhausted by my third day there that I had to cancel all of my plans so I could rest up for my drive home the next day. I will not be returning.

Beautiful property, a great location, right next to a paved walking/biking trail. Very clean and spacious rooms, looks like they were recently renovated. Breakfast included was a plus! There is a fire pit near a small brook in the backyard, two jacuzzi’s - one with a salt water. Really great place. Just beware of the economy room, it’s really small and has practically no window and is located right next to the reception, unlike other rooms - if you don’t care about that, t’s still very nice and clean, just not as spacious. We got it at first but the staff helped us and found another, regular room. Overall, we had a great experience, and highly recommend the place!

When we first arrived i was a little worried due to the dated exterior and lobby area. I was pleasantly surprised by our spacious, updated room. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, fridge/microwave/coffee maker all clean and working. Bathroom and shower were clean and had good water preasure. Would definitely stay agian.

The staff are very nice and helpful, service is great and friendly and they include a generous breakfast with your stay. The bed is comfortable enough, room is spacious & clean but the bathroom was TINY. You also hear EVERYTHING in the hallway, above your room and outside (I.e., children running around )- so that part was rough for sleeping but that might not bother everyone. Very convenient location !! 5ish minute walk to shuttle up to the mountain/into town.

We had a lovely stay at the Innsbruck Inn! The room was extremely spacious and recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, new furniture and carpets. The bed was very comfortable. The gas fireplace was a nice touch and heated up the room very quickly. The hot tubs are great. The location couldn't be better - super close to Stowe for skiing. The free breakfast has a lot of selections and was very tasty! We would definitely stay here again. The only con was that the walls are thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next door.

The hotel was nostalgic ski chalet. Charming throwback when hotel rooms were roomy. Well maintained establishememt feels family owned. The room was spacious with updated bathroom. We got the double bed and I liked each mattress had a different firmness level. By chance or well though out? The breakfast was the bomb. No your typical continental. We plan to visit Stowe in the summer and definitely coming back to Innsbruck.

We arrived late for a ski trip and had a room key with a welcome latter waiting for us at front desk stating out room was #16 "on the second floor". Key itself had #17 on it. I tried opening room #16 which was actually on the first floor with no luck and couldn't find a room # 17 on either floor... Made a call to a remote manager on duty who informed me that room #17 is the only room to be accessible from the outside. Still could not open the room as it was locked from the inside. (Assuming it was occupied) After another call, manager provided us with a master key to open room #16 and all this at 2.30am trying to figure where to sleep for few hours only to discover that room #16 has some kind of boiler right below and the noise makes it difficult to sleep. Upon check out I expressed our dissatisfaction with a lady attending the front desk and all she said was, "so do you want to change the room to 17?" We instead ended up changing a hotel to the one right next door and couldn't be happier. For a small business such as this someone really couldn't put the 2 & 2 together to provide a room and the key...Unsatisfying experience and unpleasant service.

We arrived late for a ski trip and had a room key with a welcome latter waiting for us at front desk stating out room was #16 "on the second floor". Key itself had #17 on it. I tried opening room #16 which was actually on the first floor with no luck and couldn't find a room # 17 on either floor... Made a call to a remote manager on duty who informed me that room #17 is the only room to be accessible from the outside. Still could not open the room as it was locked from the inside. (Assuming it was occupied) After another call, manager provided us with a master key to open room #16 and all this at 2.30am trying to figure where to sleep for few hours only to discover that room #16 has some kind of boiler right below and the noise makes it difficult to sleep. Upon check out I expressed our dissatisfaction with a lady attending the front desk and all she said was, "so do you want to change the room to 17?" We instead ended up changing a hotel to the one right next door and couldn't be happier. For a small business such as this someone really couldn't put the 2 & 2 together to provide a room and the key...Unsatisfying experience and unpleasant service.

We felt so welcome at the Innsbruck. It's so nice to find an independent hotel that is so well run... from the folks at the desk, the cleanliness of the room and the fact that breakfast was so delicious. Thanks for a great stay! We'll come back next time we're in Stowe!!

Our stay was exceptional. We were greeted by a lovely woman at the front desk who upgraded our room so I wouldn’t have to climb the stairs after having a recent knee replacement, The room was great, recently renovated and updated. The swimming pool and hot tubs were great, breakfast was fresh and homemade and outstanding. I can’t say enough about this place.

We had to move our ski trip due to freezing rain impeding our travels from Massachusetts. When I called, the front desk was so friendly and helped facilitate the change. Two weeks later, the weather is fabulous, our room is spacious and equipped, the hot tub is hot and I am one happy lodger! We will be back!!

This was our second year at Innsbruck Inn and we had a wonderful time. Staff were very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! We took the advantage of free bike rental every day. The location perfect too! We really had a great time and we are ready to be back next year! :)

The absolute best breakfast we’ve ever had at an inn. Delicious every morning. We had asked for a ground floor room but we’re given a second story room. Hard for us to manage but made it work. Very clean, great shower & comfortable bed. Most of staff extremely nice & helpful, just one not so much.

We have stayed here in the past! They have recently updated the hotel and also have new hot tubs! It was unbelievable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Freshly made buffet style breakfast delicious! Highly recommended if you’re going up to ski at Stowe! It’s literally a five minute drive to the base of the mountain!!

Really lovely property, beautiful surroundings and really charming. Great facilities, loved having the sauna and really nice swimming pool. Really great location right by the bike path and Stowe farmers market, looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful hotel in Stowe, VT. Choose between sitting outside your room, in the gazebo, or in chairs at the beautiful water’s edge. Large clean and comfortable room. Comfy beds and pillows. Windows can open to enjoy fresh Vermont air. Bikes available for guests. Public trail nearby for walk/run/bike. Very nice breakfast in quaint basement space. Loved it in Springtime although obviously geared to Winter sports. Stayed on 2nd floor, no elevator. Very quiet. Would love to stay here again.

The location of the Innsbruck Inn as well as the friendly and welcoming service, full breakfast, and cleanliness of rooms and well-maintained property, are what draws us back to this Inn over the years. We love sitting in the red chairs at the back of the property and enjoying the peaceful beauty of the river. Also very convenient to the Rec Path. Love their recent renovations too! We’ll return for sure!

I loved coming back from skiing and resting in the outdoor hot tub! Also from 4-6 is snack time: cheese and crackers, fresh soup, coffe and tea plus the breakfast was delicious!!

The buffet is to die for. It is a unique buffet with amazing blueberries pancakes, great French toasts, scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. If you're lucky you might even see a bear from your room. We saw a mommy beer with her babies, it was sooo beautiful. Book the superior King bedroom. They are much bigger renovated and so beautiful.

Great pool, spas and access to the site. Really enjoyed the pickleball court. The employees were extremely kind, helpful and proactive. Would have appreciated some variety at breakfast (4 days)

At check-in, they reviewed all the property amenities including free bikes, pool, hot tub x2, fire pit, and ball courts. The room was super spacious! We enjoyed the hot tubs and a fire with our new friends from ID and MA! The breakfast the next morning was amazing with blueberry pancakes, french toast, and eggs, etc. I would 100% stay here again.

Third time at hr Innsbruck inn. Not easy to leave a comment because we would like this wonderful hotel to remain a secret as much as possible and leave it to us! Rooms, all amenities, location, staff, breakfast, everything is excellent. One thing we would like to see changed is for the air conditioning that are really too noisy.

In town 3 nights, we chose the Superior King bedroom. Large clean room, tastefully decorated and perfectly appointed. Whomever designed this space thought of everything. We specifically appreciated the double vanities; one in the bathroom and one by the wardrobe. The room has an exterior and interior entrance which was convenient assess to a delicious breakfast each morning or the water bottle filling station. We enjoyed the pool which is a good size and well maintained. We even spent a few minutes in the hot tub easing sore muscles. Bicycles are also an available on a first basis. The staff is wonderful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when webinars Vermont.

Hot tub and pool were very clean and the property is at the start of a walking/bike path. Bikes are available and I took a short ride on the path. Very conveniently located to downtown Stowe and the hiking paths. Would love to come back!
