The Room, Staff and building itself is clean and taken care of. However the building sits back behind other buildings making it difficult to see. Local restaurants, roads and attractions are poor at best. The driveway and parking are subpar. My room was very clean and nice.

Rooms were nicely updated compared to the age of the property. The lobby and halls had an overwhelming amount of an air freshener of some sort. If that was in the room also we would have needed to leave due to the allergic reaction triggered in my wife. The property has no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs be sure to request first floor.

It appeared the check in girl had no real interest in having any guests. Felt unwelcome the minute we walked in. You would think at least she would have the courtesy to mention the swimming pool was not open on this 90 degree day before she confirmed our stay.

The property was adequate for our one night need. Edges of everything is dirty. Laundry running early morning wakes up all connecting and above rooms. Breakfast is very limited but sufficient. Coffee is pretty much instant coffee. Pool not yet open- think that should be noted before a booking.

No Elevator to haul your stuff up, ice machine broken, pop machine inop. Bathroom lock was broken, their fix was to just remove it. Water pressure disappears in the middle of a shower. No manager on site so front desk is unable to help with anything.

Convenient location for Biltmore. Newer furnishings and comfortable beds. Motor Lodge style with rooms accessible from exterior walkways - no elevator with exterior stairs make moving luggage a chore. Street noise audible even with AC fan running.

The floor in room was not clean. It was sticky. The key to room did not work half of time. There was an obnoxious smell that gave me a headache and my husband hard to breath. Will never stay there again after having stayed there several times before with no problem.

The room was good for the price. Not the cleanest. Stains on sheets, hair in the refrigerator, dirt around edges of the floor… especially in the bathroom. The staff was nice, the beds and pillows were comfortable, room was affordable in comparison to others in the area.

We had to do some unexpected travel this past weekend and chose this location based on reviews. I travel often for business and this is how I mainly choose hotels. Overpaid for this room. Room was dirty, vacuum had not been run in some time, bed skirt had lot of hairs, piece of hard candy behind the bed, and saw a bug scurry under a wall hanging. Very limited parking. Will not stay at this location again.

Well, thay always say you get what you pay for. In this instance they were right. Room was musty, couch in room was cheap and I had an wash cloth from previous occupants hanging on the shower curtain rod. If you want a cheap place just to flop for the night. This is the place.

We were in town for a travel softball tournament and ended up canceling an existing reservation for another hotel due to it being very outdated, dirty, and just feeling unsafe. This was the place we chose, and we could not have been anymore pleased with the room. It was clean and exactly what we needed for a quick overnight trip.

Very clean, 4 towels which we never see, tissues which seem to be discontinued at some places, 4 pillows on each bed, no gross carpets, best place we stayed in 4 nights, nightlight in bathroom!

1st room they put us in had not been cleaned as there were clumps of hair stuck to the shower walls and the outer door would not close very easily. They gave us a different room, it seemed clean, but this hotel not worth the price.

Great stay for the price. We only needed overnight stay so didn't take advantage of any amenities but was still pleased. Very clean. I would have given a 5 but it took our room a very long time to cool down. Had to turn the air down to 60 to get it down to a comfortable 70. Great area. Lots of shopping and dining options and a great downtown close by.

We were on the second floor and there isn’t an elevator. When we got to our room no fan on or a/c, it took until 1 am to get the room cool. If we weren’t so tired from a long day of traveling we would have left. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Worst hotel experience ever. Returned from dinner with no desk clerk on premise. Also, our car was only car in the lot. Sign on checkin desk said call this phone number for attendant. We were the only two people in a two story motel with 100 vacant rooms. We did not feel safe and packed our bags and left.

Desk clerk was nice, facility is dated. No elevator. I was placed on second floor. Problems with AC. Refused to get me another room until next day per manager. Customer service per management was poor. Desk clerk could not help fix problems without approval. Was offered a different room next day, would not stay here again.

Liked the staff, very friendly and helpful. . Proximity to highway was great. Need better signage from road for Quality Inn. Room was similar to Comfort Inn only a better bathroom and better AC unit.

Old hotel that shows wear and tear. Gap between entry door and jam allowed a lot of hall noise. Eggs at breakfast were awful, cold and no taste, sausage links cold. Coffee from instant coffee machine

Nice staff. Clean room. The breakfast area was way too small for the amount of guests. No where to sit. So crowded and food was substandard. Coffee was terrible. Real coffee would have been nice and a non dairy creamer.

Great room. Quality linens and towels. Clean, clean, clean ! No bedspreads or nasty carpet. Laminate flooring and coverlets- nice. Breakfast needs improvement though. Only bread slices, no bagels, or muffins. Yogurt but no fruit. Premade egg patties and sausage looked unappetizing. We often stay in this area, would consider booking this hotel again.

The property was adequate for our one night need. Edges of everything is dirty. Laundry running early morning wakes up all connecting and above rooms. Breakfast is very limited but sufficient. Coffee is pretty much instant coffee. Pool not yet open- think that should be noted before a booking.

Small parking lot, additional parking behind hotel. Bed was super comfy, hotel was clean and quiet. Only thing that dropped their score is there was no elevator, and no rooms available on the first floor.

Everything was okay. Was surprised there was no elevator. My husband is 78 and I am 75. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room on the second floor not a easy task for us. If they don't have a elevator and didn't put us on the first floor it would of been helpful if they had someone to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was okay not a lot to choose from a healthy stand point. Only spent one night just traveling through.

2 story with no elevator! They offered and took my bags to the top of the stairs when Iarrived at midnight, but not to my female friend who arrived and hour later at 1am. Same prefab egg and mushy sausage for breakfast everyday. There was a waffle maker. In various stages of remodeling. They didn't vacuum the stairs while I was there for the week although obviously needed it.My door did align for the deadbolt lock but the T-lock was enough. Internet worked okay and good cable. Parking lot was full of deep pot holes. Not comparable for the price I paid
