Check in was easy however they don’t tell u until u check in that there will be an $150 hold on your card and self parking is an additional fee. Overall, room was nice, right off the highway, plenty of dining options to order from. Perfect for my one night stay. Will def stay again.

Main hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. My issues are the paint peeling off the ceiling in the bedroom room, the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and for some reason when we took showers water somehow came up through the floor tiles in the hallway of the bedroom. I normally don’t complain about prices especially if the food or drinks are good but $75.00 for 3 drinks, $9 for two cups of coffee and $108 for two order of wings (6 per order) and two drinks is getting a little out here.

This was a great place to stay, and I will definitely be back! The concert shuttle service is smooth and worry-free.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. We had come down to see ACDC and it was rescheduled. We could have gotten a refund but we chose to stay and booked again for the following week. They did offer a shuttle to and from the concert which was great. Location is great for MetLife Stadium and American Dream. I read there had been a lot of remodeling done prior to the World Cup but the two rooms we stayed in did not seem to be part of that. Our second room didn't have an outlet in the bathroom to use the hair dryer. The room conditions weren't horrible, just a little worn. We didn't come prepared to use the pool but that looked nice. We didn't dine there either because we were basically in and out.
