The staff were very friendly and kind. The food and overall service were excellent, clean and tidy facilities. My only complaints are with the level of noise heard inside the room and the room amenities that could be improved as well. Despite reserving the room for two people we were told only one cup of coffee/tea was allowed per room and there were no bathrobes available, something simple that can make the experience even better.

No hot water in a city like bogota is unacceptable. Mentioned this the night before at the front desk and nothing was done. Leaving at 6, and requested a breakfast box that was not ready

We had to change room just before midnight due to a roof leak into our room after a heavy rainstorm. Although we made the move, I expected the staff to be much more proactive, particularly since we had to get out of bed just before midnight, pack our scattered belongings and move to a new room. There was a lack of any real compassion expressed , which surprised me. I expected more. It didn’t seem to bother them that we had been terribly inconvenienced.
