The staff at check in was rude and the toilet seat was disgusting.

The pool was not open for the season. Coffee maker in room would not work. The place is run down and in need of renovation.

The pool was out of service and there was a musty/damp smell in the room. Also, the tub's faucet leaked and driped loudly all night.

The check in was excellent, very nice and actually introduced himself. Room was clean, very cold, no extra blankets and pillows terrible. Tv service not great, breakfast okay. Walls very thin, could hear family with kids talking and laughing as if in room at 10 pm. Expected a little more for the price. It was okay.

Mike at the front desk was the only good part of the stay. The ad for this place is totally wrong. Pool was closed for the season and ice makers did not work, because neither passed inspection. The walls, curtains, floors, sink and furniture were filthy and stained. Fridge was busted. Possible mold on the ceiling. They supplied 2 towels for 2 people on a 3 night stay. I asked for more on Sunday and the front desk guy on the walker was very rude and said they probably don’t have any in laundry. Towels were not delivered until Monday morning. Breakfast was the same re-heated food every morning. Waffle maker was dirty, no spray and the spatula was disgusting and covered in old batter. The bed itself had clean bedding. That and the fact that is non-refundable unless you cancel before you check in is the only reason we stayed. We stayed out until almost midnight each not and woke up early, showered (once we got more towels), and left again. There was a horrible odor in the hotel also and it was worse on the third floor. The parking lot was dirty with people hanging around out there all night. There were also 2 used condoms laying in the parking lot as well. Absolute worse hotel stay I have ever had. I wish there was a way to get a refund. Hotels.com should be ashamed for even promoting this place and should remove them from the site. I will never stay at another quality inn again and most likely never use hotels.com again because now I cannot trust them.
