This is our 4th visit and we were not disappointed. A well managed and maintained property with great pools for the children and small length pool for adults. Good extra facilities; tennis court and gym. It is well located for beach and Cotton Tree beach offers calm water. The nearby French bakery was popular and the local area offers many food options and our favourite Indian restaurant. Always a relaxing stay.

Everything was great except for having no aircon in the bedrooms. The main bedroom was very hot making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The rest of the apartment was fine. Friendly staff. Awesome pool. Nice views.

The view was amazing, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were fantastic, and it had the best (real) sauna of any hotel I've visited in Australia. Hotel staff were polite, the apartment had everything I needed, and it was just a two minute walk past the lake to reach the beach - where there were multiple restaurant options and a botte-o. There is also a major shopping centre about 5 minutes drive up the road. As it was a working trip, the desk area was quite useful, although the Wi-Fi left a little to be desired for my needs. Foxtel on the TV was a great way to keep the little one entertained too! If you're a fan of 10-pin bowling, there is also a bowling alley right next door (not that you'd know it from the room, as you never heard anything from there).

Enjoyed the quiet location but still so close to the beach. Facilities for kids are great. Spacious apartments with lovely views. Furniture and decor is just a bit tired, however expected that when booking so it wasn’t a surprise and I felt the price reflected that.

This was a great place to stay for our family holiday. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed in it. The area is lovely and being just off the Main Street made it really quiet, but also a really short walk to the beach. Perfect 👌

The cleaning in the apartment wasn’t great with dirt and dust through out. The property itself was great, the gardens and pool were fantastic as well as the gym and sauna. Communication from reception about baby cot and after hours check in was great so no faults there. Location is also really good in a nice quote area set back from the beach but walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants.

This is our 4th visit and we were not disappointed. A well managed and maintained property with great pools for the children and small length pool for adults. Good extra facilities; tennis court and gym. It is well located for beach and Cotton Tree beach offers calm water. The nearby French bakery was popular and the local area offers many food options and our favourite Indian restaurant. Always a relaxing stay.

This was a great place to stay for our family holiday. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed in it. The area is lovely and being just off the Main Street made it really quiet, but also a really short walk to the beach. Perfect 👌

Well maintained building and facilities. Very spacious clean unit with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to restaurants and beach but away from the noise. Would happily stay again.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 10 nights. On review of photos and other reviews these apartments are all different and it seems a bit of luck what room you get. Our apartment overall was ok, but the furniture was tired, the beds sank in the middle, the bathrooms had mould in the drains and a horrible smell, every bedrooms window had gaps and a wind constantly blowing in. Our apartment was very spacious with a large living area and nice sized kitchen with two bathrooms that were more than big enough for our family. We had a nice view overlooking the pool and spa and there was minimal noise from neighbouring apartments. The room had all you need for a long stay, while it was a short walk to a number of restaurants and cafes if you didn't want to eat in. The beach is also a five minute stroll. Being in a quieter area is another positive, and you are set back from the road, so there is basically no road noise concerns. Parking was secure and each apartment has a designated car park, so there is no worry of not getting a park. A lift from the car park to your level makes transporting luggage easy. If you need something else, then there are multiple shopping centres within in a 10min drive at Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. The pool and spa got a workout, even if though it was quite showery and not overly hot! A child's pool is a nice addition for those with small children not ready for a larger pool. It's an ideal option for a family and we would definitely consider staying again in future.

The pool is excellent. Location is excellent. That’s the only good. Condition of the apartment is terrible. Furniture is old, rundown and on its last legs. Apartment felt grimy and unclean. Don’t think it has been properly scrubbed in years. Bathroom showers are rusty and toilets have old uncleanable filth. Very unpleasant to reside in. Mix up with reception regarding late check out for a late flight. Receptionist ended up allowing use of unit till we left. Very kind. Very unpleasant to have to pay additional fees for swim towels and to borrow tennis rackets and balls. Quite unnecessary. Unit needs to be properly maintained, properly cleaned and updated furniture before being leased.
