Very clean, excellent beds. Friendly employees. Well beyond what all you can have for breakfast. No limits. Need more towels or soap, just ask. Pool is closed due to waiting for a part for humidifier.

Clean hotel with breakfast in the mornings! Located few minutes away from Harriet Tubman museum and right on route 50 for easy access to Ocean City MD. The only complaint is that the pool was down for maintenance, but other than that great hotel stay.

Gretchen and Stephanie at the front desk, as was the service lady we would see around the property. The only thing that was upsetting was the pool was out of service and not accessible, even though your website (Expedia) shows this property offers a pool. Please be sure to update that accordingly. It is misleading and a major deciding factor in choose this property.

The staff and the room were fantastic. Room was clean and sanitary. We enjoyed the clean breakfest area room and pool area. Came down for my girlfriend and this hotel was the perfect fit for the two of us. I would definitely come back here.

The property was picturesque with ample parking. The facility was smoke-free, quiet and clean. The desk clerks were friendly during check in and check out. I received a text to make any requests or to report any issues with my suite. My room was spacious with a chair, a couch, 3 ottomons, a desk with a comfortable chair and a king-size bed. Oh the free breakfast was fabulous! There was a wide variety to choose from- juices, coffee, tea, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, donuts, danishes, muffins, oatneal and yogurt.The hotel was in close driving proximity to stores and shops. I had a wonderful time!

Staff were really nice and ready to assist. The property and the rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy. Needed to turn the fridge up and the TV was finicky. You can hear the traffic from the highway but it wasn’t so bad. Overall, a good place to stay and a short drive to all the food places.

We have stayed here before and the staff is amazing, friendly and helpful and they have always accommodated our room request since we are always in multi let trips This time they were as usual great. The room however was not good this time as we found cockroaches in the bathroom. The front desk said ick and gave us a can of raid and said to spray. We have never used raid and did not anticipate the smell. Later we saw that the internet said to leave for 15-30 minutes and then to ventilate (the windows don’t open) so I was nauseous and had a headache all night. The front desk said to email the manager which we did but she never replied. I was assuming that the roaches were a fluke as the hotel has 8/10 rating. But the headache and nausea I could do without. A reply from the manager would have been nice .

The room was comfortable and basically clean until the day before we left. We had a sealed Tastykake (individual cake) unopened on the desk. When I picked it up there were hundreds of ants. Threw it away and used Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. They just kept coming back. After about the 10th time disinfecting we would only see a couple. We did tell the front desk and they did offer to switch our room. Because they were isolated to the desk we stayed the last night. Staff was nice

Not a good stay. The rooms are not being cleaned properly. The rooms have an odor in them. I went in my room and it was several pieces of long hair on the bed. It gets worse. I pull back the blanket back and the bed had bed bugs. Book somewhere else you’ll be happy you did. It’s not worth staying. I requested a refund. The only thing the front receptionist could offer me was an apology which doesn’t fix the issues. I went to the holiday inn. Much better experience for me.

TLDR - Front Desk overbooked the hotel by mistake and gave me the run around while being very rude. I arrived around 12:30 AM for my checkin, when I arrived I was told my room was given away because my card "declined". At this point I was confused and tired and just wanted a room to stay for the night. I tried to book another room but was refused. They then proceed to process a refund for me even though my card was "declined".

Our vacation was ruined because when we went to check-in, they had gave our room to someone else. I guess someone else paid more money for it. I had already paid for the room.Also, we had to drive around for 2 hours trying to find another place to stay.

We went during a large event in Cambridge and management was very difficult about modifying our reservation (insisted on staying thru the weekend, at $400/night rates)! But front desk staff went way out of her way to help me locate something I thought was lost. So overall, everything worked out fine. Overall very large rooms, all facilities were fine, good breakfast, and friendly service. Aside from greedy management during busy time, everything was great.

We went during a large event in Cambridge and management was very difficult about modifying our reservation (insisted on staying thru the weekend, at $400/night rates)! But front desk staff went way out of her way to help me locate something I thought was lost. So overall, everything worked out fine. Overall very large rooms, all facilities were fine, good breakfast, and friendly service. Aside from greedy management during busy time, everything was great.

Clean hotel with breakfast in the mornings! Located few minutes away from Harriet Tubman museum and right on route 50 for easy access to Ocean City MD. The only complaint is that the pool was down for maintenance, but other than that great hotel stay.

Googles direction entering from the west were a bit confusing but we got there fine. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was clean and well appointed. In spite of being full and having a room on the first floor near the lobby it was quiet. Breakfast was decent with a good selection and plenty of seating. Hotel is just a couple miles from downtown Cambridge. The Old District of Cambridge is quite nice with many cafes and pubs.

The front desk was very friendly. In this day and age they were very impressive! Efficient, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They accommodated our room request and our location request. This was very important to us as this was part of a mutli-leg trip and we needed convenience. The rooms were clean. The hotel is close to Blackwater NWR. We will stay here again

Room and staff were great. Breakfast was plentiful and okay. Good selection. The scrambled powdered eggs were very watery and flavorless. Coffee was especially bad. So weak it was almost clear and totally flavorless. A silly thing to cut corners on and a simple thing that could be improved to make the stay exceptional.

The property was picturesque with ample parking. The facility was smoke-free, quiet and clean. The desk clerks were friendly during check in and check out. I received a text to make any requests or to report any issues with my suite. My room was spacious with a chair, a couch, 3 ottomons, a desk with a comfortable chair and a king-size bed. Oh the free breakfast was fabulous! There was a wide variety to choose from- juices, coffee, tea, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, donuts, danishes, muffins, oatneal and yogurt.The hotel was in close driving proximity to stores and shops. I had a wonderful time!

It’s a decent, basic motel. The room was comfortable; bed was good. Nice amenities like refrigerator and microwave. Clean—except the shower head needed real attention. The breakfast was fine—hot and cold—but very limited fruit and pretty basic scrambled eggs and link sausage. They do have the waffles, though. I’d stay there again. The Cambridge Diner is right up the street, which is a plus.

We really love this place, great management, the staff at the desk are awesome, housekeeping and well are all truly vested in your stay being excellent. We just met Michelle at the front desk and from moment one her smile, accommodating demeanor was so special. The lovely folks who set up the continental breakfast do a super job keeping the food fresh, the area clean!!! Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

We appreciated the hotel's quiet location where we got restful sleep but could easily access what we needed/wanted along the Route 50 corridor. The staff were TOP NOTCH - so kind, informative, helpful, caring (especially Michelle at the front desk). Our room with a king bed and sleeper sofa was huge - we had room to spread out and keep our stuff organized. The bed was comfy; the AC was cold. The decor/facilities are slightly outdated, but that's easy enough to ignore when you have such a pleasant stay. We were able to easily park our truck with kayaks hanging off the bed and noticed two smaller boats that were also parked (with trailers *detached* from the towing vehicle). If you have an RV or a large truck towing a trailer, I'd recommend calling for parking advice because it can be limiting for larger vehicles. Overall, I'd happily stay here again because it's clean, it is affordable (and includes breakfast), and the staff are incredible.
